We trusted PPL Motors to sell our RV, and while it eventually sold, the experience was nothing…read moreshort of frustrating. Throughout the entire process, communication was almost nonexistent. We had to constantly reach out for updates, and even then, getting any real information was like pulling teeth. We were told that there was a buyer at one point and they were waiting on funding that would take a couple of days. After a week, I called to get a status from the sales manager. He informed me that the buyer couldn't secure the funds, so the deal fell through. He then stated that he forgot to call me to let me know. It felt like they had no interest in keeping us informed except to encourage us to lower the asking price. On top of that, they tried to charge us for unnecessary repairs, claiming work needed to be done that was unnecessary. It felt like a clear attempt to pad their profits at our expense. For example, after initial delivery to their lot, they tried to charge nearly $250 to "install" a sliding screen door that took me literally 30 seconds or less to do on my own and fix a closet door that was supposedly not opening. When we went to the lot to see for ourselves, the closet door was mysteriously working. When the RV did finally sell, they did another inspection prior to the buyer taking possession. This revealed another $450 in needed repairs (estimated before cost of parts). Seeing this, I again went to see the need for these repairs for myself. Low and behold, 2 of the 3 identified repairs were proven to be false. The third I could not verify one way or the other and ended up having to pay $400 in parts and labor. However, I'm not sure if they actually even did anything. In the end, the RV did sell after several months, but the lack of transparency and poor customer service made the entire process far more stressful than it needed to be. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest and professional experience. Look elsewhere if you want a dealership that actually communicates and respects its customers.

The online sales person hooked us up with Sheldon for a Saturday walkthrough of a couple units. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable so we committed to have them do their inspections. The next weekend we returned and inked the deal, part of which was the installation of a washer/dryer stack. We were a long way from home so they got right on it and by the next afternoon, we were ready to roll. Now here's where it gets kind of amazing .. We went back into the bedroom where there had been 3 types of cabinetry in the corner, louver doos, a drawer and sold doors. I just saw the W/D stack and thought "that's cool, looks great" but the installer sez "wait .." and proceeds to close a single door that had all the fronts of the original cabineets mounted on it. You could not tell that the original cabinetry had been changed!!! We are bowled over, I mean WOW, what an extra effort and on a rush timeline. We were around the dealership parts of two days and everybody went out of their way to be friendly, water, coffee, etc. At the end they had come in under budget by $500 and actually told me about it .. who does that!?! The $$ had been part of the loan so we went through their accessories dept and I loaded up on some much needed stuff. I think I'm a decent judge of character and I saw a lot of that here.

Diego is absolutely amazing, he replaced my cars battery and my key fob battery and reassured me I could come back at anytime for further assistance. All I needed today was a key fob battery and the terminals checked on my new car battery, since the key fob has been very inconsistent. After being flat out told by a while female employee with light brown hair and green eyes "we don't do that" she then said she would get the store manger and I quite literally begged her to. How do you work at an autozone and you don't and won't check the terminals on my car to make sure the battery is installed correctly? Then here comes Maria, who YELLS at me from the farthest register from the front that "you will have to wait until the line is done because I have deliveries to prepare." I then proceeded to wait in the store for 25 minutes, asking chatgbt and fellow customers. THAT is how my issue was resolved, a kind, wonderful fellow customer who overheard my conversation and told me that it was a "really simple and easy process" he even escorted me to my car and DID IT FOR ME! He does not work for the company but went ABOVE and beyond to resolve MY issue while the store manager threw a TANTRUM over how busy her store is- I'm not sure if she knows this, but a busy store actually BENEFITS you as a store manager. MARIA, I BEG YOU, PLEASE SEEK A NEW JOB AND TAKE EVERYONE EXCEPT DIEGO WITH YOU! I have no idea how the YOUNGEST employee in the store has the most knowledge and BEST customer service, I will never return to this autozone again, I have never seen a grown woman behave in that manner and I would greatly appreciate if someone could order a wellness evaluation for her, I have never been screamed at from across a store, so if YOU don't want to be screamed at from across the store, DO NOT COME HERE!! To make matters worse, the women's restroom had no soap or paper towels. I won't be returning. I'm canceling my credit card here as well. They still went in and took care of my car. They charged me less than what the insurance paid, so they got a tip. I highly recommend Wranglers. I took it back in April and had them ceramic coat the whole car, interior, tires, wheels....everything. I am very pleased with that service as well. My husband worked at General Motors as a body shop supervisor and he sees every little imperfection and he can't find anything that's not "right" after the repair and ceramic.
