So when my personal truck starting acting up knew where I wanted to take it. Its a Dodge Ram with Cummins and 48RE transmission. They got me in , fixed it much quicker then I could have imagined, and did it for a very fair price. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable and gave me a couple different options and recommendations. Excellent communication throughout the whole process, Anna up front is wonderful. Very happy to have my truck back and working great. Race car , daily driver , or work truck if the transmission is acting up there's no better place to take it. Thank you very much!

At Mongo's, they could not be more straight up. I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion. To take the time to do something they had no obligation to do was amazingly considerate. Go to Mongo's for you car needs, they do it better than anyone!

After bringing my vehicle in and performing a review, options were offered for what made the most significant & logical decision. They were helpful, honest (more about that) and easy to work with. As I explained, I own an older vehicle and I have made it a point to be familiar my car and with all data provided. They were above and beyond truthful on what needed to be done pointing out items I didn't know & again, later validated to be accurate. Wow! A shop which is trying to help people get their cars working again and charging a fair, reasonable rate? Please make a point to reach out to them if you desire to get your vehicle working properly. I quickly understood, they live and thrive by their reputation. Explains why this family owned business has been here for as long as they have.

WARNING ALL CONSUMERS (If you were given actual poor services by this organization, you can pursue…read morelawsuit) I had service done at this shop and would strongly recommend that others explore alternative transmission repair options. The pricing here was actually higher than what the dealership quoted, which was unexpected given the level of service received. Customer service and communication throughout the process were poor. After the repair, the clutch continued to make a rattling noise. When I brought it back in, I was told there was no issue, without any clear explanation or attempt at resolution. The lack of accountability and transparency was frustrating. Consumers should be aware that we have rights under state and federal laws. If a business misrepresents services or fails to deliver them as promised, it could constitute consumer fraud. In such cases, consumer protection attorneys may be able to assist with legal remedies. Easy to file a lawsuit at Burlington County Superior Court. Cheaper to get an attorney than it was worth fixing the car. Save yourself the time, cost, and hassle, I would have been better off going to the dealership from the beginning. Lesson learned. Lawsuit completed and rectified.

My car was drivable when I brought it in. After he worked on it, it was left undrivable, with parts unplugged, engine bars removed, and key components missing. When I took it to another mechanic, I showed them the receipts and parts I had purchased for the repair. The new mechanic pointed out that some of the old parts were still on the car meaning the new parts I paid for were never installed. That raised serious concerns: Did Linton keep the new parts for personal use and just take the money? I asked for a refund, and he only gave back $400 despite doing no real work and leaving my car in worse condition. I lost $1,100 and had to pay another shop to replace my engine properly. As a teacher with no second income, this was financially and emotionally devastating. I trusted him because he worked in a shop but that trust was a costly mistake. Please get a second opinion if you've had work done by Linton or plan to. I'm now requesting the remaining $1,100 refund, which is more than fair considering the damage and dishonesty. Don't let this happen to you.
