After…read moresearching for the right car for several months and looking through the inventory of different brands and manufacturers, The Subaru crosstrek was in my list of the top three choices(just not my top choice yet). I was nearly certain that I had already made up my mind on another brand and I was just stopping in out of curiosity. I am so glad I did. I met with James who is extremely personable and down to earth. He was very patient and professional as he helped me as we compared the features between the different trim levels. After discussing my main concerns and comparing things like pricing, warranty, and the available safety features between the crosstrek and the other model that was on the top of my list at the time, I discovered that the Subaru is an excellent value and suddenly made it to the top of my list. I was very impressed with everything about the vehicle and how James handled my questions and requests. Unfortunately I needed to wait until inspection, due to personal difficulties and the patience was commendable. I really appreciated the kindness and support as life seemed to be out of my control. After the thankfully passed inspection, the car battery had been struggling in cold weather. So as my CBA Mechanical technician Matt was examining the vehicle and battery the alternator gave up. I appreciate how Tom Steven's, CBA Service Manager, careful checked together with Matt all options before deciding that I needed a new alternator. And to make matters even better, they helped me find a replacement alternator that was reasonably priced and quality condition. Since my car is older I was not wanting to pour money into repairs. The communication given to me and updates was so helpful and comforting. I was always aware of what was needed or happening. The diagnostic report and videos on each car concern was outstanding! And I mean outstanding and very informative as to how my vehicle is performing and why certain maintenance must be done. No pressure just made aware. Thank you Tom and Matt for making my car better and safer. I recieved and oil change, steering and brake fluid flush. And even more was able to have my headlights cleaned and trunk mechanism fixed so it wouldn't not fall on my neck. These many decisions were made together and the bill was not a regret but a privilege. The writing of this review is not just to praise Matt and Tom who were the best, and Chip, CBA owner, who shuttled me home and brought me back at completion of vehicle inspection, maintenance and several repairs. I had a very disappointing experience at Christian Brothers Automotive (Montgomery Mall, 565 DeKalb…read morePike, North Wales). My son brought in our car to have both rear brakes replaced. He provided the parts and was quoted about $300 for labor. The shop only replaced one rear brake, discovered the other caliper was seized, and then reassembled the car without calling us for options. Afterward, they informed him the vehicle was unsafe to drive but still charged the full $300 labor fee -- despite not completing the job. To make matters worse, they didn't even have the caliper in stock, leaving us with no solution. This was unacceptable. The lack of communication, releasing an unsafe car, and charging full price for incomplete work shows poor customer service and questionable business practices. Customers deserve honesty, fair billing, and consideration for safety, none of which we experienced here. Thomas Stevens was very dishonest, stating that we resided out of town on our invoice, when we live 15 minutes away from this location. Here at this location, they consider everyone else's position, but the customer. Their practices are unethical, immoral, and unjustifiable. My recommendation is that you search elsewhere for your automobile services as this franchise is anything but Christian based. I have reached out to the owner and I am waiting on a response. I will update this Post upon hearing from the Owner, Chip Eissler. I'm not sure if they're even recognized by the Better Business Bureau. I will look into it.

They will go the extra mile and look at every damage and dents or chip the car has. My car came out looking brand new and detailed. It also smells like brand new inside. I hadn't thought about it bc my lease wasn't up but I went and talked to one of the sales team. The deal wasn't quite right so I was just going to hold off. The sales person was very persistent and we finally had a deal I could work with. Asking for next steps, the customer service went from ok to completely aggravating! To be fair, my DL was expired, I had lost the camera card and only had the temp internet one bc I requested a new camera card. I was told the couldn't title and register the car with that. I researched and that is false. In the meantime, I found the camera card and let them know and they just gave me a hard time. Overnight I found the same car I wanted at North Penn. I made an appt. for Monday with the AI assistant. The next morning I received a text from a lovely person named Jamie. Jamie put me in touch with Dan. I decided to pop in & see Dan. As luck would have it he was available. He listened about the nonsense from Faulkner and he confirmed he could work with my license documentation. He then got right to work. I thought he was just going to work up some numbers but I am leaving with the car today!!! The deal and the customer service was nothing short of Amazing! I spent 3 days speaking to Faulkner, Dan hooked me up in 2 hours. (Side note! This shop is completely unethical. I called to ask how much they'd charge for a rebuilt…read moretransmission on my 25-year-old car. I clearly explained my situation--that I didn't want to put money into the car, just wanted a price. The guy insisted he needed to see it, saying it could be something else. Thinking it might be a minor issue, I brought it in. All he did was check the transmission fluid level and scan for codes--both things that require no special shop skills. Then he told me I needed a brand-new transmission, not a rebuilt one. The kicker? He charged me $175 for doing almost nothing. If you're planning to have your transmission replaced, maybe they're fine for that. But for me, their customer service is a zero. I checked my own fluid and code scans are free at AutoZone--though I never had a check engine light, so no codes would have shown anyway. To make matters worse, they also charged me for a part I requested a refund for, which was never replaced, and they never refunded me. Terrible way to do business.

I randomly googled for the body shop based on reviews and i found my coworker/friend left good…read morereview on this shop so i decided to give it a try, I came to repair my damaged back door , Victor (the owner of the shop) was very pleasant, nice, kind, and honest person! Communication was very good throughout the process, very accommodating need of client, and reassured that i would love the outcome, indeed!!!! I attached before and after picture of my car. And it looks like good as new!!! Very clean!!! He even washed my car outside and inside,, felt like i got new car. I still have to fix some part in front, he promised to take care of that too (due to scheduling, in Separate appt in November) he promised to give me the good price and would accommodate my need. That is very above and beyond service!! Victor was like very humane and like friendly neighbor that you can totally trust!! I will definitely be his regular client!!!!!!
