Overall experience was great. Liam helped and was a top notch employee. All options on purchasing a vehicle were put on the table. It was a lengthy process taking hours. Please allow time and make sure you eat something before traveling down the new vehicle road. Shorter staffing also made for butt-numbing waits. I have patience however. So no big deal. Last minute inspection took a day and a half, and they told me to come at a specific time to pick it up. I arrived a little early via a Lyft to find out it would take another hour. I had to wait in an overheated customer lounge wiping sweats from my brow. A phone call would have saved me the precious time. But I won't ding them on the review due to that. Just wanted to mention to please call if delays are happening. Thanks. They optioned to swing me through a drive-thru as I waited but I declined because Red Lobster doesn't have a drive-thru.  I am very pleased at the customer service and all the hand shaking by different members of the team. Don't buy a used car from here if you expect it to last long. I have had my vehicle less than a year and it's already had tons of issues that I've had to take it into the shop for. Less than a month after I bought it, I already had to take it in for engine and transmission issues. How did they not notice these issues before selling it to someone? They're either crooks or they're incompetent. Also, their warranty system is garbage. You pay all this extra money a month, and then when you actually need to use it, the warranty company fights tooth and nail for the claim and won't even cover the issues unless it's "completely broken". So when the mechanic notices there is damage to the engine and an issue that needs to be fixed, they won't cover the cost of fixing it unless the engine literally breaks down and stops working? What kind of service is this? So I'm just driving around waiting for my car to break down on the middle of the highway so that the repairs will be covered by the warranty I'm paying hundreds of dollars to a month. I would be cautious making your next purchase at Auto Nation. Purchased a used vehicle from Auto Nation Dodge, and thankfully purchased the warranty. In the condition I purchased the truck, it needed a new rear dif gear, undisclosed to me. Also truck included a bed cap and luggage box, both with no keys to access them. Additional it appears that the lug nut key is missing. They were so concerned with how clean the truck was or could be, but ignored the basic needs of ownership. read more

2 months ago I Stopped at this Dodge dealership to look for New dodge ram 1500's. The new Rams don't come with V-8 engines anymore. They had a 2023 sitting right out front and wanted nearly $80,000 for it. I told the manager they're not gonna sell a 2023 for that much money. He said, oh, it'll sell, it'll sell fast. Here we are 2 1/2 months later and it's still sitting in the same spot out front of the dealership. I told him his ego is getting in the way and not selling a 2023 was costing them money. The funny thing is, I had this exact same experience at this exact same dealership a year ago. so, both times they chase me to another dealership and I ended up getting a great deal on both of my new trucks. I will never shop at this dealership again, management are too high on their horse. They're not there to take care of the customer, they are there only to put money in their pocket. After having my credit pulled at the AutoNation Dodge store last night just to get an offer that was $95/month over what it should have been because it included two $750 mandatory fees and being told to take it or leave it, I went to this AutoNation Ford store down the street, who assured me that they were going to get the car I wanted from the Dodge store and sell it to me without those two fees and that they would ONLY PULL MY CREDIT ONCE because I was already approved with one lender - and then they proceeded to pull my credit SEVEN f#$%ing TIMES! They then came back with an offer for $755/month for 60 months, even though I specifically told them that my approval was for $700/month for 72 months. They will relentlessly try to bump you again and again and again, even after being told that the finance company's limit was a certain amount. Truth be told, I used to sell cars and every car dealer is the same - they are all sleazeballs who don't give a damn about customers or the cars that they sell - all they care about is making as much money from their customers as they possibly can. I am reporting them to the Colorado State Dealer Board, but I'm sure that nothing will change because both of these stores have 2-star ratings for good reason. DO NOT SHOP HERE! read more

I bought a used 2016 Kia optima from this dealership sometime back in may of 2025. Everybody at this dealership was very nice and very professional, with that being said this review is not about how they "took care of me". This review is about the fact that I am very disappointed with the state my car was sold to me in. Yes I do understand the vehicle is used and no matter what buying used it will be a very hit or miss situation which is why I wasn't planning on writing a review but at the same time when it's my safety and others safety on the road is where that is completely unacceptable. All 4 tires on my vehicle are completely different brands, the front LT and RT tires are dry rotting ( With this being a front wheel drive vehicle and winter coming up that is not ok ) so all of them I'm going to have to pay out of pocket for which is $600 with another $300 in mounting, balancing, and an alignment. The vehicle was not balanced at all and due to that it has a nasty vibration past 55mph on the freeway. My blind spot monitor system does not work due to the blind spot monitor corroding from the inside and spreading to the wiring harness so the system does not work at all. I have proof of all of that. Thats another $3,000 with just parts and recalibration that doesn't include labor. My driver side mirror bounces and does not fold. My hood on my vehicle was missing some paint on the hood until they took it back and detailed it so now it is missing a giant junk of paint and clear coat on my hood that is now showing signs of rust. I had to replace the wiper blades with in days of "ownership" due to zero visibility during a storm. The vehicle over heated while I was in a drive through line (thank god) and needed the thermostat and radiator fan replaced to be operational again. That was another $600 dollars between labor and parts. This is only a few things I've seen and taken care of in the last 3 months of buying my vehicle. Currently getting scammed. They tried multiple times, making us sit there for hours, to get us with one of their credit places but we said no, we have the money already authorized from the one we trust. They finally said ok and signed all paperwork. We have had the truck for 3wks and they are not pushing to electronically get the money from our loan handlers. We have been in contact with our loan handlers trying to make sure this gets settled. Autonation Dodge Ram Broadway (5600 S Broadway, Littleton CO) claims they have done there part but our loan handlers state they have not. We even had a representative of our loan do a three way call with us and Autonation to figure out why they are not going through with the money request. So Autonation puts the request but does not fill out the documents with any information. They are playing games all because we did not go through one of their credit places. They know there is a time crunch for this loan to be used. They are very dismissive on the phone. Do not go to any Autonation. Plus the van we traded, they offered way too little and put it up for more than double the price the next day. They never even test drove the vehicle which makes me wonder about the rest of the used vehicles they take in. read more

It's been a few months but I realized I didn't post my review from Google on here. They don't take your business serious. How they can come out with a 21 percent interest to a person with an 800 credit score and be serious is insane and not be willing to come off of that price until we are in the car leaving the spot we parked in, and 2 guys come running out and say let's go see some numbers. It's a huge waste of time and energy. But unfortunately , this is not the first time they did this to me. I went with another buddy and they wouldn't budge off of 21% interest on a 34,000 truck, with 15,000$ cash down in front of them. They insist that's the lowest they can do. So he bought it outright. When we came back with the cashiers check, the guy was super pushy into getting him to finance it and was shocked that he would buy it and not finance and said he could get a lower interest rate, after they had wasted time the day before. So when They gave him the final pricing and he came back with a cashiers check the next day for the exact purchase price they told him. Turns out that number was about $1800 over purchase price but they would do him a favor and throw in all of the warranties they could so he wouldn't have to go back to the bank. Before I get on with my review, I'd say it has been a while since my truck was in for repair and I understand that. But anyhow terrible service center, much better learning off of YouTube how to repair it your self. I took my truck in for a large repair dealing with the camshafts and what not. After I received the truck the engine cover was missing, master flow sensor wasn't connected and some ac lines had missing caps. I wasn't too worried especially since I did not feel like waiting months to schedule another appointment so I decided to connect the sensor and I was off. Well a year and some time later my truck starts acting up acting. I come to find out one whole side of my engine has missing ignition coil screws and loose valve cover screws. I understand it's been a while but anyone with common sense knows that only happens when the job is done wrong. So I call the service center and received no help at all!! AT ALL. I wasn't asking for a rebuild or refund but it would've been nice to hear anything other than the manager blaming me. Or saying in his expert opinion (sometimes screws come loose). I guess I should check every screw on the truck to make sure they're still tight. The whole call after about 30 seconds was him basically insinuating that the client should make sure the mechanics did their job correctly before too much time passes???! So I definitely don't recommend this place at all. I guess they expect you to double check their work. Don't bother with the GM phone number. Service advisor Jared Drew was rude and interrupted my conversation about the issue with my 2019 Ram 1500 that I was having. I could not get in a word edgewise to tell him of my problem. The main problem is that they had done the repairs to my vehicle a week and a half ago which I paid $2200 for, but the fuel tank fueling issue where the fuel dispenser cuts off keeps happening. It doesn't matter what gas station dispenser I go to; the fuel tank dispenser will cut off unless I quarter throttle the dispenser trigger to avoid cutting off the full fuel tank sensor. The issue is either clogged fuel lines, charcoal fuel filter or a bad fuel tank. In conclusion I will never pay money for service here again as they did not repair my faulty fuel tank problem. The service advisor argued with me over this, and nothing got fixed in the end. I wish I could give negative stars, avoid the service advisor Jared Drew. read more

I bought a used Dodge last week and decided to give this dealership a shot at becoming my go-to dealership for OEM Dodge parts and service. While I understand dealerships can be busy and hectic, I went in on an unbusy Thursday morning and went straight to the parts department. I looked around at the sparse offerings for new vehicle accessories. I watched an interaction with a customer who was inquiring about touch-up paint and saw the parts counterperson tell the customer in not so many words that he did not want to order the paint and that when he did, it probably would not match precisely the color of the matte black part because the closest they showed was a satin black. Thinking it was just a tough case, I let the conversation go. It was my turn. I walked to the counter and was greeted, " What can we help you with?" In a bothered and seemingly annoyed attitude, I inquired about getting an accessory part and was told they could order it, but it may be 4-6 weeks if they get it at all. "Why don't you go down the road to another dealership and see if they have it." I asked about a second part, to which the reply came, "They don't make it anymore." The car is only a couple of years old, and the part from the new Dodge Challenger is the same. This transaction disheartened me with the front counterperson, and I will never return to them. I would rather drive across town to another dealership than give this parts department and dealership another chance to tell me to pound sand. We don't want your business in their actions and customer service. If they do read this, I hope they understand that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to earn their business long-term. And for the counter guy, I understand not every sale is the biggest or the most interesting thing, but blowing off a customer is never the right thing to do, so to Mr. Brown-hair and full beard at the front counter if you don't like your job do not let it bleed into your interactions with customers. I thought I found my goto dealer for all my service work. But I can't accept being scheduled two months into the future.

If I could give the Brandon Dodge service department zero stars, I would. On August 31, 2021 we had our oil changed on our RV, built on the ram pro master 3500 chassis. In the course of doing a routine inspection of the vehicle, the service advisor told us that the mechanic had found both a transmission leak and a cooling system leak. Each of those repairs would have been quite costly, $800-1000 each. We declined to have either of those repairs done at the time since we were told both were minor and as long as our transmission wasn't slipping, we should be fine. After the oil change we left the dealership and went down the street to the gas station. The dealership was aware that we were passing through town and we were leaving that day to head to Montana. When I filled up at the gas to get on the road I noticed three deep gouges and dents in the paint on the hood. These gouges were 100% not there prior to the oil change at Brandon Dodge. We immediately went back to the dealership within 15 minutes of leaving. I spoke to my service advisor who looked at the scratches and agreed that they looked very fresh. He gave me the phone number and address for a body shop to go and get an estimate for the repair and Committed to "taking care of us." When we went to the body shop they prepared the estimate which was around $500 to repaint only the scratched area of the hood, not even to repaint the entire hood. When the service department received the estimate the service advisor called me and told me that the service manager was refusing any liability for the damage to our car since we had left the lot and we "could have driven down the road and scratch the hood ourselves and then come back and try to make them pay for it. " this was an absolutely ridiculous and insulting accusation! They also claimed that the mechanic denied any responsibility for the scratch and that there was no hanging instrumentation or cables that could have scratched the car. Conveniently, they also didn't have any video footage in the garage. The pictures that they took when we checked in did not show any detail of the hood to verify my claim that the scratches did not exist prior to them taking possession of our car. The service manager, who refused to speak to me and instead made his advisor do his dirty work, offered to take money off of the transmission repair if we allowed them to do it, but said that it was not an admission of their liability for the scratch. Of course we were not willing to have this dealership do any more work on our car when they were already careless and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Ultimately, after a great deal of arguing, they agreed to pay for half of the minimum repair, $250. It was an incredibly negative experience that led me to read reviews on the service department, which I should've done before we took it there (they are garbage!). Since we were passing through town and our change oil indicator came on we made a hasty decision in hahave the work done here. It ended up being an incredibly costly mistake BUYER BEWARE! This service department is terrible! THE ONLY bright spot in the whole experience was meeting the incredible owners of Body's By Brown, who went above and beyond to fix our vehicle in a hurry so we could get back on the road. My second used vehicle, theoretically certified preowned with Chrysler from this location in a calendar year the first one was a Jeep grand Cherokee the control arm bolts were not done properly with the recall so therefore it needed to control arms, none of the filters were changed during the used car inspection and theoretical certification And the oil had not been performed so they had to do these all after I bought it. My 2020 Eco diesel. The oil pressure light comes on... I take it to a reputable repair shop. They tell me the oil change has not been done so that 10% oil life that's showing on my dashboard is valid... Then they tell me obviously they forgot to put the oil back in after they did the high-pressure oil pump Then they let me know all the flash updates have not been performed, which is why it's not remote starting now I have a 90 day warranty which they are not honoring the certified preowned warranty, which they are not honoring. In fact they're doing nothing to take care of this problem. I would not buy a vehicle here if my life depended on it go somewhere else or you're going to have Junk The 90 day warranty is a contract that they have no problem breaching read more

My wife loves this car....it's an upgrade and the payments did not change! My boyfriend recently bought a truck from Brandon Dodge and after 3 days of insanity from the sales staff he was able to take the truck home. A series of events entailed from them clearly not seeing the hail damage on the roof of the truck that was never listed in the carfax, holding hostage a spare key for the truck and not to mention the complete disrespect and unprofessionalism on how they treated him. Using the slang term "bro" in a professional sales environment and questioning someone's mental stability is appalling as well as being disrespectful to his father the cosigner. That same weekend we were at a restaurant and struck up a conversation with the couple next to us, the man couldn't believe we had such a bad experience at Brandon dodge since he said he knew Brandon personally. My son bought a brand new 2020 Charger a couple weeks ago here. Happy with sales and finance it seems like they took good care of him BUT the service department!! We got up to a flat rear tire this morning. We put air in and it held for the 55 mile trip to Brandon Dodge (we work nearby). He dropped it off to have it patched - it was a gash in the center of the tire tread - only to receive a call later telling him the gash is too big to repair and that he needs to buy 2 NEW rear tires for $600+!! Excuse me??? Even if he tore the sidewall and had to replace the tire WHY would he replace the other rear tire? It has 500 miles on it! It's a stock tire! It's not like it's an off brand they have to match! We said thanks but no thanks and took it to Discount tire and they patched it internally with NO problem whatsoever. For free. They want their car salesmen back! "Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas!" written on the third offer sheet from the sales manager (was a crap offer). Walked out and received a callback. We obliged, as we liked the vehicle. Still had to work through more money stuff (and a "new" Sales Manager now. Gotta love it . . . not. Long story short . . . bought the vehicle. She takes it down home to Durango. Transfer case is now totally blown out a week after buying it. Cost to fix? $3,500 (the vehicle was purchased for around $9K). Now I can only speculate as to what the dealer knew or didn't know. But as it's their business to know what they're selling, am guessing they had some fore-knowledge of what we were going into. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Aaron and Brandon were dismissive and not interested in my concerns after the sale took place. Edit: I had to bring my vehicle in for a warranty issue. That's frustrating alone since it's still new. On top of that my son is disabled and this van is his only access to school and friends. They blew off my 9 am appointment and kept it for two days. Then they made me stand in the cold for 30 minutes watching them work but unwilling to give me my Keys. They claimed that I had to wait for the cashier but I could clearly see that they had access to the keys since they were moving cars. No bill due, I just needed my keys so I could get going. He acted like he thought it was funny. When I left my transmission issue was unchanged. They claimed that they fixed it but all they did was install a recall without notifying me of the recall or that they were going to do that recall work. They claimed that they did a cold start test the next day and drove it 28 miles. My vehicle has gps and it was never even started on that day let alone tested and driven for 28 miles. My son missed two days of school and we still have a transmission to deal with. Luckily one of their competitors was able to get us in and appeared to know what our problem was and very willing to work with us. Brandon Dodge is very unprofessional. They are dishonest about what services they performed and neglect to tell you about factory recall work they do on your vehicle. I put the safety of my family in Brandon Dodge completely let us down. Thankfully we were not stranded or worse as result of their neglect. read more

We have purchased one vehicle from them and tried for another. Did not get the second one but definitely not their fault as they put in 100% effort. The service department has also helped out and have been friendly and quick. They usually have a pretty good selection and always have a ton of trucks. You can also order your next vehicle through them as that is a option. Oil changes and service seem to go pretty quick. Even without a appointment we have been able to get in and out for a oil change within 30-45 minutes. The sales process is pretty straight forward. If your picky like me it can take a while but that is with any dealership. I would recommend this Dodge dealership of any of its competitors in the state read more

I show up 715 am on sat. didn't leave until 9 after being told I needed a new cabin filter in a truck that was brand new and it only has 5300 miles on it. The service writer was shifty and told me I must live on a dirt road which I do not! Let me start by saying that I'm not a fan of the traditional car buying experience...and this place is very much the old school dealer buying experience. If you like haggling and waiting hours to close the deal, this is the place for you. I hate the whole process, so I typically only deal with the no-haggle dealers like CarMax. My husband wanted a very specific vehicle, and went in knowing the approximate year, make, model and budget for a late-model used car. Despite that, the salesperson tried to upsell us to a lease on a new one and tried to sell us cars that were $10,000 outside the price range we gave him. Once we picked the car, we then went into the traditional negotiating experience: The price is too high ($3000 over book per Edmunds). He has to consult with his sales manager. They knock off a minor amount. We say it's still too high. He says "What do I have to do to earn your business today?" I cringe because that's such a smarmy thing to say. Eventually, with multiple trips to the Man Behind The Curtain (Sales Manager), we have a deal. Then, it's time for Finance and Insurance. We brought our own pre-approved credit, but the salesperson tries to get us to fill out their credit application, telling us that "they need it for titling." We say "No, all you need for titling is my name and address." Also, you have to sign a privacy statement that gives them very broad rights to share your personal data - and no, you can't opt out. Several days later, our bank calls to tell us that there will be a delay closing the loan because the dealer didn't fill the paperwork out right. Net result, hubby has the car he wanted but I walked out exhausted and hoping that we don't have to do this again soon. read more

Aaron in internet sales was great! When it came to financing time, nick took care of us he was fast, although to fast I purchased all the extended warranty's noting that one was not cancelable. They tried charging me for safe brake and said the truck I bought had it, it did not. Also he just told me one of the warranty's was not cancelable at closing. Next day I decided to cancel all warranty's cause I think it's a waste of money. And he tells me now I can't cancel 2 of the warranty's of course the 2 most expensive ones. Buyers beware on these extended warranty's totaling almost $4000 for me. It's a bit shady! read more

Dishonest and stereotypical used car salesmen. Test drove a vehicle, found issues with the tranny and a loud whining noise with heavy acceleration. Said they'd fix it. A week later, went back to test drive and had replaced the seal on transfer case but sound was exactly the same. Lied to my face before the test drive and said it was fully fixed. Wasted a week of my time and energy and solidified their standing in my mind forever! DO NOT BUY THE '97 4RUNNER, oil is leaking from above the headers on the drivers side, have to be underneath the engine to see. Also loud whining coming from the tranny with heavy acceleration. Don't let them direct you to the 30mph back roads for the test drive, you won't hear it! Worst experience I've ever had. read more

INSPECT INSPECT INSPECT!!!!!!! Hopefully your car is tip top when you purchase. Sam In sales was awesome the finance guys were awesome, but when I bought my vehicle it was snowy didn't see the paint chip and roof molding peeling I followed up shortly after and there's not a single thing they will do to help rectify the situation. I've worked at TSG auto and I've been to used car dealerships where they will "help to make sure the customer is satisfied" NOT HERE! Pretty disappointed! read more

Beware... purchased over a 2000$ extended warranty then went to cancel it after I sold car to get my portion back.... they hide in contract that you can't cancel.... they have you initial it ... read it all but really who reads all fine print. A good dealer would explain however they won't cause they don't care... bypass this place and you will have a much better experience! read more
