But more than that,they treated me with kindness and empathy of a very tough situation. I am a single dad of a five-year-old and not having a car to get her back-and-forth where she needs to go is an absolute killer for me. And Steve is not only a great mechanic, but an incredible dad of two little girls. he stayed late to get my car done and I couldn't help but be grateful for all he does. I had several things that needs to be done on the car and Steve's prices are very reasonable and everything that he explained to me he explained an easy language that anyone can understand. I just moved to the area so grateful to reliable mechanic. If you ever need any work done, Steve is definitely your guy.

    HORRIBLE , 2022 like new car in for a simple inspection ,i hand washed this car myself minutes…read moreprior to driving it to this place and i told him im a mechanic and do all my own work ,well he starts sending pictures of no coolant in coolant reservoir and i know it was at the perfect level when i drove it 3 miles to this place . he said should i fill it i said no ill do it . Real mechanics find out where the coolant went first, because if it is going in the oil it will destroy the engine . when i picked it up i check the oil it looked new because i recently changed it not milky from a coolant leak ,I added coolant its been about one year and it is still at the perfect level ??? mystery 1 ,, he said my battery was bad but my battery load tester said it was good and one year later it still is good ??? mystery 2. he sends me a picture of the cabin filter with more dirt and bugs on it than i ever saw on any of my filters and asked should i change it and once again i say no i do ALL MY OWN work when i pulled it out at home much to my surprise he shoved it back it with all that stuff still on it ,, all you have to do is turn it upside down and tap it and 90% of all that would fall off what kind of person does that ??? no mystery there . Then there the dents and scratches that were not there when i drove it there mystery 3. Never ever again

    Unfortunately I was in a pretty rough accident involving black ice. I walked away from it…read moremiraculously with a concussion, some minor issues and bruises of course. I am a single mother and it could not have come at a worse time for us. Facing the fact that it was a total loss in which towing was not covered , I was at a loss and besides myself. However the Ladies I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. They understood the dire situation I found myself in and they worked with me, and believed me when I wanted to take care of my debt to them. As promised I followed through and they made me cry! Well almost, but they were tears of relief, joy, a weight being lifted.. My car had to be cut out of some hefty Hemlocks and certainly was not the norm. I am sure it came with an expense for the company. Not only were these two wonderful women my heroes, but the owner as well! Bet he wasn't expecting someone to ask if they could hug him simply for his generosity and kindness. I highly recommend Kirk's if you are true to your word, they WILL work with you! Lisa

Also when you sit there and go and request to get your personal belongings out of the vehicle because you don't know when you will be able to get it out due to unforseen circumstances they charge you 140.40 dollars just to get thru the gate to grab your items. Lets not also discuss you have to pay the tow fee which is thru the roof on top of a 75 dollar per day storage fee. When you are strapped for cash and can't even afford the smallest things in life they won't even care. They only care about the money. And if you explain your situation they say oh well you have 30 days or we file for abandonment and you lose your car. DO NOT USE THEM

Next Morning I called Bucks County Auto Care. Their Tow Truck was in My Driveway in less than 15 mins. Bucks Cty. Auto Care Manager Ray called me when My Truck arrived & Said, Don't worry we'll get right on it & I'll call you back. In a couple of Hours he called me Back & Yes it was My Transmission. I went down & met with Ray & He had a Firm Game Plan, to get me a REMAN JASPER Transmission. They installed the New Transmission, & fixed a few other things that needed attention and got me MY Truck Back In Less than a week; "In Like New Condition." I couldn't be Happier with the Service and attention to Detail. What a Great Automotive Organization. Straight Forward, No Games. Great Honest Team helping to keep us all Moving. I started driving nicer cars about 20 years ago and when I entered the world of German cars as my mechanic wouldn't work on them. I have been leasing Mercedes , on my 4 th One and went to get a new one a few months ago and they had literally Zero inventory at the two dealers in Doylestown and Fort Washington so I had to purchase the car. I took it to this place and was super impressed with their passion and attention to detail. They gave the reputation for being the best in the area for Mercedes . They are far more reasonable and trustworthy then the dealership so I'm glad I ended up finally going here. I have always had the maintenance plan so the dealership wasn't too bad but I'll never go back even when I get a new Mercedes' in the near future although I may keep this car for awhile now. I just took my Lexus nx 200 turbo here this week and was impressed once again. They follow the recommended service and it is definitely way more reasonable then the dealership. It is definitely different not getting a sweet loaner car but I get my wife to pick me up and we go to the perk for dinner. Love the perk and love Joe Davis Autosport, will be bring my daughters BMW next week for inspection!

    They don't do the work you ask them to do and then won't answer your questions when you ask them if…read morethey did all the work. They created a serious health issue and refused to correct it. My car's ac compressor seized so they replaced the compressor, condensor, and clutch. When I brought it home and put the ac on I noticed a strong smell. I called them and they told me it was probably gassing off new parts and to leave it for several months. After about 5 months I noticed the smell was worse and called them and could not get them to call me back. After 4 phone calls I finally was able to speak to Josh and I could not get him to tell me if the parts are under warranty. I had previously asked them to use OEM components and notify me ahead of time if they could not find OEM parts. Josh would not answer whether oem parts were used or not. I asked him 6 times and then he finally said "we couldn't get oem parts for your car. I had to literally fight with him to get him to take a look at the car again. They had it 1 hr and had me come get it and said they did not smell anything and blamed it on my illness (I an sensitive to fragrances and chemicals) and said it was just me. It was complete stonewalling. I had 5 other people confirm a strong smell, 2 of those other garages. It smelled like strong mold so I did a MoldArmor vent test and it came back with a lot of mold. The entire dish was covered in mold and the lab test results showed a lot of mold. I contacted them again and left a message and received no phone call back. I sent them a letter detailing everything and received no reply. Luckily I found a great garage now and they looked at it and immediately found that when Miller's blew my ac lines out they did not clean out the gunk that came out and it caused water to back up and get very moldy near the blower fan and that was causing the smell. So they got away with charging me ridiculous prices for ac work and now are causing me to have to pay to have someone take it all apart again and clean up their mess. Previously I took it in and asked them to put it on the lift and check my exhaust for leaks and to check all my weatherstripping because smells are coming inside the cab and asked them to do an oil change also. When I got the car back the slip only said oil change so I called to ask whether the other 2 jobs were done and Justin completely ignored my question and would not answer. I called back 3 separate times trying to get someone else to talk to in order to find out if the work I requested was done and eventually Justin admitted he did not do that work. I wish you could upload photos here because I would show the mold test and how much mold grew. Absolutely the worse garage I have ever taken any car to. Lazy, incompetent and sneaky. You can't trust them.
