After getting rear-ended, I was referred to this shop by my lawyer. I met with both Jay and Thomas, the owner. They were both professional and helpful. I had my bumper and side door replaced and repainted, and they look as good as new! Waxed and dusted and everything. They also took care to make sure my battery didn't die since it was a long job. It took two weeks, but it was well worth the wait. The price was also affordable and lower than any other quotes I had gotten for the job. Quoted $2K for major body repair (reasonable) - called later and told me that they got a replacement door cheaper than expected and it would be $1.6K. Impressive honesty and integrity. Had them fix my car due to car accident. They did good job fixing and repainting, but the parts they used were unrealistically weak. They claim they order parts, but I'm guessing they make or purchase very cheap parts off the internet. I can say this because I got into another minor accident, but those bumpers they replaced were crushed so badly. As I mentioned, it was a minor accident. I almost cried because I was so relieved and thankful. Okay, that was a bit dramatic. But the story goes--my dad accidentally broke the fuel door of my car, which means unless I want to drive around with my gas very readily available for the public (though I doubt people are that merciless!) I needed to get it taken care of asap. The dealer quoted me 230 (130 for the part) because they couldn't find the part in the color of my car so ya know adding the paint job, labor, PLUS it would take about two weeks. They were the ones who actually suggested maybe I go look elsewhere to see if body shops are able to quote lower price. Anyway, this place is literally a block away from where I live so I stopped by on the way to work in the morning. 1. They were able to get the part delivered to them the NEXT day. (Why it would take longer to the service department at the dealer... is a mystery) 2. They get their parts at a discounted price than a mere individual would get, so the cost of the part is lower. 3. Believe it or not, I had my entire bag (along with my purse and phone) stolen couple days later, and the manager Sean took pity. Major discount on paint job and labor. So there are nice people after all. And the fuel door is as good as new. Well, I guess because it is new, and at a very much reasonable price. The lesson: Go get a quote at a body shop. Even better if the folks working there are the friendly, considerate kind :) read more

After visiting a nearby neighbor competitor bodyshop I found that these guys were literally giving me an estimate that was half the price from that other shop. The only auto body shop with a heart! The bumper of my car got pull out on one side by those parking blocks. I went to several auto shops and they all claimed that I had to get a new bumper . It's going to cost me from $800 to $1400 or more depends on " what they found" after they took the bumper off. Their concerns are if I am going to to through insurance! And of cos I would have to pay the deductible . I don't have those extra money to replace the bumper... Anyway, after went to another auto shop on Vermont, I was about to give up. Then I saw this shop and thought , I might as well try one more. Glad that I did ! Sean had his technician put some screws on my bumper and put it back on "for free"!! I tipped the technician of cos and I am so thankful for this auto shop. I swear if I need to fix my car in the future , I will go to them! Had my rear and front bumper replaced and painted for bumper damage and cracks. Looked good when i picked up my car after repairs but noticed missing parts all over my car the next day. Missing clips inside the car, missing clips for the body frame, and they also didn't put back the front windshield cowl which costs $140+ to replace! I also did an oil change myself a few days ago and noticed they used their own oversized and wrong fitting screws to hold up the under shield of my car. The hole clips for the screws have been stripped and the under shield is torn which is going to cost another $100! Worst experience at a body shop! DO NOT GO HERE! Seems like everything was rushed last minute and everything was taken off and put back together by a child! read more
