**Please read, it may save you from a bad situation** I bought a used sedan from "Cherati beat-up motors". However, the vehicle had mechanical damage inside the hood from a previous wreck that was not disclosed in the Carfax or during the sale. Also, I discovered an expired recall on the headlights which was not remedied. The car was also missing one lug nut in each wheel and the car jack. Called the manager Aaron the "minion looking guy" and basically said I signed the affidavit so it's not his responsibility to fix any damage. I was furious because he made it obvious it's okay to rip people off, so I called him sleazy piece of crap, so of course he hung up. So, I went there to show him the damage and a baldheaded jerk who I never met before came out as soon as I got out of my car and wanted to fight me. He said get out my f***n lot, so I did but he followed me to my car and punched my window a couple of times without breaking it, he said "come see me MFer". I found out that this unhinged idiot is the owner, and his name is Saeed Yazdani. A recent review in this website mentions that he got hostile with a woman and her dad, and she thought he was going to hurt her dad. This lunatic and his cronies think they can just get away with bullying and ripping people off. So be careful please!!! The owner of this place is an obnoxious and arrogant jerk. The bank they processed my application through is bogus. Approved and then pulled then pulled my financing (after letting me leave with the car and putting $3k down) because the loan officer tried verifying my employment with the wrong name. We contacted them to make sure there was nothing wrong with it before we made the drive and we were told there was "absolutely nothing wrong with it". Terrible, no good, very bad, don't do it. I found a car I wanted on CarGurus and sent an email to verify that the car was still available as they are often old ads. They said it was still there and I should come out and check it out. So I called the next morning to make sure one more time that it was still available and was told it was and they will pull it around for me. I show up, test drive and start talking financing. We spend 90 minutes going back and forth on financing stuff and finally they say, "I think we can make this work." It is at this point they told me that car I came for actually isn't available because an employee put a deposit down on it the day before. Then they try to switch me over to a different, older vehicle with more miles. I was furious. That is not at all how you do business. Terrible, no good, very bad, don't do it. read more

I bought a 2015 Dodge Dart the engine light was on they said it needs an alignment, ok. After I bought the car they said ohh we fixed it, it just needs premium gas. What! That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. When I drove off the lot I noticed they unplugged the battery to clear the code. And it needs an inspection too! They gave me no information on the code it read, I went to autozone to get it read. Code uo428 steering angle sensor module. I outsmarted there mechanics. I waited three hours for an alignment that never happened. If you buy any car there that has any hint of trouble run. After 5 times in the shop it's fixed they paid once fearing somehow I'd return it. Still no tags or plates been three months called today said they received the plates and tags Friday only took three months my other car I bought that and two weeks later I had plates and tags. Also they said I received an email which I never got, a replacement for the paper tags which are now expired. If the owner reads this major firing needs to be done. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Here is the summed up review if you don't want to read every single detail: - bought the car with cash. The car had no backseat headrests, old two front tires, old spark plugs, coolant leak - only $400 deducted from selling price - bought my vehicle in late January. Have yet to receive my plates, registration tags, and title - was told the delay was because of "missing signatures" on a title and that COVID is further delaying the process - my next step is to contact the department of transportation and the department of motor vehicles Addition: - DMV investigator says his investigation has revealed evidence of two violations: failed to timely transfer title and misuse of E-tags - my complaint has been forwarded to a state attorney assigned to this case. Nothing is going to happen from that. He has bigger issues on his plate. - It has been over a month since my first initial contact with the DMV and Cherati still has yet to resolve this issue - I have contacted the FTC regarding my issue - Right now my only option is to return the car and demand a FULL refund. I am not paying for Cherati's mistake. Here's the long version: I first bought my car with cash late January. At the time, everything seemed fine. Keyword: Seemed. The saleswoman, Cyndi, and even Aaron Grovey were very polite and it was a quick process. At the time, I knew I was purchasing (with cash) a vehicle with no backseat headrests and old front tires. Only $400 was taken off the selling price. But even Cyndi said "why do you need head rests?". Because it's unsafe. She asked someone if the head rests were still in their possession and they said no. I didn't think about checking the vehicles photos on the website until after I purchased the car, and there were the head rests. Where they were suppose to be. In the car. Three weeks after I got home, I needed to change the spark plugs and needed to fix a coolant leak. It is now seven months past when I bought my vehicle. I have yet to receive my license plates, registration tags, and car title. I have been issued multiple temporary tags so I could still drive legally. I have called and called and emailed and emailed the dealership trying to figure out what was the hold up. The latest excuse I have received from Britny was "there are a few signatures we are missing on some of the paperwork for your title and am hunting down the proper documents to be able to push it through... ...COVID has made it very difficult for us to able to do so in a timely manner." This was a red flag for me. If you do not have a title for a vehicle then DON'T SELL THE VEHICLE. I emailed the DMV and he took a month to learn things I already knew. They failed to timely transfer my title (because THEY dont even have one) and they are misusing E-tags. They are giving me temporary tag after temporary tag because they are dragging their heels with this issue. I have emailed Cherati a week ago and threatened to demand my refund. They have not responded. Probably because they are worried that I will carry through with my threat. Well guess what. I will. I have emailed the FTC now. If I need to, I will contact Star Telegram and the news. This was my first car buying experience and Cherati has made this memory HORRIBLE. I am going to go to the lot and return the vehicle and demand a full refund. I will not accept anything less. Asked if I could get the car checked out at another place just to make sure there were no problems... the first person I talked to at Cherati's said that in order to get a car checked at another place I need to make an appointment a WEEK in advance. And then the next person I talked to said I need to make an appointment and let them know at least a day before - so I did, then I called and the dealer told my friend a price but as soon as I asked about taking it to a place to get it checked out, he wouldn't honor that price.
