I called this company a long time ago to get a quote for a replacement windshield. Honestly, I think they did the sticky note with me at my job. I didn't take them up on it for a couple, just wasn't a priority. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They regularly called and texted. I said I'd call them, but they continued to call and text.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I finally replaced the windshield, cash out of pocket. The tech was nice and professional, came when they said they'd come. That part was fine. The issue is they started calling me again a few months later and never stopped. Text and calls. Look man, it's a windshield. I'll call you when I need you. This is not really a thing you need to call me about every few weeks or so. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I asked multiple times to be taken off the list. I'll call you. You don't need to call me. Well, one of the times they told me they'd "try" to take me off the list. I said no, I asked you explicitly to take me off the list. Do NOT call me. Well, that still hasn't worked. Still getting texts.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will never use this company again. Making a nuisance of yourselves, ignoring customer requests, and not following regulations for contacts is not good business. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kirby helped me get everything set up through my insurance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Installer came the very next day on a Sat, and was supposed to be there between 8-12 in the morning. The guy shows up at 8:05 AM which was great, install took 30 mins and job was great. I didn't give 5 stars as the rebate check was not posted to their account when I went to the bank on Monday. It took a few phone calls to get it fixed, so I had to go back to the bank a second time the next day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was deceived by the entire staff, from the dispatch to the installer to the manger, Orville Ferguson.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They stated that they were in network and can provide the same service as my Honda dealer for OEM windshield replacement. Well that turned out to be all lies. Per Progresssive they ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZIED INSTALLER! After 3o days the inferior windshield that was used cracked right down the midddle while my son was hand washing the car. NO CHIPS! Just a cheap replacement. They charged my insurance for OEM and used after market product. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I immediately called them and spoke with Orville. He simply lied and said the insurance only approved after market but per the billing invoice provided by the insurance company it clearly states OEM[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Orville promised to call me this morning with a resolution. He never called me so I called him today at 3:30 pm and he is nowhere to be found. Another lie. He is hiding from me[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], I am not done with company, I plan to file a formal complaint with the AZ Atty General for fraud and theft. Then copy BBB. Why are compnies so damn greedy? Never ever use Excellent Auto glass. They are totally sleazy to do this! I come out to my car, having taken my mom out for her birthday, to find this sticky note on my driver door mirror. I am confused at the different handwriting. My mom and I Immediately take the next few minutes looking all over my car for the damage. We see nothing. My mom is apologizing while we are looking for my car being damaged just because I took her out. I call the number. It's an auto glass place wanting to fix the ding in my windshield. I was parked face to face with a wall. Which means they even had to walk to the front of my car to look to even leave the post it. It was just so misleading! The jerks! read more

Artemio did a wonderful job at the time of service. However I want to provide feedback as I am disappointed in my experience after the fact. I purchased a windshield from Excellent Auto Glass with the understanding that I will have a one year chip repair warranty on my windshield. That was one of the selling points as to why I chose to move forward with using the company. I ended up getting a chip in my windshield a week after my replacement windshield was installed. I set up an appointment to get the chip repaired. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The technician did not show up. I rescheduled the appointment to another day since the technician did not show up to my original appointment, and again the technician did not show up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I reached out for a third time to reschedule, and I was informed they would pass this on to the technician manager and that I would be contacted. After about a four week break the auto glass shop has began calling me again, with another new number. Like I've said before, they did a bad job on my windshield, left glass behind and I cut my hand open on it. Maybe they're harassing me because of my honest review of them? I'm not sure. My updated review is this company will install a windshield and potentially leave a bunch of glass in your car for you to clean up and cut yourself on, harass you, constantly, maybe more if you complain about them. I didn't answer my phone this morning because I didn't know the number so they called me 3 times. I've filed a formal complaint today, and we'll see if I have to do anything else to make it stop. BEWARE...... BEWARE...... BEWARE...... Flakey AF! On Monday I made an appointment with this company to replace the windshields in two of my vehicles for today Thursday. Unfortunately after making the appointment and re-verifying / confirming my appointment yesterday I seem to be getting the run around from them. After taking the afternoon off of work, arranging my daughter to take the afternoon off of work, scheduling the window tinter to be at the house with the glass people and changing our dinner plans to choreograph this all to work, we get a call from their dispatch center canceling our appointment and asking to reschedule. The dispatcher claimed that my insurance company didn't get them the authorization on the second vehicle until today, yet yesterday Charlie told me that everything was fine, scheduled and we were all set for today. I called the insurance company to see why there was a delay getting the glass company their needed documents and was told they're was no delay and it was done early yesterday morning at the same time that they sent me the confirmation email.
