Bought 2021 Honda Pilot from AUTOSAVVY on 4/27. They agreed to replace the bumper because it wasn't staying attached correctly. They loaned us a vehicle while they replaced the bumper. This was nice and why this is 1 star instead of 0. We left a garage door opener in the vehicle we traded in and were told the opener would come in the Honda when delivered on 5/10 but it did not. They said they would overnight it. But they did not. We called several times but no one knew about it and were told we would get a call back but *never* did. It wasn't sent out until 5/19. We called several times about other concerns and they were treated the same. We took it to a shop on 5/16 where we learned it needed these repairs: CV Axle leak, chunk out of serpentine belt, alignment front and rear, valve cover gaskets(totaling $1,171.79), and air conditioner (totaling $350-$2,300). Also the auto high beams and outdoor temperature sensor are both not working. We contacted AUTOSAVVY with concerns that these major items were missed on their 150+ point inspection that they claim is more rigorous than other dealerships because of the process they have to go through to rebrand a title. The dealership is denying responsibility for selling a vehicle with safety issues that failed an inspection and they are not honoring the 30 day guarantee. Do not believe the safety and inspection stories they push. They didn't honor anything they claimed during the sale. Now on 5/22 the transmission is broken. We have had this vehicle for 11 days. This many issues right off the lot is absolutely unacceptable. And we got pulled over for expired temporary plates (expired on 5/6 but we didn't even receive the vehicle until 5/10). This has been the worst vehicle purchasing experience and I will do my best to keep others from dealing with the issues we've had with AUTOSAVVY. Communication and follow through has been abysmal. Do not buy from this dealership. They can fix this by taking the vehicle back and giving us all of our money back or by paying for all repairs where we live by 6/26/23. We no longer trust Autosavvy. The vehicle they sold us under the promise of a rigorous inspection and repairs was a lie. This place sucks not even after two days all these lights came on and they should be better about checking their cars before selling them my car literally stopped in middle of the highway I had to take it to an actual dealership to get it checked out. It's a brand new car too stop letting people drive unsafe cars and risking their life's on the roads please.

Since you won't provide me with plates I had a front one made. The banner is coming soon to your customers' line of sight. Will it be at the dealership? Will it be parked outside the tax office? Y'all sold me a mostly electric car with great air conditioning, so I'll be sitting in it somewhere that my banner will have the desired effect on your business. Simple, simple fix for this Carvana... just register my car! Texas plates and an inspection sticker are all I'm asking for.

I traded in a vehicle that was upside down, with the negative equity rolled into the transaction -- which I fully understood and accepted at the time of purchase. However, shortly after delivery, the vehicle exhibited a material mechanical defect that was not disclosed. I immediately notified Carvana and requested a return within their return window, which Carvana agreed to. Here is where the process completely broke down: Although the vehicle was returned, Carvana had already paid off my prior lender as part of the trade-in. Carvana is now attempting to leave me responsible for approximately $8,000 in unsecured negative equity for a vehicle I no longer own -- despite the return being caused by an undisclosed defect. Front-line representatives repeatedly fell back on "as-is" language, despite Carvana advertising a return policy and limited warranty that clearly contemplate defects. Requests for a full financial unwind and executive-level review were met with resistance and circular arguments, even after escalation. To be clear: I am not disputing that negative equity existed. I am disputing being left with unsecured debt after a transaction that was rescinded due to a vehicle not as described. Carvana's return process is marketed as simple and consumer-friendly, but that promise does not hold up when a trade-in with negative equity is involved. Customers are not adequately warned that returning a defective vehicle can still leave them with thousands of dollars of debt and no car. I am currently awaiting executive resolution. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Carvana to anyone trading in a vehicle with an existing loan.

Dealer trade in offers were around $16,000 up to $17,000. Blue Book trade in value was around $16,500 to $18,000. Blue Book Private Party price is around $19,000 - $20,000. We provided our own car loan company that was indepandant from the car dealer and the agent suggested trying givemethevin.com I wasn't too excited about the hastle of selling the car private party. So I called givemethevin.com on Monday 3/9/26 and had a nice conversation with Jennifer. She asked for information about the car and some photos of my car. After hanging up I was able to send her the information and within an hour of our first conversation she called me right back with an excellent offer and asked if I was interested. I was very happy and excited about the offer. Then she asked for some other sepcific pictures of the car and documents. Jennifer and I talked again on 3/10/26 she made an offer of $19,750, oh yeah! Selling it private party I was going to ask $20,000 and if it got desperate I would have gone down to $18,000. So $19,750 was way above my expectations. Finalizing the documentating was completed the same day with a plesant lady named Monica. I was given instructions on completing the documentation and on where to deliver the car (40 miles away) and made an appointment for delivery on 3/11/26. When I arrived there the man who did the intake inspection was nice to work with and he already had the $19,750 check in hand. That took around 20 minutes then they paid for an Uber Chevy Suburban to drive me home. Three pain free days and $19,750 from start to finish was an outstanding experiance and givemethevin.com is a very honest and classy operation. I recommend them to anyone. I wish that I had more cars to sell.
