Final Update: After…read morefinally getting in direct contact with the General Sales Manager, Chuck, I was able to fully express my frustrations regarding how I was previously handled by both the representative and the salesman. Chuck took the situation seriously from the start. He acknowledged my experience, made it clear that this was not how they operate, and stated that this was far from the values of both their dealership and Chapman as a whole. He immediately took action. Chuck personally looked into everything and went out of his way to make things right by ensuring I was placed in a vehicle that truly met my needs. He arranged for me to work directly with one of his trusted salesmen, Andrew, and made it clear that when I arrived, I would be handled exclusively by him--no confusion, no runaround. From that point forward, the experience was a complete night-and-day difference compared to what I dealt with before. The level of professionalism, communication, and respect shown by both Chuck and Andrew completely turned the situation around. I genuinely appreciate the time, effort, and accountability Chuck showed in taking control of the situation and making sure it was handled properly. Because of that, I can now confidently say that I am beyond satisfied with my experience and would return again.

I'm a retired service manager and give props to Cade for his handling of my issue (5 stars). Issue: The scheduling. I called the scheduling department to make an appointment as this dealer is really far from me but they had the best price on oil changes for my 2021 Trailboss. The scheduler said the wait will be one hour. Ok no problem I can do that and made the appointment. However... right when I get there I was informed it would be a two hour wait. I didn't really have that much time to spare but had to get it done as my emissions were due. 2.5 hours later my truck was finally done with a standard oil change with no rotate and no other services. Someone really needs to address this issue with the scheduling department. I'd almost rather pay the higher prices at other dealers (that are closer to me) than have to wait that long for a standard oil change. Especially after being told it would only take one hour. Express Lane? I think not.

I considered a few different makes and models but I was most interested in learning more about the Audi Q5. That took us to Audi Chandler where we met Dak Mabone. Dak is a walking encyclopedia of Audi information. He took time to show us Audis of various years and prices and showed all the features of each model. We took road tests in a couple of the cars and settled on a 2025 Pre-Owned Q5 with low mileage and with both manufacturer and Certified Warranty coverage for the next several years. The sales process was done with attention to all of our questions and Dak covered all the details completely. After all the papers were signed it was getting late so I arranged to pick the car up the next morning. Dak had the car ready and waiting in the showroom and showed me a few additional things to help me acclimate to the car. Dak's customer service and product knowledge are world class. If you are looking for an Audi or even other models, check on Audi Chandler and be sure to ask for Dak. You will be happy you did.

I have not had the greatest experience with other Audi Penske service departments so this service was a pleasant surprise. I normally schedule my services around my trips to Cali & get service with Mission Viejo Audi who I've used forever, but it's nice to finally find an Audi dealership that is fairly priced & goes above & beyond to accommodate & take FIRST CLASS care of their customers & is convient for me to use. Thank you again Jessica!!! You have my business :) Make sure to make an appt & with Jessica :) It gets pretty booked up & that way you can get in faster & if you need a loaner vehicle request it otherwise they will call a customary Uber for you if need be. The service dept was clean, relaxing, comfy, offered amenities like loaner vehicles, Uber, coffee, water, snacks, TV ect...while you wait, if you choose. The energy & vibe was an eb & flo of positivity. The service dept is not attached to the dealership so make sure you are paying close attention to your navigation because the service dept is actually on a service road that is the side street before the dealership. If you blink you'll miss the street :)

We told the…read moresalesperson, Daniel, from the beginning that we were just checking things out and not going to purchase until we had completed our research with 3 different vehicles. We thought we were pretty clear from the start and that he understood that. He was informative and if he did not know something, he looked it up before responding so that he could give us the correct information. Daniel explained that he was new and that is why he sometimes did not know the information and did not want to give us false information. Now comes the biggest reason for the 1 star. His "manager" Greg never spoke directly to us even though he walked to Daniel's desk where we were sitting to retrieve some paperwork. I believe Greg was determined that we were going to purchase that day one way or the other. We told them we had received a quote from Carmax to sell our vehicle to them and therefore would not be trading a vehicle in it we purchased from them. It went from "we can match what they are offering" to "they could not have offered you that much" to "do you have proof of a quote that they offered you $18,700?" So in reality they were calling us liars. My husband showed him the email and then all of a sudden it was "They will never give you that amount. They are going to nickel and dime you and not give you any more than what we are offering ($13,200)." During this entire time, they did not give our key fob back so we were stuck there for 3 1/2 hours- MUCH longer than our expected research time. Guess what, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from Horne Hyundai in Apache Junction. The entire experience was completely different from that of AutoNation Hyundai of Tempe. I will not recommend their location or services, nor will be return. If I could give AutoNation Hyundai of Tempe negative starts rather than having to give at least one star, then I would. Additionally, Daniel at one point had the nerve to ask us why another salesperson had been speaking to us. Seriously? She never tried to take a sale away from him. In fact, I was the one that spoke to her first. She obviously had been a salesperson longer than him due to her knowledge. I am not sure if he was concerned because she was female or if it was because she was a different color than him or maybe a combination. However, that was definitely a put off to my husband and me. Completely unprofessional to say the least.

When I asked questions about the factory warranty, the salesman kept saying he didn't know anything about that brand because that's not where he works. Even the finance lady kept saying that. If you can't answer questions about the car you're selling then don't sell that brand! He told us we would need to contact the brand to make sure the warranty was transferred. Then when looking at the Carfax, I noticed the oil wasn't changed for 8 months. So I asked if they can change the oil and the salesman was arguing against it over and over until finally he agreed to ask his manager and they said they would accommodate it but I would need to make an appointment because the mechanic wasn't there that day on a Saturday. I looked up the service hours and they are open Saturdays. Then that made me think if they didn't bother to change the oil then what else did they not change/update, they didn't show me the inspection report. The salesman finally did a google search to look up the factory warranty and said we would have 5 years factory warranty, and mentioned 3 times that we should not need an extended warranty because of that. Once I got to the final step and spoke with the finance lady, she mentioned I only had 2 years factory warranty after she reviewed the Carfax and said because of that we would need the extended warranty. I had to call Kia myself to confirm my actual warranty, they didn't offer to help out and call themselves and the salesman had copies of the Carfax and didn't bother to check the warranty after asking him more than 5 times about it. So he kept telling us that we don't need an extended warranty over and over without even knowing for a fact and didn't bother reviewing the Carfax. If they are selling a brand that isn't there's, they should do their research before selling the car. I didn't get the best customer service; they lied and couldn't do some basic research about the car before selling it. The car was also dirty and the tires and rims looked like they didn't wash it in a while. They clearly did not care for this car since it's not their brand. I don't know how many times I heard "this isn't our brand, I don't know". There were so many red flags and I would not trust buying a car from them. We were planning on going back to look at another car there for another family member too, but not anymore.

Proceed with caution…read more My husband & I purchased a 2006 Mercedes ML500 from Scott at Four Seasons Motor Company in February. Overall, we enjoyed a positive interaction, felt no pressure to buy and thought the price was fair. However, we were disappointed with what happened after we took the car home and noticed on Day 1 that the entire vehicle often shook violently while idling at stop lights. When we bought the car, the sales person told us that the owner herself used the car as her personal vehicle for a week. Surely she must have experienced the same violent shaking. In addition to the shaking, we also noticed a few other minor issues and reported them to our sales person via phone: -slider on air vent fell off the first time we touched it -DVD player was not flush with roof -tire pressure warning message on car display -brake lamp was out We were pleased when the sales person suggested we bring the car back in so they could have their in-house mechanic look at it. When I returned with the car, I took a ride with the mechanic, a BMW specialist, and the sales person. The mechanic mentioned several times that he was on his lunch break--with the implication being that he didn't want to spend too much time driving around with me (VERY FRUSTRATING to hear as a customer who just spent $15K w/ a business). Unable to get the shaking to replicate during our brief ride, both men insisted that there was nothing wrong with the car bc the diagnostic system would report any major issues. To their credit, Four Seasons did replace the burned out brake lamp and reset the tire pressure warning. The DVD player was aftermarket, so they said there was nothing they could do about that, and I accepted that answer. However, I was not satisfied with their explanation about the car shaking. So I took the car to Mark Salem's. $250 later, we learned that the EGR valve was dirty and sticking. It needed to be cleaned. This is apparently a known issue with our make and model Mercedes. Clearly, there was a problem---and there's no way the business owner drove the car for a full week without experiencing it for herself. I'm lucky it was only a $250 fix. Despite having a positive experience during point-of-sale, I'd hesitate to recommend this business to anyone else because I believe they were dishonest about disclosing the dirty EGR valve. My husband's had a pneumonia since mid-February, so today we finally got around to calling up Four Seasons and telling them what happened. Their response: "that was months ago." Way to nail that customer service, guys.

That is the number I saw (see second screen shot). I called to inquire, as that was a good price for the vehicle. After I called in and spoke to the sales rep, the price increased by $1,600. The price I saw on Carfax was a "mistake" I was told. But the price had been reviewed on 5/26 and REDUCED by $100. A customer shows interest, and suddenly "whoops, we made a mistake", twice. Even if it was an error (twice), this wasn't off by a decimal place, where the price is simply ridiculous, it was within a reasonable window. A company, and person, with integrity would honor the price, but make clear no negotiation would be allowed - perfectly reasonable. Instead, when I suggest they should honor the price, and the point out the price DECREASE on 5/26, I received a metaphorical shrug (this conversation was via text). When I inform them I'll be complaining on Yelp, the response was "Have a nice day". Based on the clear indifference to either fairness, ethical practices or customer satisfaction, I can only assume that this is standard business practice. While I'm sure not illegal, it certainly enters ethically ambiguous territory. I realize honoring your word can be challenging when it ceases to be in your best interest, but for these folks the concept seems never to have crossed their minds.
