The battery was not the cause. And that is documented as well. Dealership stated they recommend it being replaced and when that was done nothing changed. I finally had your work checked at a different shop specializing in GM and found that incorrect work was the cause of this. To which it's documented as well. You never stated that the tune was not done. Upon release of my vehicle and me submitting final payment you stated EVERYTHING on the invoice was completed when in fact it wasn't. You never once stated that the tune was remaining to be done and if you would have I would not have paid balance in full as you were requesting to release my non starting vehicle. read more

Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone, not even an enemy! (Well maybe an enemy...) Took a vehicle in to get fixed and it is completely uncalled for having it "In the shop" by "the shop" I mean on the street for coming up on a year now!
