We tried to be…read moregracious and give him the benefit of the doubt because of COVID but every time we talked to him he had an excuse for why it wasn't done. By the time we picked it up the bike didn't even run, yet he had the nerve to charge us $1000, on top of the deposit we already paid him. I strongly believe the bike was never touched because we asked for the receipts for the so-called parts he ordered, but of course he couldn't produce any. The taillights were also smashed because apparently his dog got ahold of them? Not only was he incredibly disrespectful, to the point where the police had to be called, but his shop is an absolute wreck with bikes ripped apart and parts everywhere. How this place is still open is beyond comprehension. Don't trust this place with anything you care about. It's a shame there isn't a 0 star option.
