Would no recommend this place at all to anybody. Stay far away from here. The employees are mediocre and will start putting in random information that you did not give them and will completely mess up your process. They say your approved but does not tell you its a contingency of approval so your not even promised the car. and after so many back and fourths had put down so much money for them to go back a week later and ask for return of vehicle. Better off going to a mom and pop because these employees only care about commission and not the customers. what a nightmare! I purchased a vehicle with 45k miles, dealership warranty and extended warranty, and 3 weeks later it left me stranded at a light. They gave me the run around and pretty much said it was my fault for buying a used vehicle. they finally purchased a new battery and mega fuse and said they didn't have anyone to replace it due to the holidays can my husband do it. so he did. That was 12/22. On Jan 5 on the way home from a doctors appt, it stopped again and left me stranded. This time I had it towed to the dealership. The gave me a loaner vehicle that was not even ready to be driven. I had to point out it was making a loud noise and had to wait for them to fix the issue. I didn't get my car back until 1/29. On 2/5, the car stopped again but this time I was in mid traffic. When I called roadside with the warranty they couldn't locate me. I had it towed to my house. The dealership picked it up the next morning but couldn't provide a rental or loaner. I later found out the extended warranty couldn't not assist due to it still being under dealer warranty. Today is 2/11 and they wanted me to pay $50 a day for rental and I refused because they should not have sold me a car that had major issues. I haven't even had it long enough to be out of the dealership warranty! now I can't get a rental because they haven't run the diagnostic on my vehicle. From my understanding the Mega Fuse keeps burning out, they replaced it twice, the battery and the starter. And here I am again without a vehicle! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! They do not care. They will sell you anything to get a down payment and sale!!The last person who was helping me said she hated her job because she was always being yelled at by customers. I wish I could just cancel my contract and get my money back! read more

I had the car 3 weeks at this point yet Auto Savvy told me it was "wear and tear" so in addition to paying to have a mechanic look at it I then had to pay $1,000 for four new tires Once I found out it was a salvaged title, I took it to a Honda mechanic who found the transmission fluid leak as well as an oil leak. Auto Savvy was reluctant and difficult to get that covered plus I had to pay the $200 deductible to have that fixed I also had to pay for my own rental while my car was at Honda so that was another $300 Little to no resale value on branded title cars STAY AWAY! NEVER AGAIN!! 2024 XT5 800 miles, at 13K or less told I need new tires, all but 1 air pressure sensor works. I haven't had the car a full year. Discount tire said no way you should need new tires with the low mileage on this car and sensors typically last 7 years. Of course, the 4 month warranty is b.s, thankfully I did purchase extended warranty. When you call them they play stupid. Bought a car from Auto Savvy in Ft Worth recently. Everybody was really nice. But when I picked up the car things were not done that they said would be done. Battery had leaked acid on the tray below it. we asked if someone could clean that off before putting a new battery in. That didn't happen. I asked if the car would be detailed in and out I was told yes from Zachary and if someone didn't do it he would personally do it himself. Well the inside was not touched at all. Asked if they could put some floor mats in the front did care if they were old ones just wanted something there to help protect the carpet. That didn't happen. We were told they would fill the gas tank up. Well that didn't happen. They are supposed to send me the bracket for the front license plate we will see on that. Found a decent car. It's actually our 2nd car from them... BUT. when i took it to our dealership for electical issues, we found out that not only did Autosavvy have the wrong size battery, but apparently the odometer was not accurate. We bought a 2024 Chevy Trax with 1,400 stated miles, but this same vehicle had months earlier been to a reputable dealership for routine maintenance and had 4,200 miles at that time. Meanwhile, we still have paper tags 5 months later. They just keep re-issuing new paper tags claiming the hold up is in Austin. Hmm wonder why read more

Larry Heron was excited to sell me a 2023 2ss Camaro. He pulled out all the stops. At purchase he said the car had 2 sets of keys. He wanted me to come back because he forgot to give me the extra set. I did and he happened to be off and they couldnt find the key. Even managment. Crazy right ? Then i told them again that i live far and could they just mail them. They said they would but salesman would not even respond after that. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM -Basically, when I was sold my explorer, we weren't told the full story and so instead of our vehicle being worth what it should've been worth it's not even worth that it's maybe worth 13k at the most so if I'm to get a vehicle that's comparable without paying more. I would have to come up with $8000 so basically we were overcharged and taken advantage of. And when we bought it, I was nearly full-term and we were told that it was in a minor accident. We're here right in front of us. We can see that it was a total loss deemed by that person's insurance before this dealership took ownership of it and then it was rebranded for a rebuilt title so instead of our vehicle being worth 18k to 21kit's only worth 13k so now we're gonna be upside down because of this dealership's dishonesty and our sales rep -who is now a sales manager. Bought 2021 Honda Pilot from AUTOSAVVY on 4/27. They agreed to replace the bumper because it wasn't staying attached correctly. They loaned us a vehicle while they replaced the bumper. This was nice and why this is 1 star instead of 0. We left a garage door opener in the vehicle we traded in and were told the opener would come in the Honda when delivered on 5/10 but it did not. They said they would overnight it. But they did not. We called several times but no one knew about it and were told we would get a call back but *never* did. It wasn't sent out until 5/19. We called several times about other concerns and they were treated the same. We took it to a shop on 5/16 where we learned it needed these repairs: CV Axle leak, chunk out of serpentine belt, alignment front and rear, valve cover gaskets(totaling $1,171.79), and air conditioner (totaling $350-$2,300). Also the auto high beams and outdoor temperature sensor are both not working. We contacted AUTOSAVVY with concerns that these major items were missed on their 150+ point inspection that they claim is more rigorous than other dealerships because of the process they have to go through to rebrand a title. The dealership is denying responsibility for selling a vehicle with safety issues that failed an inspection and they are not honoring the 30 day guarantee. Do not believe the safety and inspection stories they push. They didn't honor anything they claimed during the sale. Now on 5/22 the transmission is broken. We have had this vehicle for 11 days. This many issues right off the lot is absolutely unacceptable. And we got pulled over for expired temporary plates (expired on 5/6 but we didn't even receive the vehicle until 5/10). This has been the worst vehicle purchasing experience and I will do my best to keep others from dealing with the issues we've had with AUTOSAVVY. Communication and follow through has been abysmal. Do not buy from this dealership. They can fix this by taking the vehicle back and giving us all of our money back or by paying for all repairs where we live by 6/26/23. We no longer trust Autosavvy. Drove two hours to see a vehicle. Son and I went with a check in my pocket, ready to buy. They knew we were coming. When we arrived, the car was out of gas, not cleaned, baking soda all over the back hatch area. Somehow, these items escaped the 150 point checklist they say they have. A-mazing. The 5 yr , 100,000 mile drive train warranty that was clearly posted on the ad, in a large yellow banner on top, and we had counted on as part of the terms, suddenly was now off the table , because they discontinued warranty service with that company two months ago. Somehow this advertising glitch missed their careful inspection as well. It's now 120 days and 4200 miles. For a vehicle with 37K . Refused to offer any concessions. Best part is the generic comment posted on the ad for the vehicle, where something (a bot , most likely) had asked if the vehicle was still available, presumably to drum up a sense of (undoubtedly false) competition here. Proceed with - extreme caution - here. Leave nothing to chance, because once you leave, I'll bet you dollars to doughnuts you'll not get it back . My advice: proceed elsewhere altogether. read more

Great car, good salesman, horrible experience. First mistake was mine. I didn't take my plates off of my trad-in but I thought "hey, it's a car dealership". They sold my trade-in to one of their employees who quit and took my plates with him and drove through tollways, but I got that cleared up. My second problem has been I bought the car with cash and it's coming up on three months but I still haven't received the title. I tried calling and texting finally got one person who is going to leave a message with their new title person and we'll see if I get any movement. Consumers Beware. 11/28: Purchased vehicle on as a clean title from which it was told to me that the managers son drove this car. Drove it little so when it pulled to the right, I figured it needed an alignment. 12/26-12/30: It was taken to Firestone for alignment and they pointed out the wheel was not centered in the wheel well. Walked me under the car and showed the frame was hit and shifted the control arm and therefore knuckle back 1-2 inches. Yet alone from the wheels not being properly bored for this car and causing other vibrations, but the front portion of the frame, not the sub-frame but the actual unibody, had a cracked and severed weld from whatever the impact was. 1/2-1/3: Upon notifying the dealer they said to bring it and they would verify the damages. 1/4: Took vehicle in and they lifted it up and had their 'master mechanic', who couldn't find anything, go over the car. Eventually they came and asked me, 'would you come and show us what were not seeing' in a demeaning tone and so I walked out to the shop and gladly showed them where the cracked frame was and the shifted control arm. Not 5 minutes later, all 3 of the guys in the shop walked in, past me, and off to the managers office and huddled around him and talked for roughly 5 more minutes. And when 2 of them came back to talk to me it was stated that 'they looked at the vehicle before and that damage wasn't there'....yet I had to show them where the damage even was to begin with. And then 'we will waive the fee for checking out the vehicle'...why how nice of y'all thinking this is going to go away so easily! Arbitration has been called for with NO reply from a single manager and a lawyer has been contacted. If we hadve wrecked the car, they're both full coverage insurance and GAP on this vehicle. We could easily wash our hands of it and be done without raising a concern. It the fact is that we didn't cause this damage nor do we care who did. We just want to be done right by the people who sold it to us. This was a clean title trade with clean title value sold with frame damage. Now a $20k loan on a frame damaged car that no body shop will repairs due to broken welds and the earlier time to get it into a shop is 1-2 months out. Can't drive it nor do I want to at this point. read more

My sister and I thought this was going to be a typical car buying experience....now I wish I had never brought her there as an option. Her and I test drove it for about an hour, and everything was really nice about the vehicle. They let us know that this vehicle was in a minor accident, but that they are only able to sell the vehicle after "rigorous" testing/verification etc....They also stated that a Honda certified technician would have had to look at it as well before certifying it and prior to them putting it out for sale. Based on the test drive and the lack of anything alarming at that time, her and I both thought it would be a good purchase.   WRONG, WRONG, WRONG....about 2-3 days later, this thing starts revving high when she starts it....it loses power while she is driving, and started to make weird noises among other things. When she let the dealer know that she DID NOT WANT THE VEHICLE ANY MORE and would be returning it - all of a sudden, their nice friendly staff began to duck her calls. I know this because whenever she would try to call them, they would literally NOT PICK UP THE PHONE, but if I called right after, they would answer?!   At this point, she is considering contacting the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, NBC 5 News, and even getting a lawyer in order to put a spotlight on the LEMON they sold her through their own shady practices. Through her research, my sister also found out that this place used to be called "AutoSource", but they changed their name to "AutoSaavy" because of all the complaints that were filed under the prior name.   I am writing this review on her behalf and also on the behalf of other future "unaware" consumers out there with the hope that others do not fall for this shady business. Auto Savvy is a prime example of why people distrust used car salesmen. When purchasing my car from them, they kept telling lie after lie, ultimately causing me to spend a ton of extra time and money to service my car. Not only did the salesmen lie during the purchase of the car, but even the service technicians lied about their work on my car. Do not even consider buying from these liars. Take your business elsewhere. Buying experience When buying the car, I was given a "no haggle" final price that I was happy with, so I didn't feel the need to haggle or discuss anything on the price. Of course when I got the paperwork, I found that they tacked on an extra $750 for completely unnecessary "auto service insurance" and a "documentation fee" that I didn't ask for. When these scummy salespeople put a final "no haggle" price on the car, they don't actually mean that it's the final price that you pay - they just don't want you to try to haggle it down. If you make the mistake of looking at any cars in this dealership's inventory you better not believe any of the prices, because I guarantee that you will be paying more in hidden fees and additional maintenance costs that I talk about below. When I asked about the maintenance of the car, the salesperson said that all of the routine items had been taken car of, for example, oil changes, replacing the old oil filter, engine fluids, etc. Later when I checked these myself, I found that absolutely none of them had been done. The oil was filthy and clearly hadn't been changed in a long time. Servicing the car (the WORST part) At the time of purchase, one of the tires of the car had been punctured by a screw, and the salesman told me that they would order a new tire and install it for me by the time I picked up the car. Lo and behold, when I went to pick up the car the punctured tire was still on the car, and the salesman made some excuse that the tire they ordered didn't come in yet, so he told us that he would call us when it arrived so that we could come in and have it installed. Three weeks later, we still had not recieved a call from him, so I decided to call the dealership myself. When I called, they told me that I could bring the car in the next day to have the tire put in. I wanted to get this over with, so I decided to take the following day off from work so that I'd have time to drive to the dealership and have the car serviced (the dealership is one hour away from my home). When I arrived, they told me that it would take 30 minutes for one of their service bays to open up so that they could service my car. Given that the only thing they were doing was replacing a tire, I thought this was fine, even with the additional 30 minutes of waiting. They took my car behind the building, and I sat down inside to wait. I ended up waiting one hour and thirty minutes before they finished "servicing" my car. I put quotes around "servicing" because when I arrived back at home, I discovered that they had not replaced my punctured tire. No, they didn't replace the wrong tire, they didn't replace ANY tire. I know this because I plugged the hole from the screw with a temporary tire plug, and when I looked at the tire again, the plug was still there in the same exact spot. The employees at this scum of the earth dealership never intended to replace my tire in the first place. They thought they could just put on some show by making me wait one and a half hours for a simple tire change and making some excuses about needing the "reprogram" something to make things work with the "new tire". In total, I had to waste taking a day off of work and three and a half hours to drive and be lied to by these creatures. To top it off, when I called them to complain, the salesperson said "oh I will let my boss know immediately" and promptly hung up. At this point, I've decided to cut my losses and deal with things myself. These business practices are absolutely disgraceful. If you've read to this point in my review, I hope you've already decided to avoid Auto Savvy. If not, then I wish you the best of luck in dealing with these lying, cheating, soulless snakes. read more

1 Star at the present time. I purchased a Buick Envision from them a few weeks ago and traded in a 2021 Nissan Rouge trade in value on Rouge was $30K and payoff to Nissan was $16,250 +/- we put $12,000 down so there is approx $1,750 that should have been paid back to me. I was told after Nissan was paid off would then get the $1,750 owed to me. Nissan is paid off and the AutoSavvy Salesmen keeps telling me Nissan will be the one cutting me a check. After finally getting to talk to the office manager he tell me they CAN'T cut a check back to me so the rolled all into the load. If had been told that upfront I would have sold the Rouge to Carmax and then gone and made the deal with AutoSavvy. So I would have given them a 5 but because of them not telling me they could not cut me a check and the salesman telling me Nissan would I can only go as low as a 1. Now I have to find some way to come up with $1,500 for my doctor bills. For someone on SS disability that's not easy to do. read more

Not worth the crap shoot on a branded title, please don't make the same mistake I did!!! Don't trust the "151 Point Inspection " hype. I decided to roll the dice and try out buying a branded title vehicle for the first time. My sales guy was very nice and easy to work with. Once I signed the contract and drove off the lot, the AC wouldn't work on the way home. I took it back the next day, and the head technician said he was really glad I brought it back in, because it could've caused a fire! They didn't even start it to get in the shop, they were so concerned they had four guys push it! They did get the repairs done, but had to deliver the vehicle to me about two weeks later. The AC had been listed as no issues on the inspection. Then I go take the truck for its first wash in the car wash. Water comes pouring through the windshield! I had to pay for a new windshield and hope to be reimbursed. Melanie with the customer service team was very helpful and responsive, and did get me paid back, she was a bright spot in this whole ordeal. Next, after my failed first wash of the truck, I notice that one of my rims is not chrome like the other three. I thought it was just dirty, but nope they added a cheaper wheel when they reconditioned the vehicle. This was not coverable, according to the store manager Dmitry. Also, the tires that were on the vehicle were at a 3 tread wise. I again questioned the inspection report which said the truck did need new tires, and the manager said tires were put on the truck. So basically, used tires were put to replace used tires. I had to buy four new tires and was not reimbursed $1000. Brakes. The driver side front brake assembly was squeaking and grinding badly so I took it into a shop as well. They said it had some "play", likely from the wreck it was in, which had caused uneven wear, thus the noises. Had to pay $675 to fix this issue, which was also denied reimbursement. Who knows what I will find next. Bottom line is when you go to a normal used car lot, you expect to buy as is and have some issues, but when you buy from a place where their whole business model is based on reconditioning a previously wrecked or damaged vehicle, and they say that a 151 point inspection was done, you trust that they are doing things right, or at a bare minimum safely. It is very frustrating because they seem like good people, but this is not a way to build repeat customers. If you do decide to buy from AutoSavvy, please take it to your own mechanic and do your due diligence, as they are incentivized on cheap repair costs and will not stand behind their promises completely on the back end. read more

We weren't able to pull through with our deal with Savvy due to my bank not able to accept vehicles with savage titles but we had a very above the pay grade service and experience through the whole process with Diego. Never before ever had this experience with other dealers, the guy was nice and not pushy, also was giving options and suggestions to what vehicle is best for us. They for sure don't want the customer to get something that's going to bore them 2 or 3 months down the road. Nothing compared to AutoNation and their bad service and scams, man I hate that place. You are more comfortable and reassured here, if you don't know anything abt cars or not mechanically inclined. I can assure you that these guys won't scam you or put a bunch of random and extra bs on your bill of sale. Can't go wrong with Diego! Two thumbs up, 5 stars and a whole tray of cookies for that guy. The place is also well maintained and clean, they have quite the collection in the lot. I'm sure everyone will find something for them here, they sell most vehicles with savage titles but if you go through the lot, you won't see anything that looks like it's been salvaged.
