The mechanic came out with a brake pad in his hand and told me I should get another 10k out of them! The following week I had an appointment at my dealer for an oil change (free) I waited nearly 2 hours and they came out and said they had taken my brakes apart and that I needed to do a break job immediately! I told them no and pulled my receipt from Northeast and showed them the note brakes good for 10 k. They said nothing and put my brakes back together. When they put it up on the lift, it was determined that the right lower control arm was in nearly the same condition. The parts were not on hand and had to be ordered which took some time and rolled into my vacation out of state. They were very understanding and contacted me after my vacation to make arrangements for me to get my car back. My parents, both deceased now, relied on Sanborn's for all of their vehicle maintenance for over 30 years. As an aside, I'm pretty sure it would have cost me at least double for these repairs at the dealership.
