    Great service from start to finish! I was so happy with my purchase and have recommended so many others here. Fred is a great leasing consultant! He is always willing to answer the phone and answer any questions. Throughout the process he was attentive and supportive. Ralph Kolius is a the best sales manager to have in your corner. He is very knowledgeable and willing to work with any budget!

    !0 STAR REVIEW! Stay away if you want to keep your car in good shape. I brought my car here for some paint correction and when I got the car back I noticed all my windows and windshields had some kind of coating on it distorting my vision hence making this a safety concern. I brought it back multiple times for the dealership and they have denied any responsibility and the best advice I got was to replace all the glass on the car out my own pocket. The lack of professionalism and safety concern for a "luxury dealership" has me regretting ever bringing my car here. I even spoke to the district manager and he even said there was nothing he could do as he only deals with warranty and manufacturer defects as this is considered a "workmanship" issue. He referred me to escalate the situation to Acura directly and I've filed a report with them. I've tried multiple things and called in favors from friends in the car industry as I didn't want to point the blame on the dealership. This is not something I could have done nor something "environmental/outside influence" as they claimed. You get far superior service at the Hyundai dealership near the street! Just SAD.

    It's a bait and switch. They will never send you out the door number and try to gaslight you or think your stupid. Save your money.

Even though it's a smaller shop, they have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee, snacks, and water, which was a really nice touch. They took care of my oil change and filter without an appointment and finished in less than an hour and a half. What really stood out to me was their honesty and generosity -- they even told me my next oil change would be free, which I've never experienced before. I've been to dealerships and many other auto service places around the Washington area over the past 20 years, and I can truly say this level of service is rare. This was my first visit, but based on this experience, they've earned my five stars. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

You are in the building, they want to make the deal work. Walk out if they don't meet your terms. Next, ignore any and everything the F&I person tells you. Its 100% lies. Their business model rewards lying to sell you additional 3rd party insurance, service plans, and random crap. Just ignore that. Tell them to move it along. Get all your documentation before leaving. If you get a certified honda from them get the form and booklet showing that it is certififed. Otherwise, you have to go back and they wring their hands and promise to fix it and you have to worry about it. But mostly, remember they are lying to you from the moment you walk in the door. The business model of a car dealership rewards them for lying to you to get you to spend more money.
