    Looked at a 3yr old Tundra, it had steering wheel vibration and was dirty. Sales mgr J*** said he'd have it washed and sent to mechanic to address the vibration. They did some cleaning on the stains in the back seats and put the shiny stuff on the tire rubbers, but look at this pic. Those are oil and dust build ups that I could wipe away with my finger. They were there when I first visited and the pic is from my second visit. At least 5 other things on the exterior that showed it had not been washed. I think they figured working on those seat stains was enough effort. The wheel vibration obviously the bigger concern. Pretty sure he never sent it to a mechanic. Never offered details about how it was addressed, but when pressed said they had to balance a tire. That's bull, cause when I first drove it I noticed the brand new tires and balancing weights on it. So a balancing had just been done. It needs an alignment. They wouldn't do it. And did they just expect I wouldn't notice on my final test drive? Insulting. Btw, why doesn't a place this big have their own mechanic onsite? They had 3 days to address these things and we already exchanged a contract of sale and I wasted my time and $ getting a cashiers check from my bank. Lastly, for final drive I asked a coworker to come with for 2nd set of eyes. I called ahead and confirmed the truck was available for driving. But when I got there they couldn't find the key for over 15min. Especially frustrating cause I asked my coworker to take time off work to help me.

    Full disclosure: I'm not only a client, I'm a consultant. I purchased a 2014 VW Passat and I have never been happier. My car has given me no problems that I didn't cause by not putting my oil cap on‍. I bought it with 14,000 miles on it. It now has 114,000 miles and going!!! Thanks Easterns Motors!!!

    Apparently they bought it in an auction and they scam people with this car from dealership to dealership!!

    I had been searching for a drive thru banking option to deposit a check since I moved down here and…read morejust stumbled upon here. I do a lot of vehicular banking when needed. I was prepared when I showed up here, but that didn't seem to matter. What and why would a bank have two drive-up ATMs set up in the same lane? Why would you think this is a good idea? If you want to use an ATM you should be able to drive up, use it, and go. But not here. Two ATMs you have one of two scenarios that play out. Scenario one: you are the first car of two and can leave at will. However, every vehicle behind the second car has to wait until car number two is finished. Essentially making the first ATM unusable. To shine a bit more light on this, there is no possible way to drive around on either side. Scenario two: you are the second car and a finished. However, the person in front of your is taking longer than it should. You are essentially stuck with nothing to do but wait for the vehicle in front of your to finish up. That is, if the ATM will complete your transaction at all. I wait in the line watching to two scenarios play out only to find they would not finish my transaction because of the bank I dealt with. The lesson I should have learnt from this was to not waste my time with this business.

    VIPRE is a good place to buy a used auto, but a bad place to get it repaired. I bought a late…read moremodel Honda hybrid from VIPRE, and have had decent luck with it, but the few times I brought it into them, the bill was always near or above $1,000. In one instance, they charged me $1,200 to replace ONE headlight, and they didn't even fix it correctly- I had to bring it back in because the mechanic hadn't replaced the "igniter". The other headlight went out 2 months later, so I took it to a recommended moonlighter mechanic- he fixed the set-up without fuss for $200, and a year later it's still running strong. I really don't think Shamit and crew are intentionally trying to rip customers off, I just think there's a disconnect between the management and the repair side of the business. And, if you get caught up in that "disconnect", it will cost you thousands of dollars. Shamit has never fixed this issue, so beware to the car owner looking to get a repair. Needless to say, my next used car will probably be purchased at VIPRE, but my repairs will be going elsewhere. Three stars: good cars, bad repair service.

    Vipre has fair pricing and that are ethical in their approach to sales and service. I keep going…read moreback to them and I get the impression that most of their other customers do. I get this impression because of what I see when I'm in the waiting room. Service is scheduled well and there is never a long wait for repairs once you're scheduled. If you have a mechanical emergency, they work with you in a very understanding manner.
