Avoid Auto Tech Collision like the plague. Not only did they return my 2019 Mazda CX-9 with one side of the rear bumper hung crookedly--yes, crooked bumpers --their "repair" completely screwed up the front radar sensor that controls the smart brake system. This isn't just about shoddy aesthetics; it's a potential safety nightmare. My wife says that the front bumper is a little off too, but I have yet to inspect it closer. Because of their botched calibration, my smart brake feature is now malfunctioning. Think about that for a second: a key safety system is compromised. The smart brake is designed to help prevent or mitigate accidents by automatically braking when there's an obstacle ahead. With it malfunctioning, I'm at risk of serious collisions--even a high-speed crash--if the system fails to engage in time. What's worse, when I questioned their "craftsmanship," someone at Auto Tech tried to blame the problem on "low brake fluid"--as though that would magically just happen right after their bungled repair, or that brake fluid somehow controls the radar system. The fluid level was still within safe limits, and their explanation makes zero sense to anyone with even a shred of automotive knowledge. they also claimed that if they added brake fluid, then it would all 'fall out' when we had the pads replaced. HUH? It was an excuse to not put in fluid, because we all knew that wasn't the problem. Their attitude matches the garbage quality of their work: defensive, dismissive, and totally devoid of accountability. I'm now forced to file chargebacks and take them to small claims court to recoup costs and get a real, competent shop to fix the damage they caused. Let this be a warning: Save your time, your money, and possibly even your life, and go somewhere that actually cares about doing the job right. read more

The people in the shop are nice and I am sure they do good work. However, they over priced the repairs on my car by THOUSANDS of dollars. A $2.99 knob cover (the sice of a quater) was broken on my AC panel and in order to get the knob they tried to charge over $3000 in parts and labor to replace the entire working unit which made the total repair over $17,000 for minor fixes... I ended up fixing everything myself for under $1,000 so there was no comparison. They did not approve the estimate by me before sending it to my insurance nor would they make changes on it, so I would have been without a car if I went with them because obviously those damages totaled my car out. My car drove 100% normal and no exterior damage for reference. Only my display screen was broken which was on ebay for $300 and cost me $250 to install elsewhere, along with a $400 leather repair guy... read more

Just so you know. When you sign the waiver that they're not responsible for any missing items. They basically take it as a green light to just take anything from your car. The work they had to do on my car was exterior work. I took most things I cared about from my car but some things were left in there. Its not an exaggeration when I tell you they cleaned out my car. Phone charger, windshield sun protector, some other items left in the back seat, all gone. That waiver you sign isn't about "in case something goes missing " they literally will just take whatever they want. It was exterior work and they went into my trunk. Idk what they were doing but they forgot a random golf club in there that is not mine. When they tell you to take anything of value out, it means they're taking anything thats not bolted down and tell you that its not their problem because you signed the waiver. When I asked if they have cameras they said it only goes back 4 days. Extremely unprofessional. read more

He suggested we leave our deposit + drop off the car after the parts arrived which saved us time with our rental. Our rental also collaborated with the shop + had our rental here for pick up as well as drop off. We just received our car back + needed a minor adjustment which they accommodated easily. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here from everybody. I had someone crash into my door and was experiencing problems with it for a couple years. I took it here and they went above and beyond to get my door fixed and after a year when I began having problems again, I took it back and they quickly replaced the entire door after realizing there was a part missing from the original replacement they had given. The office staff are nice and professional and everyone myself and my family encountered during the repairs process were quite helpful. My door is working perfectly now and they also took the liberty to fix a few other minor repairs that I didn't even ask for. I took my car (13 Prius) here on 2023. Because my car vandalized and somebody stole my catalytic so insurance gave option to bring to this shop. Since it was close. I brought it. In context my car wasn't stayed on shop for more than 1 hour. Just for oil services and wear fixing. So 2 days ago took my car to do oil change and seem battery was low. ( I have car since new and never change batteries). So I found battery was change and sticker saying it was change it on 9/21. Only place my car stay for days was here. I know I was them. Because when I took car front them several plastics on panel door disappeared. But in the moment I didn't feel like fight with them. Now is different because this is no fair. We as customer put our trust on these businesses just to find out that they take advantage of us just to make income with our car parts to charge insurance as used original on other claims. Turn Around Time (TAT): Took about 3 working days from the time I dropped off my Rav (Thursday before closing) to the time I picked up my Rave (Tuesday before closing). Order Of Operations 1) Receive confirmation text of when your appointment is scheduled for. Before you arrive, they'll send you a form to fill out via email before driving in to your appt. 2) Once you arrive, park your car at the designated inspection spots and call the office to let a rep know that you're here for an appointment. Make sure you follow the covid guidelines signs that they put outside. Ie: Wear your mask at all time, practice social distancing, staying in your car until a rep comes out to greet you. 3) A rep will come out and inspect the car and give you the run down on what happens next. 4) They'll text you when your car is ready to be picked up. Before you come in, they'll send you another electronic form via email to fill out. Service: Service was top notch. Erick Santizo, my auto tech collision rep, was friendly, professional, attentive (updated me with new developments on the repair), and thorough in explaining the repair process. He also reassured me that the replacement texture bumper would be an OEM part. Sure enough, he was able to price match one for me. This body shop (auto tech collision) Is the best body shop I had to deal with. They're real transparent with everything from beginning to end. Dropped off my Mazda here for an insurance claim. They took care of everything in a timely manner enough for me to get back to work on time since I had to request a half day. The adjuster broke down the process and let me know about possibility of a delay but mentioned that they will update me periodically with the progress, which they did via text and email. Forms can be done and signed electronically which is very convenient and time saving. This place managed to finish earlier than expected and also gave me a projected finish date ahead of time and managed to get it done the day I was told. The work is of high quality, they used good replacement parts and paint job looks amazing and left the car like nothing ever happened. Cleaned the mats and left it looking shiny and new on the outside. Would like to add that they conveniently call the rental company over to drop/pick up the rental off as well to skip the wait at the location which is a plus. So grateful for this AMAZING collision center! Car accidents can be such a burden in anyone's life and cause a lot of stress and anxiety. However, with the right collision center a lot of that can go away! Auto Tech definitely turned a stressful experience into a pleasant surprise! The customer service and experience: From the beginning Angie, Allison and Bundy were all extremely amiable, courteous and immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. The waiting area has a lot of room to sit down along with complementary coffee and tea to help you feel at ease. I was also able to use their free wifi while I waited and did some work! (see pictures) The estimator Johnny also thoroughly explained all the process which to be honest was extremely helpful since I felt stressed and confused as many of us do after a collision. He was detail oriented and made sure all of my repairs were done in a timely fashion. The entire Auto Tech team has a very kind and professional demeanor which is exactly what you need after being in a car accident. The repairs: After I dropped off my vehicle they surpassed they kept me in the loop through the entire process with text message updates! They have a relationship with enterprise so I didn't even have to leave the shop to pick up or drop off the rental it was extremely convenient!! Brought in a vehicle to have work done. Job was to repair minor rash to the rr quarter panel. Blending of the paint was supposed to be done. What I encountered was the worst blend in history. Which ever painter laid the paint down did a terrible job to say the least. Recommend for you to not bring your vehicle here if your concern is quality work.
