I brought my vehicle to Peabody Auto Collision Corp. on December 23, 2025, following a front-end accident. While the quality of the auto body repair was undeniably impressive--the car looks flawless, and the interior and exterior detailing was thorough and well-executed--my overall experience was marred by several troubling issues that reflect poorly on their professionalism and customer service. Firstly, despite my insurance having already paid the deductible, I was unexpectedly asked to pay it again upon vehicle pickup on January 16th. This forced me to call my insurance on speakerphone in their office to prove that the deductible had been settled. Such an incident raises serious concerns about their billing practices and transparency, and frankly, it felt like an attempt to wrongfully extract additional money from me. Moreover, I had to call them and tell them that my insurance did pay for the emblem, then they reviewed it and replaced it, but it still wasn't up to my standards of a 5-star place review-wise. On top of that, upon inspecting my vehicle, I discovered that the cup holder was broken, with a crucial piece missing--something they failed to disclose. It is unacceptable that I had to find this damage myself rather than being informed upfront. When I brought it to their attention, they only then took steps to order the replacement part. Although I appreciate them replacing what they broke, this added to my frustration with their service. Additionally, I was not provided with any paperwork at the time of pickup; I had to contact my insurance to obtain the necessary documentation. This further adds to the impression of disorganization and disregard for proper customer service. while the repair quality is excellent and deserves a high rating, the deceptive billing attempt, failure to disclose damage, poor communication, and the detailing that fell short of my expectations significantly detract from the overall experience. I expect a reputable auto body shop to operate with integrity and transparency--qualities that were sorely lacking in this case. I sincerely hope Peabody Auto Collision Corp. takes these concerns seriously and improves their customer relations moving forward. read more

I brought my Lexus RC 350 F Sport here for front-end repair using OEM parts. While the parts were OEM as promised, the marker lamp on one side was misaligned. When I brought it up, I was told it was due to my car being "low profile," which doesn't explain the marker lamp was eventually out of place -- especially months after the repair. I gave them the opportunity to correct the issue, but they refused. I even pursued legal action, and although the court didn't rule in my favor, I still believe the repair wasn't up to standard. The Lexus dealer later confirmed that proper realignment would require bumper removal -- something this shop didn't do. I'm disappointed, especially after choosing them based on their Google reviews. I hope this review helps someone make a more informed decision. I recommend asking very specific questions upfront and comparing reviews across multiple platforms -- including Yelp. read more

This place is the best, I have used them twice for a few accidents and they not only do an amazing job but they make everything easier, from working with insurance company to arranging car rental. The owner as well as folks in the office to the repairmen are all great at what they do, exceptional customer service as well as getting my car back detailed and looking and smelling beautiful was just the icing on the cake, truly great company and keep you up to date with status of vehicle, etc. I am hoping I do not have any more accidents, but if I do, I will definitely use Peabody Auto Collision again. Got into an accident and got a referral to check these guys out. After seeing some of their work I knew I wanted to fix my car here. About 2 weeks later I received my car and honestly my car never looked better! The body work/paint job looks bomb! Still drives good and looks even better than when I first bought it, no bs. I Will not knock the job on the car, what was intolerable to deal with was the management just could not be straightforward with me. he strung me along for days telling us he would deliver the car to us after a long delay. I'm not an unreasonable person, but don't string my along for days on receiving my car. being straightforward , goes a long way with people. this company completely lost all trust for me and I would not recommend them because of this. read more

Drive a pickup truck, scratched the right rear side and ripped half a fender off. Took it to a couple different body shops, few guys guys looked at it as if I had totaled my truck, then said minimum of 2/3 weeks out. Figured I'd stop by Peabody Auto Collision. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon, Manager took a look at it, she said drop it off Monday by 6pm and gave me a quote on the spot. Monday evening dropped the truck off, Corral took pictures inside and outside of vehicles, she was very professional and thorough. I knew they had a lot of vehicles there to work on so I expected a week but she said maybe by Thursday. Wednesday at 5pm the manager called me and said it was ready and pretty sure she said they could deliver it to me if need be. Walked down 1/2 hour later, paid the shop, the area that was damaged was glistening. Workers were all friendly, shop was clean. Impressed by the service and their work. read more

I hope everyone checks their cars body work after this comment. I took my car back last October for body work. They entered a supplement to my auto insurance for two new doors. They claimed to my auto insurance they had changed my door. Come to find out they bondo both my doors. After i clearly told the owner i traveled far because of their reviews. They basically keep calling/texting you to leave a review. Got a text on new years! What a joke!!! So 5 months down the road i notice my car door had a crack. After closely inspecting the doors and talking to by friend that knows auto body. We found out these people basically robbed me!!! They bondo both my door, $600 dollar job and charged my insurance $4400. Kept my car for 32 days, they have a contract with hertz. They keep your car as long as possible so hertz gives them a cut. They quickly said they would order me doors when i told them i was bringing them to court. I let them do the job again not to waist time in court. Guess what!!! The car then had a whistle noise due to the fact they didn't do the job right. Also didn't install new rocker molding or roof molding, robbed another $200. I left you guys some pictures of proof. Picture with time stamp is at their body shop by my insurance company, picture with no time stamp are photos after unveiling their scam!!! Owner stated he didn't know what was going in his body shop! I'm completely in awe of how well they detailed my car! I was trying to sell my car and it needed an intense detailing job. I wasn't hopeful at all dropping my car off since I knew there was stains that couldn't be taken out. I picked it up and it was like a brand new car!! I was shocked!
