    If i could give them 0 stars I would. I went to the them July 12th to purchase a car. I paid the down payment and came back the next day to drive the car home because they needed me to resign. So July 13th I drove the car home and not even 24 hours later I HAD ISSUES. I had water leaking from the dashboard on both sides of the car, not to mention the water was hot. The steering wheel locked up while I was backing out of my driveway. They sent me home with a broken headlight (which is a safety hazard anyways). I took my car back the next day and they were supposedly going to fix it. On July 27th I called for an update on the car because it had been two weeks and I hadn't heard anything. When I called they said they were nowhere finished with my car so I asked if they could try to waive my first car payment for August 4th. They told me what I wanted to hear and made me think they would waive it. Now July 29th, I got a call saying my car was fixed but mind you just two days ago they said they still had to order the parts for the things that needed to be fixed. So I asked how was the car fixed so fast. I couldn't pick the car up that Saturday because I was busy so I told them I would come Monday after work. So Monday, July 31sy I called and told them I was on my way and whoever I spoke with said they didn't know anything about my car being fixed nor where it was. So that made me upset. So now it's Thursday, August 3rd and I get a text saying my payment is due tomorrow. So I call because I'm trying to get an understanding why is it due when I haven't even driven the car. I call to speak with Jason. He transfers me to finance because he claims that he isn't over waiving anything nor refunding my money. Finance told me that he calls the shots so they transferred me back to him. At this point they were giving me the run arounds. I then started talking to Jason again and he said he wasn't going to waive the payment nor even think about giving me a refund "because they only give refunds if the engine blows". He hung up in my face right after saying that. I'm going to get an attorney because this is BS. I'm only 19, I was excited to get my first car in my name with my HARD EARNED MONEY and this is how I was treated. Do NOT go to them because they will tell you what you want to hear when taking your money but in reality they don't give a fuck about you. I wish I would've read the reviews before going through them.

    RIP off joint! Stole $300 from me on so called deferred down. Don't do bus here! Liars & thieves! I needed shower after deal!

Buying from Topgear Motorcars far surpassed my expectations and proved to me that smaller businesses are more able to provide a customized and unique service that add real value to shoppers. From my first interaction with Sahan, the owner of the dealership, I felt a sense of honesty and integrity outside of the norm when dealing with car sales people. Perhaps the reason for this is because although Sahan is in the business of selling cars, he proved to be a bona fide car guy at heart. Walking into the showroom you'll realize quickly that Sahan is an individual who knows how to pick his cars. There's a certain pride that shows up in their quality. One after the other, I found each car he had for sale to be a pristine example of a pre-owned car for that model. That's no joke. Absolutely every single one was immaculate - I've never seen that before in a dealership of this size. And to top it off his prices are super reasonable!! I was in the market for a Genesis and saw from the pictures Sahan had posted that the car I was interested in was a clean and very well cared for vehicle - I was not disappointed. I've intentionally waited to provide a review, because I wanted to experience owning the car before I wrote a review. It has now been over six months and I have to say, the car has been amazing. I've not experienced a single issue and I've thoroughly enjoyed owning and driving it. Coming off a BMW 328i, that's saying a lot. I have no doubt that this car is going to last me a while. Having said that, whenever the time comes I know I'll reach out to Sahan with Topgear Motorcars for my next vehicle. There are so many car dealers around, but there aren't many places that deal in integrity and trust. Sahan exemplifies an unparalleled willingness to partner with his customers in search of the best possible solution for them. He is a class act and his cars are even better!! If you're in the market for a pre-owned car, it would be worth your while to check out his dealership.

The purchase process itself was quick and straightforward, which I appreciated. The vehicle had approximately 188,000 miles at the time of purchase. Within my ownership, I experienced mechanical issues involving the transmission, including periods where the vehicle would stop accelerating properly after extended driving. The air conditioning also did not work. I was also issued a previously used license plate number, which added to an already stressful situation. The financing experience is where prospective buyers should proceed with caution. My payments were approximately $400 per month, plus an additional $100 per month for CPI insurance. I was three days late on my very first payment, which resulted in an immediate repossession without any contact or warning. Later, when I experienced financial hardship, I maintained open communication with the dealership and made multiple partial payments in an effort to catch up. I was never more than 30 days past due. I had an arrangement in place to pay $175 on June 8th, but my deposit was delayed until June 9th. By June 10th, my vehicle had already been repossessed. I only discovered this when I called to make my payment. I understand that buy-here-pay-here dealerships have the legal right to repossess vehicles when accounts are in default. However, I was disappointed that, despite consistent communication and efforts to resolve the balance, there appeared to be very little flexibility once a payment arrangement was missed, even by a short period of time. Overall, the vehicle served its purpose during a period when I had very limited options. However, I would encourage anyone considering purchasing here to thoroughly inspect the vehicle beforehand, carefully review all financing terms, and be realistic about their financial situation. If you are looking for a long-term vehicle solution or anticipate any possibility of financial hardship, understand that repossession can happen quickly and quietly, even if you believe you have established a communicative relationship with the company. I appreciate the company for giving me an opportunity for transportation. However, in this economy people are having financial hardships and not everyone is trying to run away with a car. As a small dealership the relationships that you build with an individual is what creates momentum for your business and helps you grow. Maybe you should have one or 2 professional collection agents and options to assist your customers with payment options and plans, create firm lines. This review reflects my personal experience, and others may have different outcomes.

He even presented me the same model and options I was looking for but for a cheaper price than the one I expected him to show me. Excellent move, same everything but cheaper! He was extremely transparent and knowledgeable, he is a true expert. He sent me an OTD price over the phone, and that price never changed once. No BS fees too. Ray is an absolute superstar! Finance was a breeze and respectful, no high pressure or sketchy tactics. All their numbers tied out and they beat my banks rate with ease. Justin was a great salesman and we were in and out quickly. Where they lost stars was their finance director, Shane, sending rude, urgent follow up texts. He kept saying "the account is getting old. I need this done now!" In regard to calling the finance company... but if it was so urgent, why didn't the finance company call me until nearly 12 days out? He could have handled it better. Even sent a text one day saying "they tried calling after 4, contact them now"... when I work 7-5 daily. The finance director really cost them stars here.
