Having found the Honda Odyssey that we had interest in through Autotrader.com, I contacted Autopark Honda via telephone. The Internet Sales staff were helpful, and we set up a time for my family and I to visit Autopark in order to inspect the vehicle. When we arrived, Craig Nachsin was waiting for us outside, and greeted us warmly. We quickly discovered, given the expectation we had about having a 'car salesman' experience (where everything's overdone, cheesy, fake in an attempt at connection with us, and more focused upon making money on the sale than meeting our needs), that such an expectation simply didn't fly when it came to Craig. He was genuine and honest, exploring his thoughts/concerns regarding the vehicle we were looking at and allowing us to inspect another van, as well. Really, when it came down to it, we felt that Craig was genuinely concerned about meeting our needs both in regard to the vehicle we were looking for and the price we could afford. There was no pushiness from him at all, and we sincerely appreciated working with him and Autopark's Financial staff, as well. All in all, this was a very pleasant buying experience, and we'd recommend Craig Nachsin without hesitation. read more

Fast and easy check-in. Easy to stay separated by at least 6 ft in the waiting room even though it was a fairly busy afternoon. Avoid them if you can and you should!! One of the worst dealerships of Honda, A bunch of con artists and scammers. This place is a joke and the service is terrible they aren't bothered about sales, they quote high prices and When I asked the best offer, they show me the sticker price and tell me that it's lesser than that. What a joke! All dealerships sell it below the sticker price that's not an offer and try to reason with me the car is equipped with blah blah. Excuse me I know what the car has, that's the reason I came to buy a car. You don't have put emotional guilt in me by saying if you sell the car at that price you have to shut down. Do you want me to tell you about the bills I have to pay? No right. Either you sell or not end of discussion. Instead, the manager goes in and out and made me participate in a useless 30 mins discussion and I walked out with nothing. They wasted my time and didn't even value my business with them for the last four years and I'm done with them. Update 11/27/19 I drove a good 22 mins to Leith Honda Today even though I live in Cary and sealed my deal for the Honda fit I was looking for. They were very prompt, asked me what I want and didn't bullshit me with an economics class. The best part I didn't even tell them What the Autopark honda offered me. I just said my asking price and the manager said another price and we agreed on a middle number. I wanted the Autopark people to know that's how you do business and stop telling me what I should do and not when I visit your dealership and Autopark people give me moral lessons and look at me as if they're giving me the car for free as if they're doing charity. I don't care if I have to travel that far for oil changes. The first thing is to respect a customer and see how long they have been doing business with you and there's a thing called loyalty which Autopark doesn't value. I'm always well taken care of here at Autopark Honda. This last visit I was even more satisfied. My rep, Joe, took great care of me. Noticing that I had a cane for a temporary issue, he brought everything to me, found me a coupon for my transmission oil change he recommended, and even brought me a video of the fluid as it drained out so I could see how bad it was. And he brought my car right to the door so I wouldn't have to walk far to get it. I felt cared about and very satisfied with the service. As I drove off I realized that my car was, in fact, driving much better, it felt almost new again. Glad I took his advice. read more

GREAT experience yesterday at Autopark Honda service! Eldwin, my advisor, walked me through every step of my windshield replacement. I arrived tense and nervous wondering if it would be okay (it's my brand new 2020 Accord Hybrid Touring--a rock hit it 1 1/2 months after I got it), and he told me, "Take all that stress and put it on my shoulders. I got you." Whew! That was awesome to hear. And he texted me, called me, and kept me up on the whole procedure and it went great! Thank You Eldwin!! It was a simple and efficient visit. I needed to complete my vehicle registration, and the necessary inspection. I called Friday, and got an early appointment for Monday. The car was dropped off quickly at 7:45, and by 8:30, the vehicle was inspected. I received the link to pay online, and I went back to Honda at lunchtime to pick up the vehicle. I went for an oil change and tire rotation. I've just moved to this area and they are the closest Honda dealer to me. The waiting area is very large and you can safely distance from others while waiting. Service is great and they keep you up to date with what they're doing. If anything extra needs to be done or will cost more they contact you before doing the work. I recommend going there for your car work. read more

Next on my tour of dealerships, I stopped by Autopark Honda. I wanted a manual civic, and asked about their inventory. Unfortunately, they only had the LX model in manual. Still, I decided to take it for a test drive. And, you know what? It's not for me. I kind of feel like the gearbox in newer Civics just aren't that great, at least not in the LX version. I also realized I really wanted Apple Carplay, which isn't available in the LX. Now flash forward a little bit and I told the salesperson that I was ready to leave. I told her I wasn't interested in the car. She told me to stay and wait for the manager, and he can answer any questions I may have. Out of politeness, I waited. I really should've just walked out. The manager sat down and chatted with me for a little bit. He tried to offer $1000 off, saying the markup isn't that high on the car. He's right, but why would I buy a car I didn't want? I ultimately stopped him and told him I'm not interested in the car. I didn't want to waste anybody's time.This guy then felt the need to sneer and said "I bet you'd be interested if it were $5000 off." Then as I was walking out he yelled "$6000! $8000!" I don't know why the manager felt the need to be an asshole. I certainly wasn't one to him. I can tell you the Johnson dealerships next door don't treat you like this. read more

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend NOT buying from this dealership. We spent $36k on a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee including warranty and Simoniz. It was nothing but a headache for 2 weeks! We opted to get simoniz done on the vehicle so brought it in about a week after buying the Jeep to get it done. In the week we drove it, we noticed the brakes grabbing, calipers not letting go when stepping off the brakes(can litterally sit on a hill and not move without pressing brakes), and the brakes flat out locking up(super safe). To say we were unhappy is an understatement! You might expect some issues with a vehicle when spending $2k buying it from someone on the street, Not a dealership and this kind of money. While they kept the car for 2 days within the first week and a half of us owning it, they told us their dealership and the actual Jeep dealership couldn't find anything wrong with the brakes! Fast forward to us having worse issues(literally couldn't press the brakes at a red light/locked up!) and bringing it to 2 brake places with rave reviews and both saying there's an issue with the brakes computer system! 2 weeks of owning this and we've had to spend countless hours screwing around with service! What really pisses me off was the Simoniz process. When spending hundreds of dollars on this process, I want it to be perfect. After doing some research on it, its my understanding that only a Simoniz professional trained to do the process is supposed to do it and that means buffing out any minor scratches and applying the ceramic coating. Couple days after getting the car back and not driving it(sat in garage) so the simoniz can really settle, I noticed what a shit job they did. I found minor scratches now permanently coated in, FINGER PRINTS under the ceramic coating, and even HAIR!! You have to understand that now i cannot wash any of that off so I am stuck with permanent finger prints, hair, and scratches on a Black Jeep!! They dont value their customers at all. Id be we spent the most on any car in their lot that day as everyone knows dealerships make all their money on used cars. They acted like we bought a pack of gum from them. Not one person went throught the car with use to show how to work things, no one explained how to take car of a simonized car. You spend $36k on a vehicle and they send you off with a half a tank of gas(said they put $20 in), cargo net missing(Still won't give us that $15 net)AND THEY NEVER WASHED IT!! While doing paperwork we were told it would be filled up with gas and detailed. Got home that night to find USED napkins and a receipt in the passenger door. You spend that kind of money and they can't spend $30 for a full tank of gas and a $15 cargo net?! Not one single manager from any department has contacted us about this bullshit we've had to deal with even after emailing a manger there several times and its now a couple months later. In fact one refuses to email us back and send us their "survey" she first beggedus to fill out the day we bought the jeep. In the email she asked us to put 10's for everything. LMFAO!! I will never buy from them or recommend them again and we are now looking to replace our other car. Long review, but had to note everything so people know what they're getting into. read more

My service engine light came on...never a good sign, especially when you need to be out of town on business. I made an appointment, they fit me in quickly, evaluated the issue and gave me the "bad" news. My associate explained in detail what was to be done, how it was broken down, at what cost and the severity of each issue as to how/when it should be addressed. Then when I chose to move forward, they took care of making sure I had transportation, quickly and was on my way. My car was ready just as promised, easy exchange and again more conversation to make sure I understood the process. I am very disappointed in this dealership. I have dealt with them before purchasing an odyssey. Today I went to go look at a pilot after making an appointment. The salesman was very rude, directed me to sit down, asked for my phone number for the fifth time, and then when I told him I just wanted to look at a pilot, not watch him serve the Internet, but to show me the pilot that I came to make an appointment to see, he passed me off at the reception without so much as saying "I don't care to earn your commission, go away" unfortunately now I will have to drive to Raleigh to deal with a professional Honda dealership read more

Paid for a tire rotation and balance. When I left, my low tire pressure indicator went off. Should have been 35 psi. They were all low, including one that was 18 psi. Not sure how you service a tire without checking the pressure, but apparently that's what they do. Also, I called them to inform them of the problem, left a message for the service manager with reception, and they did not call to resolve. ‍ read more

Came here yesterday to test drive the 2017 Honda Civic. Right after I walked in, I was helped by this gentleman named AJ. After I told him that I had a test drive scheduled, he led me to a desk and we started the process. After getting a copy of my drivers license, AJ came back with the keys and we started looking for the car. It actually did take a while to find the said car. But to be honest, they have multiple lots including a giant lot on top of a hill further back. After taking a long loop, the car was actually in the front lot. After finding the car, we got in and proceeded with the test drive. I do appreciate them giving me the opportunity to take it on both local and on highway to get a good feel of driving the car. AJ gladly explained some of the cool features while I drove. After I got back, he lead me to another desk where he then grabbed one of the sales managers Glenn. I told them that I couldn't make a decision today but I definitely got what I came for which was a test drive to see how the Civic handles the road. What definitely impressed me was the lifetime oil change, loaner car, towing and shuttle service. As far as I know, Crown Honda in Southpoint does not have all those services. Based on my experience, I'll definitely be back to talk price range when I'm ready. read more

If I could give this review a zero I would. In April I was involved in a really bad car accident which left me in a position where I had to purchase a new vehicle. I decided to go to auto part honda in Cary. Despite me having a concussion and everything I still needed to get around. I found a car that I thought I would love a brand new 2023 Honda accord hybrid sport. After having the vehicle for a month or so, I began to have issues I found myself at the dealership almost every other week. The service department could not find out what was going on with the vehicle at the time I got frustrated and contacted Hondas of America. I tried to get in contact with the general managers and finally was able to do so the only option that I was given was to trade my vehicle in however, that was not my only option! Based on the lemon law in North Carolina I should have been able to swap my car out since the service department was not able to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. So this led me to trading my vehicle in and purchasing, what was told to be a demo car that the general sales manager was driving. I was ensured that this vehicle was great and the sales manager had not had any issues at all. Shortly after driving the vehicle for a couple of days I noticed a sound coming from the windshield. I had my sales person come and pick my vehicle up while he was already picking it up from my home and have service take a look at it, I then received a call from service saying that the windshield needed to be replaced. Why would they sell me a vehicle that is having issues. I called and spoke to the general sales manager who said oh yeah, I heard that noise while I was driving and meant to get the windshield replaced, I didn't ask if I could just sell the car back and no longer wanted to deal with Honda. I was told that the dealership does not do by Becks, which is left me in a bad position. I was told that the windshield was being ordered. However, they did not have an ETA. So after a month I called back to find out if there was a ETA on the windshield, but there still was not. I then tried reaching out to my sales person who no longer was answering my calls or texts. Now I'm in a bad position as well. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again. read more

We had an odd and unpleasant experience this afternoon. My wife and I are on the market to buy a minivan and after hearing so many great things about Odysseys, decided to stop in to hopefully test drive one. Upon arrival, we were intercepted by a gentleman named Brian (silver hair) who said he wasn't sure what selection of Odysseys they had on the lot but we could join him for a look. After scanning the selection, he said there was only one. It happened to be the same car and year we were hoping to buy (great!) but in a higher trim package, which put it out of our price range by about $8k. Despite this, we were still hoping to test drive it as neither of us has ever driven an Odyssey. Essentially, once hearing the particular model was out of our price range, the salesman said "well if you're not going to buy this car...." and trailed off - his silence finished his sentence so to speak. I mentioned again that we had never driven an Odyssey and would still like to do so and he responded with, "Well, it's a Saturday so..." as if to say the dealership was too busy for us if we weren't going to buy that specific vehicle. I was honestly surprised at his resolute disinterest in helping us. My family has purchased three cars from this dealership over the years and thought after test-driving an Odyssey today, we'd keep a lookout over the next month or two to see what came through. In other words, we're serious buyers who weren't trying to waste anyone's time. I understand that Saturdays are busy but they also happen to be our family's only day to come together, which was a priority since we're buying a van specifically for our growing family. We even timed our outing in between our infant son's naps so we could experience loading in our son, his carseat, and stroller. I see that this dealership has generally strong reviews (which has been my past experience as well) but this interaction felt belittling and discouraging and was enough to make me want to look elsewhere. I'm very skeptical when it comes to buying cars from dealerships. I go in with my ears plugged because I don't like the hard sell. But I was incredibly impressed with our sales guy Mike and the rest of the staff at Honda Autopark. I may have been rude coming in simply because the lack of trust, but they gained my respect. On top of that, their service benefits are incredible. They offer free massages and manicures on certain days. That goes over very well with my wife and her new car. They also give free oil changes for life. Ultimately they put me and my wife first. I will definitely shop there again on my next car. read more

Purchased a brand new 2020 Honda Accord in November and brought it in for its free service. After nearly a 2-hour wait, I find out that the oil change was free but not the tire rotation. When the lady asks "did you buy the tires here?" I said, "yeah, I bought them on the BRAND NEW Accord I purchased here." Nope, doesn't count. Now I'm the guy that always declines the air filters, because we can all go pick them up at any auto parts store for $15 and install ourselves. About the easiest thing to change on a car. But I let them do it. I should have asked the price, but I figured they are possibly the easiest thing to service on a car, can't be much (not more than a tire rotation, right?). $38.88 TO CHANGE AN AIR CABIN FILTER! And another $21.40 for the intake filter. Maybe mention that next time DALE. YA ALREADY HAD IT OUT OF THE CAR ANYWAY. We service our Denali at John Hiester who includes tire rotation, doesn't try and scam us on filters, and picks up the car and returns it to our workplace for free. Had the worst customer experience ever at Autopark Honda, Cary. 0 stars. Please avoid the sales consultants Alexander Jacobson and Tony Rogers. These 2 are not not fit be car sales people. Visited the showroom with my wife to enquire about 2020 Honda Accord Touring 2.0T trim. Initially he kept us waiting for a test drive for over 20 mins claiming the key to car was with a different salesperson. After waiting a few more minutes another salesperson walks up to us saying that the car keys are in the car itself. We should have known his incompetency right then and just walked out. But we stuck around only for Alexander Jacobson to claim that the 2.0T had a "10 speed CVT". When I courteously corrected him saying it has a 10 speed automatic, he and his buddy ganged up on us and started laughing and sneering at us for talking 'rubbish'. To top it off Alex started bragging that he has over 6 years experience as a sales consultant in Autopark dealership and that he can never be wrong. To prove his point he unwillingly took us to the cars parked on the lot in the dark cold weather and bossed us around and made us read out the specs on the car sticker in the night. But couldn't prove his point and brought us back in. One of the most egoistic person I have actually met my entire life. So proves he's not just a bad sales person who doesn't know how his job but a bad person in general who takes pleasure in bossing around and humiliating the customer. read more
