I met Phil to inspect my car for some repairs that needed to happen prior to my lease termination. Based on prior experience, he made some recommendations as to what to spend my money on. The process was fast and easy. 5 business days later, I picked up my car and it looked brand new! I was beyond happy. Two seriously damaged rims where perfectly repaired. At $600/per rim to replace at the dealership, the cost to me would have been substantially more than fixing them. On top of that, the bumper was replaced and the entire SUV was buffed. All previously visible scratches from 3 years of parking in garages in Boston were gone. They handled all the necessary communications and transactions with the work that was being covered by insurance. I did not have to make a single call. Best of all, the dealership took one stroll around the car and I did not incur a single charge for wear and tear. If/When I need more work, I will definitely go back. the place is a joke 40 days to repair a minor fender bender , was paid by insurance company ,before the job was complete , repair was half ass at best . ask to fix 2 times ,was told it was all set only to find out it was still a hack job .owner refuses to stand behind his hack work .was told will not fix any further .beware its not run by Phil anymore. had many things painted over the years by him . read more

Two weeks ago today we rented a UHaul trailer from Auto Pro Collision Repair Center at 266 Haverhill St. Rowley, we requested 12 furniture pads, which they didn't have, but they charged us for 18 them. When we picked up the trailer, we were told that they would issue a credit on Monday, but didn't. I've left several messages and sent several emails and still have not gotten a response. Granted, it's not a lot of money, but their customer service SUCKS! read more

It really doesn't get any better than this. I have a small collection of old cars, and have been in an out of a lot of body shops for many years and understand the drill. I took a 10 year old Mercedes with very low mileage to Phil that suffered storm damage last winter and the insurance company wanted to total. Phil worked with me and the insurance company to come up with a plan to save the car. Subsequently, the workmanship on the car was simply incredible. It looked every bit as good, if not better, than before the damage. In addition Phil does exactly what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it, and communicates on a regular basis. Excellent attention to detail and high quality work. Had them do some body work on my car after an accident, when I got it back it looked like new, even fixed the damage underneath the fender. They also identified and repaired some damage to the suspension that occurred during the accident. Will certainly be trusting Phil/Autopro with any future body work I need done. read more
