I came in without an appointment (I finally got fed up with the Check Engine light being on -- and my van, nicknamed Pam Poovey, started to balk too), but everything was done the same day at a very reasonable price. Please note that they don't sell gasoline here. It appears that the pumps were taken out many years ago. However, there are two places for gasoline within 1 block (one across the side street, in fact). I am happy to find a repair shop in Louisville that would get my Dad's seal of approval.

The second shop I went to finally fixed the issue and provided detailed notes showing what should have been done the first time. When I filed a complaint, Jay Barker's Auto Repair even claimed they "did not know" I was having these issues, which makes no sense since their own receipts list "Engine Power Reduced." After three failed repairs and misleading statements, I refused to return -- three strikes and you're out.
