Napa was closer so I went there first and the staff in there was rude as hell and wouldn't help me. Fortunately it was only a 100 degrees out so I walked down to Autozone and explained my situation. Without hesitation one the guys in a gray shirt told me they had a store use jumper box and that they were gladly able to help me at no charge. I live over an hour away and was trying to finish work to get home. Another gentleman grabbed the jumper box and drove over to my vehicle. We got it running and I was able to get it home. Huge Thanks to these guys for being great human beings. This is exactly what great customer service is all about!

He took the time to look at my door panel and figure out what was wrong. Then found the piece I needed and even installed it for me. Along with installing it, he taught me how to do it incase it happens to another door. I now have a door that opens and closes again. Severin is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. This place has been here for how long?!?! I told them I can look it up on my phone. They said that won't work because it's not in their system. This used to be a decent junkyard that I would buy quite a bit from but unfortunately they've…read morechanged to what they call a full service yard which means they pull the parts for you and you're not allowed to go out and look at any of the vehicles to find parts. The first time I went in there I needed a fan shroud and a fan clutch for an F series from 1980 to 1996, they claim that they did not have it which is unlikely. The second time I was handed off between three different people and never could even find out if they have the parts I wish to purchase. The place is very unorganized and I don't think they'll be around very long if everyone is treated like I was.

He said it ran when I left the shop and he was too busy to help me. That knucklehead told me to go buy a $3 bottle of Heat at Auto Zone.... and put it in the gas it cleared everything up. Why didn't he put the Heat in the gas to ensure his customer didn't have a problem? ($3.00) He charged me $680 but if I gave him cash, it was only $630 (Never gave me a receipt) Save yourself a headache of having to deal with this crap
