I've been using SafePro Auto Glass for over 8 years and they used to be great, always coming out to my house 40 miles away to fix chips and replace windshields. Recently their service has gone downhill. They refused to fix a repairable chip under the lifetime warranty unless I drove to them, and said they'd only come to me if I replaced the whole windshield. On my first vacation to Arizona to visit friends who recently moved there and to get away from it all before Christmas hits, the greatest horror befallen my vehicle. Okay maybe the second or third greatest horror. We stayed in Sedona, Az where temps got into the low low 30s... But anyways, the next day we got up and left the house for our hour and half drive down to Phoenix and the temps were still in the low low 30s. Net realizing you shouldn't do this, I turn on the heat in the car on high so we don't freeze to death and you guessed it, cracked my front windshield. Now the first pick doesn't seem that bad, but the crack was well over 10 inches long. Refusing to ride around with this "Scarlett letter" on my car, I called several local spots and came across SafePro who offered the best deal I could get at the time (cheaper than going through my insurance). The following day I took my vehicle to their physical location, they did the deed and replaced my front window in little over an hour. The staff was very friendly and understanding; understanding of my situation and me being rather bougie at times. Provided excellent work backed with an awesome warranty. The technician when he showed up did not represent the company from safe Pro in my book it looked like somebody from the local wrecking yard showed up in that vehicle when the text showed up on a white and blue truckers only 48 Hours old on a new paint job had black and marks all over the truck front windshield had the rubber still hanging in the back and you was trying to use a lighter to heat it up and stretch it that never worked he never corrected that when he put the back windshield in it he tore it in two places and damaged a 3 in area in it the paint job that was never corrected I had tried lately to get safe bro to come back and correct it they're not wanting to do anything so I'm going through this and the Better Business you have to try to get this dispute and my insurance company to help out but it looks like I'm going to have to correct it and fix everything out of my pocket I feel on both ends I've been screwed read more

For pricing this option made sense with non-OEM glass but I was not happy post installation. Don't make the mistake I did with signing paperwork before inspecting your entire vehicle, yes not just the windshield, as it appears you have to worry about this company damaging other things other than the glass you hired them to replace. I had just paid for a buff and ceramic coat job a couple months ago so was very aware of existing scratches. Just so happens the areas that were newly damaged were the exact areas where the installer removed my drip rails. Called them to report it and they assigned someone to come out during my work day. Guy showed super late even after calling to say he was on his way...he gets there and said there's no way his guy caused the damage. Sadly nobody is honest about work these days so I'll eat it, but others should know this is always a possible outcome with their work. Still no follow up a week later...smh read more

I made a call and they got me in on the same day to see if they could fill the chips in my windshield before I headed back west.
