Then the smart ass female behind the counter says "you know you have to charge those right?" Nope lady! Im and idiot. And they usually have about 3/4 of a charge right out of the box! Fortunately it was only 100 degrees outside so I walked down to Autozone! Not only did they have a store use jumper box but they even drove over to my vehicle to help me out and get me back on the road. Especially since I live over an hour away! All in all I just want to say Thank you Napa! It only took one visit to permanently keep me from ever walking through your doors again! Great job!

So they suggested going to the nearest autozone to get the filter and oil and bring it back and they'll change it. Which I did. So I bring the filter and oil back and it looks like they're good to start on my truck. Then they tell me that they don't know how many quarts they need to put in. This place has been here for how long?!?! I told them I can look it up on my phone. They said that won't work because it's not in their system. A few weeks prior I wanted to get it but asked that they change the fluids, it had been sitting 6 years. weeks later when I wanted to pick it up , I called and asked if fluids were changed. He said no because he'd checked them and they were all good. I insisted that he change the oil. When I got there, the idiot told me how dirty the oil was - duh! When I asked about the clutch, he told me that adjusting it would probably make it worse. When I got it home there was NO COOLANT in it. They put in a new MAP sensor that I didn't need. So they had my vehicle for four and half months, didn't bother to work on it at all and charged my partner $800! When I wrote him an email and asked that he make it right, he tried telling me that it had a different engine than the original but it definitely did not. My mom bought it brand new. She and I have been the only owners.....Suffice it to say that I believe he intended to rip me off from the beginning. They are completely dishonest. If you're a woman on your own, DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This used to be a decent junkyard that I would buy quite a bit from but unfortunately they've…read morechanged to what they call a full service yard which means they pull the parts for you and you're not allowed to go out and look at any of the vehicles to find parts. The first time I went in there I needed a fan shroud and a fan clutch for an F series from 1980 to 1996, they claim that they did not have it which is unlikely. The second time I was handed off between three different people and never could even find out if they have the parts I wish to purchase. The place is very unorganized and I don't think they'll be around very long if everyone is treated like I was.
