1 Star Please do not go this this shop. Contacted manager today he was hostile and confrontational totally unprofessional, on purpose he antagonize me to get me upset. These people dont stand by their work. Going to Firestone has become a nightmare. I used to trust this shop, but my recent experiences have completely changed my opinion. I had my A/C compressor replaced, and it leaked shortly afterward. They covered the repair under warranty, which I appreciated, but now the replacement compressor is failing again and shutting off. Before the repair, I specifically asked about using a Denso compressor because of its reputation for quality. I was told they had experienced problems with Denso, which surprised me. To make matters worse, I'm now being told I'll have to pay for additional parts, and the prices have gone up. After dealing with the same issue multiple times, that's extremely frustrating. I've also had problems after getting tires installed. Now one of my tire pressure sensors isn't working. I can't say exactly what happened, but it certainly doesn't inspire confidence in the quality of the work. After having the same repair fail more than once, I honestly started wondering whether the replacement parts were actually new. I have no way to prove that, but it's a concern that crossed my mind given my experience. Based on my experience, the level of workmanship and customer service has gone downhill. I no longer trust this shop with my vehicle, and I won't be returning. There are too many other repair shops that value quality and stand behind their work. They lie, they pad bills. Namely Omar is the one that is padding the bill after I bought 4 tires. He slid in road hazard. That is for flat tires. If you can make there. I wouldn't have ordered this because I have AAA. Asked them to take it off they said no. The manager said if he takes it off I don't get the tire for free and he'll add $184. The manager claims that it says it you get 3 and 1 free you have to buy that service. Well, I called customer service who looked back and nowhere does it say you have to have road hazard. So, beware for padding a bill. Credit card company involved, corporate involved. I'm just going all out. I think they will find they shouldn't rip off 30 year customers. I went there for a tire rotation, wheel balance, front end alignment, and an oil change. I was told that they could not do a wheel balance because my tires are bald and unsafe to drive on... that was total BS! ALL 4 of my tires are in good shape. (SEE PHOTOS). I should have left and went to a different store to complete all the work, however I did not. I did go to Wal-Mart and they did the tire balance for my car. So much for bald and unsafe tires... I had my car towed in because my tire delaminated, and the rubber that came off hit a brake line. I was able to get the car inspected and brake line replaced, with brake flush, for $250 (when Lexus wanted $750+). I had all of my tires replaced with Buy 3 get 4th tire free deal and it was comparable to Costco, maybe $40, but Firestone got my tires in within 1 day, very quick. One thing I didn't like is that they did not include my old but good tire in the trunk, as I requested. I also kept asking for an itemized quote over email, since prices over the phone aren't always very clear, and I only got that at the very end when all of the work was already done. I would appreciate better price transparency, but that is my only complaint, as the work was done very quickly and so far so good. read more

I took my car in and worked with Omar. He was able to have my car's oil changed and tires rotated and I was telling him my check engine light was on. He suggested we do a diagnostic on it. He scheduled an appointment for the next day because they were very busy. I brought it back and they were able to fix the issue. My car is running great and I'm extremely grateful for his suggestion. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Went to go get my oil changed back in August at firestone and paid over $100 for it even with a coupon, since it's so overpriced I went to Walmart the other day to get the oil and an oil filter and only spent $30 and was having my boyfriend change my oil for me. He spent 40 minutes trying to unscrew the oil pan drain plug because Firestone screwed it up and apparently don't know how to properly tighten a bolt and was impossible to get off no matter what he did. Had to go back to Firestone today to get them to do my oil and fix the bolt that they messed up on the first place and spent $90 with a coupon even though I was trying to avoid the place because they clearly have no idea what they are doing. read more

Well I hate to give this location a bad review but they really punted it into the stands. I understand things do not always go right but do not BS the customer. We have had good experiences here. This one was not. Long story short they attempted to do an alignment. Steering wheel was canted and it was three visits and they finally admitted that they could not do it due to their rack being down for my particular truck. They did refund all my money and I still have other service done here but it took three weeks and going to the dealer to fix the problem the preventative maintenance was supposed to prevent. Needed a windshield wiper drivers side replaced. Firestone is the only mechanics on Sunday's operating. The young man I dealt with was pleasant and told me about the price to repair. Anywhere from $180 to $589. During my two hours wait, which my truck was pulled in as soon as I arrived. The gentleman called me up to discuss my situation. He gave me a list of things needed including a battery, cost $201.00, has an Auto Zone warranty and tested 100% good. Had my wheel bearing replace last summer and Firestone wanted $480.00, to replace them. With other items they say I needed reached a total of $2,139.00. Spoke up the manager and he was no help at all. I did not request at anytime to check out my entire truck just the windshield wiper and thats it. Beware is all I can say. Thank goodness they are open on a Sunday. I was dropping my son to Patrick AFB & got a screw in my tire on the base . (I need to sue the Airforce) . I had a 2 hour drive back home & never would have made it on a leaky tire or a donut. They were very busy but agreed to do it when I told them how far I had to go, if I could wait a couple hours. It's not like I had a choice. No other place was open & I couldn't go home. However they had a canceled appointment & I was out in lesss than an hour with less than $25 in bill (unlike Les Schwab who fleeced me because I was stranded in the middle of nowhere during a winterstorm & forced me to buy 4 tires instead of fixing the flat ) Overall good service, clean restrooms, TV in waiting room. Took my vehicle here because I felt the dealership over quoted me for service. The techs confirmed my suspicions and I felt I could trust them and decided to get an oil change. Got home and the next morning, I noticed oil stains on my driveway pavers. Returned to Firestone and was told the gasket wasn't on correctly and they offered me a free oil change. They made it right and I understand mistakes happen. This past weekend, I decided to bring my son's 2020 Corolla in with under 40k miles for an oil change and brake check. They advertised a $30 job and figured it was an easy appointment process and that I could use the free coupon for their mistake. They call me up and said the price was $127. I was in shock. I questioned Manny (the manager I guess) and was told my son's car called for synthetic. Dude, it's a 2020 with less than 40k miles. Upon check in, he didn't ask what I wanted, but on my appointment confirmation, I specified a standard oil change. I was unable to use the free coupon since it was synthetic vs standard. As you can read, they said I would be contacted (for a presumed resolution). So here is the thing... we are hard core Firestone supporters because we are military and there always seems to be a store around the places we were stationed.. we came here when it first opened about a year and the service was AMAZING!! My husband made me a routine oil change and tire rotation appointment on a Sat for noon. We decided to drop off early, since we had errands to run.. they call us around 2 and tell me that I need 2 tires, a new battery AND brakes and the quote is $1400. Mind you, I really wanted just the oil change and didn't have the extra $1400 to drop on brakes. So we tell him to do the battery and 2 tires... all is good. My husband drops me off (a women) and I wait for another 2 hours... I watch them move my car, the mechanic put my paperwork down and go back to the garage. 15 mins go by and I decide to ask Manny, if my car was ready.. he proceeds to tell me to not use the brakes a lot when I am driving because it's gonna grind soon, blah blah blah. I explain to him that we just don't have the money right now but I will be back. So I ask him to run the charges back to me... they forgot to give me a new battery.. so I sit and wait some more.. finally I am done and AGAIN, I am told I need brakes and I totally get it.. but you can't bleed money from a rock.. so I go home and have a weird feeling. I pop my hood and the mechanic who was very PISSED that he had to put a battery in my car left his rag on the battery. I'm very big on punctuality and transparency. Our appointment was for 11AM for a battery replacement. We were told it would take an hour to an hour and a half for the job to be done and they would give us a call if it was done early. We showed up after an hour and 45 mins to see the car still in the air, tire off. Only THEN, were we told that they were waiting for a tool to be delivered to finish the job and it would "probably be another hour". Why didn't you call us when you ran into this tool issue to tell us that it would make the job go longer? Why didn't you have the tool already since our appointment was set up three days ago? You should have already been prepared. It's super unprofessional and based off that alone, we won't be doing business here in the future. read more

The first time I took my car there it needed a part that was necessary to work. They said it would cost $500+. I had no choice but to have it done. I am a senior man and not familiar with cost on parts. After fixing and checking out they brought the price magically to $400. Checked on line the part is around $100. Needed more work a few months later. Needed a part I changed last year that cost me $200. 00. That included cost of part and labor in a Vero Beach auto parts store. Called about alignment on a special car. They said they could do it. They wanted to sell me a lifetime alignment which I questioned due to the nature of the car. They said as long as they used factory settings that would be fine. I trailered my car the hour to the shop. When I got to the shop I asked if they wanted to see it first before I unloaded. They said no, all was good. As I was unloading they rescinded their lifetime alignment offer. Fine. Then when fully unloaded they said they could not align the car because it was too low. I went over how low the car was before I left home and they assured me it was fine. I made a 2 hrs round trip plus loading/unloading, hitching/unhitching, etc. At this price of diesel this was a very time consuming and expensive trip. Also, Manager would not even look at me when I came back in the store after reloading the car. How about at least a heartfelt, "I am sorry we wasted 1/2 of your day because we didn't think." How about looking me in the eye like a man. I did not make a stink about it because that is who I am but I will share my experience because you need to know. read more

When I went the first time to change the oil, I didn't have a good impression because they tried to sell me new tires even though my tires were new. When I came back home I noticed oil dripping on the drive way and didn't think much of it, This morning while I was getting ready to go to work the car stalled. When I checked the oil level, there was no oil. I called a tow truck and luckily after the truck driver lifted the car noticed the drain bolt is missing. He explained to me that when Firestone changed the oil, they damaged the bolt thread and left it loose until it fell down this morning. I spent a lot of money to fix this problem and I want other customer to be aware of similar problems at Firestore. I am not going to go back and talk about the problem, they may cause another one.
