This morning I put my beautiful six month old baby girl into our 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage, then I closed the door and the back window shattered, spraying glass at my baby. Luckily the car is under warranty so my husband takes it in to get it fixed but the dealership claims there was a chip caused by a rock on our windshield (there was not) and they won't replace it because there's no way to prove otherwise. How would a rock chip out rear windshield unless I was driving down the streets in reverse? There was no chip, ever since having my baby I do checks on my vehicle often to ensure her safety, I would've noticed a chip in the rear windshield. Mitsubishi Lewisville is just full of cheap Scrooges that don't want to replace the things listed as under warranty. Our next car definitely won't be a Mitsubishi.

Jessica was amazing and she handled every process of my car shopping and made it fun and exciting,I would recommend her to anyone.

We went in yesterday not really planning on leaving with a car as for we've been to many dealerships over the past seven days. A lot of salesmen would try to sell us things we didn't even want or wouldn't even show us the car we went into buy or "it wasn't there". We get to Lewisville and meet Frank who we had an appointment with and out of the box he's just a friendly person we didn't talk about price, cars, new/used, etc etc. He knew who we were an grabbed the keys as for he already knew what car we were in for. We test drove, loved the car, went in checked vehicle history report, and chatted some more (non car related Frank is just really an amazing human). Ultimately we got down to pricing and we stated if xx,xxx then we will put x,xxx down. Literally 5 minutes we could all agree on a price and that was the end of it. He stayed late past closing while we did paper work and was super friendly all the way through even after the sale. The only reason giving four stars is financing was super short with us after we turned down all the bells and whistles of packages we didn't plan on using, but I understand it's late the dealership was already closed people have families to go to! Ultimately Frank is the reason we walked out with a car yesterday, we definitely didn't need one asap and had time to shop, but Frank made everything super easy, and he's just a down to earth person that treats you like a human and not a $$$. Assuming our car doesn't light on fire lol we will definitely do business again. If you go to Lewisville Mitsubishi... ASK FOR FRANK!

!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We live in Stillwater Oklahoma and recently looked into getting a newer car because my car(Acura rsx) had run its course after 12 years. We had a baby and a two door would not due anymore, We looked online and found The Mitsubishi Lancer, we checked out some here in Oklahoma and we found a 2011 with 78000 miles in Texas since I'm a native to Texas it was not a big deal for us to make the trip and get the car. We called the dealership and had a cashiers check ready to get the car. Luckily they had their finance department call me they tried to sell me a car I didn't want! I don't know how you get silver and red confused? I should have known then that this was not going to end well. One of their sales men called me and made things right and even knocked off 1000.00 for the confusion. So I get a cashiers check from my bank for the full amount and decide we would make the trip. While on the drive there they called and said that a wire harness for the fan had gone out and that I couldn't buy the car? I said well I have a check in my hand for the car. Now mind you this is a Mitsubishi dealership, they said it would take them 2 weeks to get the part and it would be about 150.00 . I call auto zone down the road and the oem part from Mitsubishi was there and it cost 35.00 bucks. I called them back and told them and wouldn't you know the part they ordered 1 week before showed up and was ready to install. After our 4 hour drive we finally made it tired thirsty and just wanting to get our car we were walked outside and walked around the car it looked clean and very nice. We went in signed out paper work and they filled up our car. We left the dealership and went to grab something to eat we got on the highway and not even 40 miles in the check timing belt light came on. Reason I know what that emblem ment is because we pulled over read the manual. We took it easy and made it home at around midnight. The next day I got an email asking about our car. I emailed back to dealership explaining the light that came on our trip back home. I never heard anything back from them. I emailed the general manager about the light that came on, I also read online that Mitsubishi has a possible recall on the lancer, lancer evo, and the montero sport. Because the engine belt/chain becomes loose and causes engine and pulley failure. So I called Mitsubishi and they gave me a code said to contact the dealership I bought it from. Because the chain/belt shouldn't have to be changed until 110,000 miles. I called the dealership and they put me on speaker phone and pretty much told me that I didn't know what I was talking about, then that they would contact me the next day so far it's been a week and still haven't got a call Nor a reply from the general manager. Not the way to do business pretty crappy customer service if you ask me. Sean Dyar is the sells man that tried to swap cars on me and as thus far been no help what so ever the sales man that actually sold me my car was named Mike he was the most helpful person there. The general manager John Mahaffey doesn't care I've emailed him twice and his salesmen supposedly discussed this matter with him, don't bother with this dealership it's all about the cash and to think I was going to send my brother there for a car. Just not worth it. Find yourself a dealership that wants your business and cares about the product the sell you. Not just about the cash they can make off you and then your on your own. I contacted a Mitsubishi car dealership here in bixby Oklahoma and they actually walked me through a reset on the car and cleared the code they told me to drive it around the block and call them if the light came back on unfortunately it did they said it will be 65 for the diagnostics and then may be up to 1000 for the timing belt/chain fix but they are going to call Mitsubishi head office for me and try to help me since the car is 35,000 miles away from the belt/chain to be serviced. That's how a dealership is suppose to treat a customer. Not like the scum at Lewisville Mitsubishi.

Outstanding Experience - Truly Felt Like Family…read more We came into Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville today to surprise my wife, Grace, with a new car for her birthday--and the experience exceeded every expectation. We picked out a 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum in Storm Gray, and from the moment we arrived, our salesperson Gabriela Garcia set the tone. She was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming--the perfect balance you hope for in a sales consultant. She took the time to really qualify us, understand our family's needs, and make sure we were choosing the right vehicle, not just a vehicle. The exact Grand Highlander with the trim package we wanted wasn't on the lot, but that didn't slow things down at all. Gabriela immediately worked to locate the exact vehicle we wanted at another location and personally coordinated getting it brought in so we could take care of everything today. That kind of effort speaks volumes. While waiting, we met Dave, the sales manager, who made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. No pressure, no games--just clear communication and genuine hospitality. Then came financing with Jonathan Ortiz, and I can honestly say this was the smoothest financing experience I've had in 25 years of buying cars. Jonathan walked us through everything clearly, efficiently, and with zero stress. What really surprised me was that while wrapping up the Grand Highlander purchase, I spotted a 2025 Toyota 4Runner Trailhunter that absolutely spoke to me. On a bit of a whim, I asked Jonathan if it would be possible to trade in my Civic and purchase the 4Runner as well--and before we knew it, we were driving home with two new vehicles. At no point did anyone feel pushy. We felt taken care of, respected, and honestly treated like family throughout the entire experience. I couldn't recommend Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville more highly. If you're local and looking for a dealership that values people over pressure, this is the place to go.

I made an appointment, arrived a little early, and they took my truck in right away. I planned to wait. How long could something that simple take? An hour and a half later, I went to check on it. It was finished, but no one had bothered to notify me. When I asked why it had taken so long to apply one small sticker, I was told, "We had to do an inspection." I took my keys and left -- never to return.

Manny was excellent and very personable and he dealt with me as I worked through my concerns and weighed the pros and cons. He was incredibly laid back, honest, and passionate about the Huffines brand and model for car sales which I also value. No pressure, just education and encouragement like it should be. The cars and the Huffines standards of practice truly speak for themselves. I saw two cars online I was curious about--both used Nissans. The sedan was cheaper but he was upfront with me about some issues and the mechanic also was honest too. The car I test drove and nearly walked out with was a 2021 Nissan Kicks SV. Ultimately it did not have the features I wanted + I had concerns about the 72k miles on it for me personally. Did not love it and felt like I should peruse a new car I did love. I felt truly at ease while looking over the car and pricing--it was nice feeling like I wasn't actively being scammed. First dealership experience ever like that. Huffines has a sterling reputation in my book and I would recommend for their business practices alone. I also briefly met with Emerson the used car manager and he was very nice and gave me his card. Will likely be coming back to help get my Mom a car sometime in the future. One very small gripe I do have with the Huffines model--not exclusive to this dealership specifically--is the prices aren't amazing. Because there is no needing to negotiate price or haggle you are set at the sticker price listed and most of the pre-owned deals I saw across Huffines dealerships were fair at best. Not bad but not great. That gives you more peace of mind as a consumer but it also gives them more power because they are taking that guess work out and they control that final number. I do think the cars are priced fairly but leaning more on the higher side of a decent deal, not amazing value like you might get trying to negotiate at a different dealership. I think transparency should definitely trump a cheaper price in many cases so this is not a super serious issue or any indication of wrongdoing just a small critique. If you want a straight forward number and easy buying experience and are willing to sacrifice a better price for predictability this is the place for you.

Her previous 2025 f250 was totaled via hail damage so we swapped the relatively new suspension and wheels & tires over to the new truck . I've bought two trucks from them before, trusted you with lift kits before. This time, I picked it up and the truck was pulling hard to the right the second I left. The manager gabe told me he confirmed it was put on the alignment machine and test driven by the tech who did the work but to come back so they could double check it, but was out to lunch when I returned so I talked to the tech that did the work directly and he actually said to me and my wife directly that he didn't do an alignment and I didn't even need an alignment--he said "on these trucks you just straighten the steering wheel along with the tires being straight". Ridiculous. Both myself, my wife and the auto plex sales rep who was standing there with us were literally speechless when he said that as that is obviously 100% incorrect. I left and took the truck with me as I clearly had zero confidence after that statement and realized the management had no issue lying about work not actually completed and took it directly to my local forddealer and had them do a full alignment, which of course was significantly out of line. The manager agreed to pay ford after being called out about lying to me and charging me anyways and then A few days later I see they didn't even bolt the steering stabilizer in--just left it hanging with neither bolt in place. I forwarded that info and pictures over to their manager and got zero response. Not only was I quoted $5,300 flat including the tow there, they overcharged me by $1800 without any heads up or explanation and lied about the work, and risked our safety. I will never recommend Hurst or Lewisville Autoplex to anyone again. They are beyond incompetent and then continue with deceptive trade practices to cover their inability to do their job correctly.
