It's been a day! My daughter has a crash. We came to pick up the car today. We have been going back and forward with them in order to have the car pulled to the front/on street property. They hold cars in a separate yard about a mile away. First tow truck came and a representative wasn't there to open. Driver left. Second Triple AAA driver wanted to charge for three blocks. After hearing resentment in my voice he decided not to show Third tow truck driver balked at pulling the car outside the lot. Here's the problem, Auto-pro stated they were not able to pull the car towards the gate. Call a tow co. Now, after demanding the paid fees and 8 hours later and a threat to call the police; it was decided they could pull the non-running car out for a tow. DO NOT COME HERE, super unprofessional I had my accident on December 4,2025 and my damages weren't all that bad, airbag didn't go off, and car was towed here because of toyota care. December 11,2025 was when my adjuster (AAA) approved for repairs and I was told from my lawyer that they were working on repairs. I called in and Erika did mention they were waiting for AAA to approve and they don't need my authorization that repairs would take 2 weeks. I called that weekend no pick up and I didn't do a follow up until end of december. Erika claimed she was trying to reach out to me for 2 weeks, I have had 0 missed calls 0 voicemails and they were calling some 909 number when I signed on the form a 626 number. They needed my authorization to work and how they had some supplemental repairs to do so they need to reach out to AAA. I gave them permission to proceed and bypass all authorizations. I would call in and they said it would take 2 weeks to repair, my car BARELY finished yesterday January 23 2026. I called in AAA and my adjusters informed me they approved the supplementary repairs back in december so I'm not sure what's going on with this repair shop they weren't doing their job not until January 9 2026. I've been calling nonstop since January 9 and I understand the shop may be frustrated but I'm not sure what's going on with Erika to be literally YELLING at me on the phone nonstop the point that I only spoke to supervisor, Ana. Also when I called in for updates, Mike picked up and he kept saying it would be done in two weeks and Ana informs me that Mike ISN'T reading all the updates. That's what an update means, read me everything then. I told Ana the day before (January 20,2026) that my boyfriend would come in (January 21,2026) to check on the car and they said okay. My boyfriend goes into the shop and they told him my car isn't there and it's at a different location for repaired so he drives there. First of all, why did you not inform me that so I can tell him that the night before KNOWING he was going to drop by? I go in to pick up my car and Mike is super passive aggressive and absolutely unnecessary. There's people sitting and he sees me standing and has me wait cause he's chit chatting with them. First thing he says is oh we treat our patients with lots of care like ok no you don't not me. He has me pay my deductible but it was waived on December 18,2025 and I even showed up the text from AAA. Instead of dealing with it I just paid it and I said I'll get a reimbursement. I pick up my car and the ENTIRE tank is used. I came in there with a FULL tank of gas and left with 67 miles. He also makes a joke and go "I better not see you here again" I'm like staring at him going ?! He goes "well you wouldn't want to get into another accident right?" like wtf? He had the audacity to say if there's any issues to come back in regards to repairs, no thank you. AAA then calls me after the whole thing and is wondering why I had to pay the deductible cause they pinged it over to the center. They even called the center to ask why they charged me. They also informed me they were never able to reach collision center, they never picked up any of AAA calls and my lawyer also called too but the collision center claimed they reached out. I'm not sure if it's an ethnicity thing either or gender discrimination because the couple sitting there before me were white and I'm asian. On top of all that, they told enterprise my rental was due January 6. They didn't even have a loaner for me when I asked. It felt like they were holding my car hostage for whatever weird reason and if the situation was you were backed up, just admit it. Now I'm going to go to another place to get my entire engine checked because it should have not taken OVER 2 months for my car to be fixed. read more

They fixed my vehicle and its like the accident never happened. Excellent mechanical work. Excellent paint work. I was a little impatient to get my car back. I was towed here after an accident the people who came to my aid where totally helpful and supportive , when I arrived the place was undergoing a remodel but they made sure I was comfortable . At the end of the day it's not my job to save my insurance any money I wanted good repairs & not feel forced to take my car to wherever my insurance told me because I doubt my insurance is on my side .... Hi everyone, after one month I got my Mercedes-Benz back from Auto Pro collision. On February 1 I was involved in an accident in the city of Los Angeles. I was driving down Wilshire Boulevard close to Vermont and this guy just sideswiped my 2025 Mercedes-Benz Geo 450. I was terrified at that moment. I called AAA roadside service and I had my car towed to Auto Pro collision due to the recommendation of the dealership from downtown LA Mercedes. I was really sad at first to see my car in that moment like that. But when I got there, Jesse and his staff made me feel so comfortable I felt like I was at home. Immediately they put me in a rental car. My insurance company did not offer for the next 45 days. My service writer's name was Anna. She helped me through this whole process, she was very responsive and every two weeks she was giving me updates and sending pictures of the repair process. When they called me to pick up the car, my car looked amazing. I took my car for service at Fletcher Jones Mercedes and they told me whoever fixed the car did a great job because it didn't seem like it was involved in an accident. They have the worst customer service. They will threaten to add more fees to your bill just because they are working through there lunch. They would also have zero compassion for being in an accident. They are disrespectful especially to people of a different ethnicity. I have heard around and experience such service for myself. Someone pulled up to let me know that my car notified them as in Toyota that I was in a car accident and my car was not drive able he also claimed that his tow truck driver was with AAA... which is a LIE! they will charge for the tow and per day that your car stays there as most do but almost $300 for 2 days ? They never notified me before tearing the car up. I hit my side mirror when backing up in my garage and the back cover fell off. Headed to the nearest body shop to assess the damage.
