She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.
