PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO!!!! I really thought these guys were honest and good people but they are like every other corporate business. They over price and give you the run around. I had a tune up there cost me nearly $600 didn't change 1 coil!!! Months after I had them replace my water pump which cost me just under $500 they failed to put my timing belt on correctly and since I knew nothing about cars, they allowed me to leave their shop with a crazy ticking noise as if I had a Diesel engine and I made sure to bring it to their attention that's not a sound I ever heard prior to bring it in. They insisted that I take it to who did my oil change?!!! Days go by I'm on my way home from work and boom! Long story short I ended up having to get a new engine because they failed to pay attention to detail. Cost me $3,000.00!!!!! Lou is seriously awesome. I got my o2 sensor replaced for a reasonable price last month and he really came through for me today. Earlier this week, my vehicle was struck by a delivery van and declared a total loss by the insurance company. The initial valuation was low but I put a lot of work into my car this past year. I didn't keep any of my receipts but fortunately Lou does! He was able to make copies of all receipt documentation for the work that he did on my car so that I could show the insurance company. Our son's car died & Lou helped us out with installing a new engine. Old car 2007 Chevy cobalt with 115,000 + miles in it. He gave us 2 choices of lower mileage used engines and did a good installation. We went back for bearings. Another good job. We will be back, I'm sure. read more

I found this center to be very honest, ethical, and competent. Had a transmission problem with my BMW 2003 over the holidays. BMW Dealership wanted to replace it and charge me a fortune. I was very impressed with my entire experience from quote through repair. I had never been to a transmission repair place prior to this and tried it because the dealer quote and others I spoke to were very high. Lou was able to do it for half of what the dealer was charging and after speaking with him, it felt good giving my business to him. Lou really was a lifesaver! I had driven from Minnesota to Ft Dix for training, and just before I left, my transmission in my BMW X3 started acting up. Went to the BMW dealership and... wait for it... they wanted about $6400 to replace the tranny and almost $11K to fix everything they found wrong with it. Mind you, this is a 13 year old car and not even worth that much. I was really in a bind, had no idea what to do, didn't want to buy a new car, didn't want to just sell the old car for salvage, didn't know anyone in town, and sure didn't want to cough up 11 grand. Luckily, my husband made a couple of calls and this place was recommended. Lou (and his entire staff) was very professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and had my car done in just a few days. He gave me a good price, found the parts I needed, gave me an online coupon and a military discount on top of that. We drove my car back to Minnesota with zero problems and a month later it's still working perfectly. Came to about $2200- which is the about price I was quoted from BMW just to replace the oil pan. I had zero problems with this shop and still am highly impressed with the speed of service and quality of work. 100% recommend. P.s. this is my first review on Yelp. Came here years ago when my one coworkers friends dad worked there. Did good work on my old car from what I recall. My check engine as what appeared to be my transmission light was on and I called day ahead and was told if I dropped car off at 8am when they open I'd have to leave car there, but they'd call with update by 12-1pm. I dropped off my car around 835am n was told I'd get call by noon. Took uber to work and started my day. Was nice when they called back within the hour with good news. Car was good to go. After our car broke down on the NJ Turnpike on the way back from Philadelphia to where we live in Brooklyn, we were frantic to find a place that could get our car working again so we could get home. When I blew the clutch in my rsx at 120000 miles I knew I had put off the replacement to long and I called almost every shop on the area for quotes on the fix and I got quotes around 1200 and 900 but here they told me 750$ brought my car in and was done in 2 days. Fast for a complete clutch replacement and payed exactly what I was told it would cost 750! Recommended place! There very honest! read more
