When they put it up on the lift, it was determined that the right lower control arm was in nearly the same condition. The parts were not on hand and had to be ordered which took some time and rolled into my vacation out of state. They were very understanding and contacted me after my vacation to make arrangements for me to get my car back. My parents, both deceased now, relied on Sanborn's for all of their vehicle maintenance for over 30 years. As an aside, I'm pretty sure it would have cost me at least double for these repairs at the dealership.

I went in for a state inspection and was texted a thorough report of my car at the end with pictures of everything including 49 good points including tire treads left on each tire. Considering I bought this car used a year ago, it was nice to know that there are "new" brakes on the front. The couple issues that were shown needing more immediate attention were shown with photos too. No hard sell to fix them. I was told they do this on oil changes as well. Very pleased.
