They have told me not to do things I thought I might need more often than telling me I need to do work. I know several well respected mechanics in town that speak highly of them. I haven't used their bathroom, but I wouldn't consider the condition of a bathroom when rating a mechanics shop. Restaurant? I care. Daycare facility? You bet. Mechanics shop? Don't care, just fix my truck. They have always been pleasant and seem professional. Oh, and I like cats.

Judging off the butcher install they did on my car they clearly don't have access to the proper instructions and/or wiring diagrams nor do they employ someone who knows anything about electronics. My stereo no longer works like it should, my hood no longer closes properly, they cut my battery cover because they couldn't figure out how to undo the tabs (I wish I was kidding), they removed several exterior panels so they could jerry rig the camera install, my windshield is no longer sealed properly and I'm afraid the other trim piece they removed will fly off while I'm driving, and it took them 9 hours to do it. The guy was nice enough but if he doesn't pay to fix what he broke then I don't care. I am a mechanic and automotive electronics installs are a hobby of mine so I know what I'm talking about.
