My daughter's car has now been here another week, and they assured her, that they could find nothing wrong... And we are sitting here in the lot right now and the check engine light came back on. They said they just don't know what to do anymore... What in the actual hell kind of answer is that? This is your car? Chevy this is one of your vehicles... And your mechanics cannot figure it out? This is absurd. I can't figure out for the life of me how in the world you stay in business when your answer to a customer... Is "I don't know what to do"... We have taken this to other mechanics, and they couldn't figure it out and told us that we must go to the dealer! Because the dealer understands their own vehicles... But you hired these mediocre POS mechanics who don't actually know your vehicle vehicles! How in the world... How in the world do you function with this kind of shitty customer service, mechanical service, and ownership service *****2nd UPDATE**** well that excitement was pretty short-lived... Less than one day later check engine light is back on, only now rather than trying to figure out the problem, they're trying to sell a new vehicle. Typical. The car doesn't have high miles even though it's a 2016. We have replaced the thermostat, the catalytic converter, the timing belt, the O2 sensors, the ignition coils, it has new brakes, and now because of a wiring issue that they can't seem to figure out... Even though we owe quite a bit on the car still... They're trying to flip it and get a sale out of us. Disgusted. Thanks a lot Mark. You put me in touch with someone..That's just trying to sell us another car.... It's disgusting how condescending your sales people are knowing we are upside down on a loan for a car that you guys can't even figure out what's wrong with it... Knowing another car payment is not the answer, but looking at your bottom line only and not caring about the customer at all. Chevy is the worst. Made an appointment for Monday at 10 AM. Sat there for four hours before they told me I need to just leave my car. They called me back on Tuesday and told me what part they needed, a small wire, and that I would need to wait until they ordered it. On Wednesday I called to check the status, the part had not been ordered yet on Thursday, I called to check the status. They said the part was ordered, but not in yet. On Friday the part finally came in. They did the work, I picked up my vehicle and the check engine light was still on. They did not fix the problem, their employees were fighting in front of customers. The waiting area was absolutely filthy, they let me sit for hours upon hours before telling me. I had to leave my car anyway. They never called me back. I only got updates if I called them. They quoted me one price and then added $100 to that. I can't tell you how awful this place was, for a dealer there's a level of respect you hope they want to have over other mechanics, but clearly this location doesn't give a shit about anybody not even their own employees. The phone system is horrible, it's a decent into a merry go round of "Your call is important to us" recordings from at least 2 systems all throwing back and forth between them. Waiting for an update? DO NOT BUY AN ELECTRIC CAR AT AUTONATION Upon entering you're not greeted. On a Tuesday afternoon the entire place was equivalent to a ghost town. No employees in the service dept on the side facing the street. All the employees are on the other side of the building. This location INTENTIONALLY blocks their charger to prevent customers from using it. Despite buying two Mercedes at autonation. The actions that happened today will definitely make me second guess ever buying another car from them. After finding an employee of the service dept to move the hummer EV blocking the charger. I pulled my car in to charge up. Then went to their customer lounge to sit down. The lounge was very very humid. Despite being around 82 degrees outside today. They do NOT have the AC running nor is there even a decent amount of air circulation due to the lack of open windows or AC. The water fountains near the bathrooms do not work. As well as the water machine near the coffee maker is out of service as well. Since the lounge was very humid. Insects started flying around due to the very humid environment. Overall not a pleasant experience. After an hour of waiting. I discovered the service dept cut the power to the charger intentionally for reasons still unknown so my car wasn't charging the entire time I was there waiting. The employees are nowhere near professional nor social. The ventilation is very poor due to the lack of air proper air circulation. The noise level is almost library quiet due to the lack of other customers and all the employees on one side of the building. It should be known despite receiving energy grants from the federal government most likely to subsidize the ev charger costs. This location constantly blocks their charger with gas vehicles despite grants clearly saying you must provide access to the public. After this experience. I have notified DOE Investigators personally to research all energy grants provided to Autonation across the entire U.S. If you buy a car here. You will experience very poor customer service. Looked up car value on Kelley's Bluebook, got a quote and a couple of dealerships to contact to sell our car in a matter of minutes. One of those suggested places was AutoNations in Laurel, and Michelle Torres the acquisition specialist contacted me via text and email immediately. I was able to make an appointment online. Everything was very convenient. I went in with the car and title. Left with a higher payout than the Kelley Bluebook offer and Carmax offer! Ms. Torres worked quickly, and I so appreciated her professionalism and respectful mannerisms. Thankful for the quick and convenient sale. If i could leave zero stars i would. This business is highly unprofessional. I took my car in to have a purge pump issue repaired. They appeared to have foxed it only for it to reoccur a couple weeks later obviously not repaired correctly at all. I left my car with the again for what i was told was a diagnostic that would take 24-48 hours. Having to rent a car while they had mine and trying to coordinate with them. Not only did they not give me a call to inform me it would take longer. After being put through over an hour of holds and transfers, the service person Jack wouldn't even let me get a sentence out to ask when my car might be ready. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and rushed through a pacifying explanation that that they had even begun on my car yet after the second day then hung up on me. Each time i have to call toward the end of the day to find out the status of my car because they refuse to update me without me having to repeated call until someone finally answers. Now being told it "might possibly" "at the earliest" be worked on the following monday. At that point they have had my car for a week with little to no progress for an extremely simple repair that they incorrectly did the first time. They refuse to give me a solid time or day of when my car will be ready and have now coat me hundreds of dollars in rental car fees that i would have been better prepared for had they given me an honest answer and told me when they would actively be free to work on the car and how long it would tale so i could have kept my car until they were ready for it. I called and asked for the signed paperwork from when i dropped off the vehicle and they claimed they would send it over and get the issues handled but they have made zero moves to do that. They sent a coupon for oil and filter change for $69.99 to me. I thought it was a great deal. So I drove some eight(8) miles from Columbia, MD. to their shop in Laurel, MD. on Saturday the 9th of Nov.2024. When I presented this coupon to the attendant before service, this guy told me to hold on to it . Almost two(2) hours later this same guy came with one hundred and twelve ($112.00) dollar invoice. I gave him the coupon but he just took a cursory note of it and gave it back to me, without any good explanation. They literally robbed me ! I still feel disappointed that they would do such a thing. Horrible experience with AutoNation Chevrolet at Laurel. We went to them because they were the only ones with appointments available within a decent timeframe in the area. We have a brand new Chevy vehicle. We gave the vehicle model and year when we made the appointment and miles. I was told when I bought the vehicle that the first oil change would be free..if done within 12 months. I have gotten my first oil change on my other two brand new Chevy before this one with no problems at another dealership. But I have never gotten anything done at Laurel before so I just wanted to verify everything so I can go elsewhwre, if I needed to. Over the phone, the person who took the appointment said they didn't know anything with the pricing of the oil change. We arrived for our appointment and we asked the advisor if they honor the first free oil change and he did not answer the question and proceeded to move us along in the process. We asked again. He said he could not tell us unless he had the vin. He could have said that from the beginning but ok. I got the vin and gave it to him. He still did not tell us if they would honor the first free oil change. He asked for the key and we asked again. We wanted to know because if they didn't honor it we would take it to a Chevy dealership that would honor it. He finally answered as though it was a problem and after that he snatched the keys!!!! Asked for my car back, they couldn't find my keys, then they found them and handed them to me. I asked " Where is My Car", they said out front. I walked the entire lot, couldn,t find my car. Asked the lot parker to find my car, he found it in the back at the Buick Dealership. No apologies, no assistance finding my car, a normal dealership would bring the car to you, not this Auto Nation Cluster "F". It is Jan 24 and this is my first truly bad review I have had to give. Unfortunately, the reason for this has to do with getting the title and registration nearly 1 month after the temp tags expired. I first got into contact with my former salesperson, Richard, on December 23 via text letting them know the temp tag is expiring on Dec 31 and asking for a status update. The response seemed reasonable as he stated he talked to the finance manager. However, a week passed and no response so I texted again on Jan 6th. This time however, I was simply pointed to Nadia who does all tags and title and a 'Sorry'. So, I can't drive my car for 1 week now. To be honest, at this point I wasn't super unhappy but somewhat annoyed. The fact that I thought the sales person was actually a stand up guy was being proven to be inaccurate. I thought he would have been more helpful but I guess not. Now comes the fun part... I directly call Nadia the same day to learn that whatever my insurance company gave expired (was temporary) when they actually started to do everything. I have NEVER had this happen before...EVER. I have bought multiple cars in the past used and/or new so this was just stupid. I go and text her a photo of my current insurance and ask her if it is sufficient for what they need to get the insurance/registration settled. On the 7th I receive an answer 'YES THIS SHOULD WORK'. Since I didn't hear back I emailed Nadia on the 12th and asked what is the status. She told me: Good morning Mr. xxxx I will send out a extended temp tag this afternoon if the tag doesn't come in my fedex this a.m just confirm the address to where you want me to send it to. So I told her my address and didn't receive anything the 14th. So I emailed her asking where is the temp tag like she promised. Mind you temp tags can be printed out and emailed. But I got nothing. On the 15th, Nadia replies: No not yet I will check today for an update. This completely ignored my request about a temp tag! I call my salesperson Richard on 21st but all he responds is 'Sorry, I can't talk right now.' Great help that was. Another email from me to Nadia on 21st: Nadia, I'm a impatient at this time. I still haven't received my license and registration and it has been nearly 1 month. You never sent me any sort of temp tags in between either. I basically couldn't use the car for 21 days at this point. What is the delay and I why couldn't I get any sort of temp tags earlier???? Please advise asap. I get back a response on the 22nd: Mr. xxx I have fed ex your tags out to you I will trace them and find out what the hold up is. I spoke with you on Thursday letting you know they sent your plates in I sent them out on Friday. Mind you the whole time I never got a tracking number, never got temp tags, never got any good explanation. Plus, we pulled a little trick on my side to test them out. A friend of mine called the dealership the 21st to ask what was going on directly. Didn't speak to Nadia but apparently once he told them some basic information, they knew who they were speaking with. This unnamed person told my friend that simply there were JUST mailed out. He asked for the tracking number and the person said there isn't any. He asked why, she said there just isn't. Then she said if you don't receive anything call us in 48hrs and basically gave him lip. Fortunately I actually didn't get my license the 22nd. It just took about 1 month where I couldn't actually drive my car!!!! So let's see, they basically don't care once you buy something from them, act rude if you try to get things done nicely, ignore and lie. I get it. I told them I won't be ordering my 2020 corvette from them, but I don't think they give a darn. But I'll let this long review do all my talking :) read more

Boy, has this place changed since my original review back in 2017. The service department really went downhill with the pandemic and never recovered. I quit going after they botched a repair on my wife's Cruze, then charged me another $500+ without so much as an apology. I think that was back in 2021. I found a different mechanic after that. Fast forward to recent events, I was in the market to replace that Cruze with a Bolt EV. Autonation is one of the few dealers that did not have a needless markup on the vehicle, so I ordered it through them. The process from ordering to buying was super simple. It was probably the easiest car buying experience I've had. When the car came in, the dealer requested some documentation via email so that they could take care of some paperwork up front. They quoted me more than what I expected to get for the Cruze. Always a plus! It was otherwise pretty standard stuff - sign a bunch of papers, get the keys and go. I do seem to be missing an IRS document related to the sale of the EV, which I did reach out to the dealer about. He said he would look into it, but I haven't heard anything since. The dealership side is overall pretty good, minus that issue with the document. It certainly won't be a problem if you're going there looking for something gas powered. While I was there, multiple people were encouraging me to give the service center another try. They told me they had gone through several managers and that it's different now. Seemed like marketing speech to me, but I decided to give them another try at some point out of curiosity. I should have listened to my instincts and not bothered, but sometimes I'd like to be proven wrong. The entire experience was a waste of time. I dropped my Volt off Thursday afternoon. The appointment is for Friday. Friday comes and goes. No call, no update. Saturday, I try to call the service center using their automated system to check on the status of the vehicle. It rings....and rings, then eventually kicks me back to the main menu because nobody picks up. This cycle continued three or four more times before I get on the line with someone on the dealership end and they forward me directly to a service advisor. That time, someone picked up. The woman on the line told me that there was a delay getting the car diagnosed. I think she said that it should be looked at either later that day or on Monday. Nobody deigned it necessary to inform me of this. I'm irritated at this point because the appointment was for the prior day, not Saturday or Monday. By the end of Saturday, again, nobody called with an update. Monday rolls around with the same radio silence from the service center. Only it's somehow even harder to get ahold of anyone. I spammed their automated system for a while, then called the main desk on the dealership end. The receptionist forwarded me to the service center manager's phone this time. The phone rang and went to voicemail. At this point, I keep spamming the automated system, hoping that someone will get annoyed enough with the constantly ringing phone and pick up. That eventually worked. Someone on the line said that my car was out being tested and that I would be called with an update when the tech returned. As is the theme here, I received no call as the hours went by. It's 6pm on Monday. My appointment was supposed to be Friday and I'm tired of all the crap. My wife drives me down to the service center to pick up the car. Much to my surprise, it's closed! Even though the schedule on the door and online says that they're open until 7pm, they're not. They're open until 6pm. The only reason I know this is because of a newly recorded voicemail message I got when I called in that stated their new hours. Tuesday morning, I went down there and got my car back right when they opened. I told them that I just wanted to get my car and leave. I didn't care what was going on in the back, the only thing I wanted to do was get my vehicle and leave. I was brought back into the garage, the mechanic quickly went over a little report that he had, gave me my key, and I was on my way. The service advisor there didn't charge me, which was the correct thing to do. Is it better than it was in 2021? Not really. The god-awful service advisors don't seem to be there anymore, but this place has got issues that make that point irrelevant. I canceled my Bolt's free service appointment. Frankly, the service here isn't even worth free. It isn't worth being free because there is no respect for the customer's time. People need their vehicles. People should be kept up to date on the status of their vehicles. There is no point to an appointment system if the customer's vehicle won't get in on that day. Even worse if there is a delay and the customer isn't notified. At the very least, the service center should be capable of picking up the phone; something that they literally struggle to do. Please go to a different mechanic, even if it costs more. read more

I was promised my truck on 05/10/2024 I received a call and was told they couldn't complete the job because they needed a special tool..... I work at a dealership and have experience in the automotive field and they are playing with my intelligence.... YOU DO NOT NEED A SPECIAL TOOL TO CHANGE FRONT AIR BAGS ON THE SUSPENSION..... I asked for a manager to call me and they didn't.... The problem I'm having is saying it's the suspension module which is a couple hundred dollars and they said I need new suspension airbags which is 3k... I really don't believe what they are saying after the lies... WATCH THIS PLACE..... PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just purchased a Jeep Liberty..! This after my SUV was rendered a total loss in an accident. Since my Honda CRV was older and paid off, it was important for me to find a replacement vehicle that was equally reliable but would not leave me with a car payment. I initially went to CarMax and when I told the sales rep how much I was working with he immediately gave up, handed me his card and told me to call him. He never even went out to the car lot. At Autonation, when I told Jerry Butcher, sales rep how much I was working with, he immediately sprung into action and took me to the lot and showed me a car. Smart man--although the initial car wasn't what I wanted, he knew the amount I gave him was the starting point, and the car he showed me kept me interested. Jerry's service was exceptional, from the way he handled the sale, allowing me to test the car (that I eventually purchased) on my own, his excellent technical knowledge, to his impeccable follow-up..! While I was waiting for the finance guy, he even delivered a (PowerPoint..!) presentation on their service center next door. He even got me pink tag holders for my car..! And pink fridge magnets--Autonation donates to and supports breast cancer awareness through the Go Pink campaign. *BUYER BEWARE* This location listed a car online that I talked to a salesman about for MSRP. The salesman texted me pictures of the window sticker, video of the car showing the VIN# and pricing. I agree to pay full sticker, proceeded to purchase online, gave all my information my credit was ran (over 800FICA) everything's approved. I set my delivery time. Then I get a rude phone call from Sanjeev stating the car is now $10,000 more over sticker. I walked in just to check on a car I saw parked outside and I end up driving home with a brand new Chevy Camaro. Mr.Mike Longan did a fantastic job making sure I get a great deal. He went beyond his means made calls to get me even extra discounts. The entire sales crew was very professional, diligent and awesome. I would strongly recommend this dealership over any other. I did kindly denied their offer to being introduced to the service section due to all the negative reviews I have seen on their fb page. We have a good review today! Man, no wonder why people are afraid to purchase cars. Personally I have worked in a dealership and can say this dealership is one of many where they just don't care or don't know what customer service is. Why ? They have no sense of accountability or ownership. They do not believe in team work for they don't work as one. Let's get started. My vehicle has warranties that should have covered the copious issues my car had when they sold it. First of all they sold me a bad car. They say it was certified but that doesn't necessarily mean the parts in the car are running "like" new. I had gotten all things covered in my warranty paid out of pocket because at this AutoNation false promises are made. To sell you a car they will do anything and say anything, even if that means lying to their customers. The cars seats are falling apart before we even bought them...certified ? The door panel was detached from its spot...certified ?? The lock button on the driver side does not even work...certified??? Breaks and rotors went bad within the first month to the point it became a safety issue...certified???? If this is what AutoNation calls "CERTIFIED CARS" then they need to be re-evaluated. Was told all these issues were covered and should be fixed promptly. Only to go to service and charge me $200 just to fix the door panel that was coming out before the car was even bought. Lol they want me to pay out of pocket to fix issues that should have not even been there from the beginning. Smart way of cutting cost, getting the customer to pay for previous owner damages. Every time the wait was over an hour to just get checked! I know that's because they forgot or neglected us. Lastly upon me explaining this to their manager who's name I won't use. Said quote " I can't do anything about what some else promised you that wasn't me, we can sit here all day and talk about what should have been done but that's the past" being in the car industry I was appalled how no responsibility or action was taken upon the agreement their salesmen or team had made with me. If he wasn't the one who made those agreements, what if next time it's another guy tells me the same thing " I wasn't the one who made you that promise" then we're right back where we started. My time was waisted to get nothing out of it. I have a appointment on Thursday. To get my car serviced for the problems that should have been fixed months ago. I will write another review a more detailed and explicit review depending on the how service goes. I really hope they have the capability to change my view on this location and its staff. read more

I financed over $35,000.00 and purchased a truck here in June 2020 with a dealers warranty in addition to purchasing an extended warranty. Within 48 hours after identifying one of the key fobs does not work I informed my salesman. A month later, after getting the runaround, I'm back at this dealership to resolve this situation only for the sales manager to recommend going on YouTube to troubleshoot and reprogram. I provided the Dodge dealership diagnostic clearly stating that it needs to be replaced. This key fob has not been the only issue in less than a months time of purchase. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, which I knew was $100 due to inflation on my Chevy Cruze. But the extra $150 for the most expensive windshield wipers which netted me a $253 bill for an oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper replacement... and this took almost 3 hours to do. Never coming back. Don't waste your time in the non-AC waiting room. Also when I got my keys back the mechanic plastic and mat were still in the car. This place isn't worth the time. read more

Positives and negatives. Great customer experience until the purchase was made. I bought a used 2018 Toyota Yaris iA with them in November, 2021. Before purchase, all emails and calls were answered promptly and quickly. Price was fair amidst the pandemic supply shortage. However, after purchasing, they stopped responding to emails and calls. I needed some info on when brakes had been serviced last, because they started screeching 2 weeks after I got the car. With my busy life I stopped trying to contact them and waited to do an inspection. I assumed it wasn't a big deal (maybe dirty) because they worked fine and only screeched occasionally. I finally (March 2022, 4 months after purchase) decided to get them checked and got slapped with a $800 charge to replace brake rotors and pads, which were 80% worn out. I only drove about 1000 mi in these 4 months... I know I share some of the blame for this, but I was trusting a dealership to be more interested in maintaining good customer relationship and trust even after purchase. Now they've lost trust and my recommendation. If you're doing business with them, be aware they might disappear after taking your money and try to be more active/nagging than I was if you need any other info from them. read more

Half of these reviews are fake. Once you purchase your car, you get this email about getting a chance to win a $100 gas card if you write a review. I bought my car back in February 2023. It's now July and I have YET received proper help about registration and new license plate (I finally got help this week after calling every single day). I was calling day after day to get my USB port fixed (back when I had my free 3 month warranty) or if I could purchase a better warranty so that it could be replaced and NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME. Before I drove the car off the lot, I went inside to tell them about the broken CarPlay/usb port, they didn't help me fix it or give me a solution onto when or how. Months after calling, wasting my time, no answer. HORRIBLE customer service. They just want to meet their quota on sales and screw you over. My cars AC is blowing out a cigarette smell that gets in my hair EVERYDAY. The detailing that was done before purchasing my car was HORRIBLE! Like come on service department. I know you wouldn't want your car to look like a CHILD was eating in it!! The shift to park comes on EVERY FREAKING TIME I turn off the car!!! No one looked into it! The managers...horrible! I left them over 20 voicemails and not ONE of them got back to me! I should sue for the lemon law since I should not have to pay to get my car fixed after purchasing it less than a week of issues. The finance manager was an ass when I asked to speak to corporate to see if there was any way to bypass my married name to use the name on my license after signing all of the paperwork. His response was that, "I am corporate." Sir, get off your high horse. Just an overall, horrible experience. 0/5 stars for this location. Also note, I've never seen a woman saleswoman at the used car location. Only men. And they treated me (a woman) like shit. I hope that you aren't looking for great customer service, a quick turn around, or someone to get back to you. I have been going back and forth with this autonation location since December 2022. Long story short, they put in a faulty fuel pump back in December and I finally got them to repair it a month ago. I found out the fuel pump was faulty because I took my car to another mechanic because my previous experience with autonation was TERRIBLE. Since I had proof of the faulty fuel pump, Autonation agreed to fix the damage, pay my diagnostic fee from the current shop my car was at, and get my car towed. Since the repair a month ago, I have not been refunded my diagnostic fee, which they ensured me I would get and said it would help quicken the process if I paid for it upfront. I can't get the Manager on the phone or my service agent. They stopped responding to my emails and calls. I am disgusted with how I have been treated and reported them to Corporate and still waiting for corporate's response. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't go to this location. It's clear that GMC/Buick/Chevrolet have not picked up on these reviews because they are still doing BS here. This is my 2nd visit here and I promised myself after the first visit I would not return because of their lack of urgency, extremely slow service, and just laundry list of items they suggest for your vehicle but their hesitancy or lack of to address the main issue for the visit. I only returned because an issue under warranty needed to be addressed by them. My first visit was for an oil change. They told me i need to have the battery changed and light replaced. I asked to replace the light since i cant get to it easily and leave battery alone. What do they do? Exact opposite. Wait time = 3-4 hrs. Second visit for wiper replace (under warranty), oil, and light. What do they do? Address oil and wiper only. Wait time = 3 hours and counting Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere. read more

I purchased a 2018 Chevy Equinox with around 26K miles from AutoNation Chevrolet in Laurel on February 5, 2024. Jose who assisted in my purchase was more than helpful with the transaction. On February 8, 2024. I reached out to Jose to let him know that my check engine light came on, he told me that I could bring it in to be checked out so I did. By the time i arrived at the service department the light was off. They were still able to hook up the computer to possibly see if they would get any codes, they did but said I would need to bring it back to be repaired. On February 15, 2024 the light was back on and then off again, I contacted Jose and he then advised me to drop it off for the weekend and he would give a loaner, which he did. I received my car back on February 19th under the impression that everthing had been repaired. It's important to note that before the time that the vehicle was supposed to be repaired, when driving I started to notice that inside the vehicle the paneling and other things were loose and out of place (shifted) as if it had been moved. On Tuesday March 26, 2023 once again I started the car and the check engine light is on, again. I decided that I no longer wanted this car AutoNation Chevrolet has had multiple times to fix the vehicle and they haven't. After speaking with Jose he tells me that it would have to be a trade-in and that would require an appraisal. I decided to take the car to carmax to get an appraisal to have something to compare, Carmax proceded to tell me the the car I purchased not even 45 days earlier has previous visible structural damage, and my quote from Carmax "this car has been in an accident". They appraised the car 8K less than what I paid. I arrive back to Autonation to discuss these findings and the sales manager on duty at the time did not want to take responsibility for this missed information. Even though before purchasing this vehicle Autonation reported that they perform multiple inspections including structural and they did not indicate to me that this car showed signs of an accident. The sales manager was very condescending and told me "I'm not the inspector so I can't tell you what they saw". His attitude toward the situation was very off putting and he didn't really seem to care to help the situation. After filing a complaint with the BBB I noticed that I am not the only person who has experienced a similiar situation, AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel should not be able to keep getting away with conducting business in this manor. My son and I purchased a 2022 Camaro from Stephanie and Ryan yesterday. The car was a great value for the price and the staff was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Stephanie was excellent and prepared for our arrival, as we traveled from Haymarket Virginia to laurel Maryland to purchase the car. My insurance company was problematic for us to settle, however, Stephanie when above an beyond to help us reach the corporate office and have the car insured for us to take possession. GREAT JOB Stephanie. The financing part was flawless. Our experience with this dealership was exceptional and I would buy another vehicle from them again. Ryan Kieth deserves a shout at is well, he was great to deal with over the phone to put the deal together and have his team set up and ready for us upon arrival to finalize everything. Service Center Complaint Day 1: I brought my Chevrolet Traverse here a few years ago and did not have success at other dealerships for service and decided to take the car back to where I purchased the car. My service tech was Robert and it all started fine. He said I would have to wait 2 hours for an update so I told him I would wait. 2.5 hours later, I had to go to the service area because I did not get any updates. When I saw Robert he went to the back and checked on the status and said they are about to take the car on a test drive for them to experience the issue I was having. Going on the 3rd hour of waiting, he finally tells me that after 2 test drives, they still don't know the issue and need to take it on a 3rd test drive. To make matters worse, they have no loaners and could not drop me off since their mile limit is 8 miles and I live 13 miles away. I told Robert, I would need the car the following day. Day 2: It is 12:34pm and I have heard nothing from the service center. I called and asked for Robert. Since Robert was not available, the person I spoke with provided me the same update Robert gave me yesterday with 2 test drives needing to go on a 3rd. So in the past 24 hours, no one took my car out. I told them I need to know what is going on with updates. The service here used to be impeccable, not it is beyond disappointing. read more
