I was recommended to go here to get my car fixed after an accident and it was for sure a mistake. They estimated it would be repaired within a week, after no follow up I called to check and they said it would be one more week. This continued for over a month with me having to call every week for an update on when it would be done, their answer was always that they were 'just' about to call me and it'll be done within a few days. When I finally got my car back they had left their tools in there and the whole interior was covered in dust/mud. I had to have a panel painted as part of the repair and there was overspray onto my tire and rim that is still there. I regret going here and wished I would've gone somewhere else. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Della Mazda. Two days ago, I submitted my vehicle's VIN through their website to get a trade-in offer. The website provided a value of $11,240. After receiving this offer, I was contacted by the dealership and they confirmed the trade-in value over the phone twice, asking me to come in for an appointment. I drove nearly 50 miles to the dealership. When I arrived, they first let me test drive the new vehicle. But afterward, they suddenly changed the trade-in offer to only $4,000, claiming it was a mistake. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. This was never mentioned before my visit. I lost my time, wasted gas, and felt completely misled. I confirmed the trade-in value with them multiple times before going there. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it left me feeling frustrated and deceived. read more

We made a service reservation for 11 am and arrived 1/2 hr past at 11:30 due to unexpected roadwork issues etc. Upon arrival we were greeted in an unfriendly manner and told that we would need to reschedule as well as leave the car all day, I explained that we just drove from home in Vermont and how inconvenient they were being, note there were 2 receptionists as well as the service manager who couldn't be bothered to turn around from the reception podium and simply gave the instruction to tell us they couldn't fit us in. After this my wife and I took a drive a 1/2 hr south to BMW of Latham where we were so impressed with the reception, wonderful customer representatives 10/10 and later this same day drove back home to Vermont.....yep you guessed it!!!! I'm two weeks in to my new Mazda cx30 and couldn't be happier. Received first rate service from Mike the manager, who hooked us up with Conor, their young rock star sales person. He was attentive, thorough, accommodating, and smiled while looking us straight in the eye. He spent hours orienting us on all the cars features and making sure all was in order for a smooth sale and pick up. And he even reached out just recently to see if we needed any additional help, instructions. I feel I got a very fair deal on a great car. Mind you, there is a definite push to upsell with "protection services", but that is their business. Bought a brand new 2023 Mazda, CX 50 from these folks last year, probably the easiest sale any car salesman has ever had! I told them what I wanted over the phone. They told me they have what I want coming in on a delivery, but cannot tell me when it would come, dealt with two salesman because the woman who initially started, the conversation went MIA, we showed up, signed paperwork, got the keys and left. Had an issue with a scraping noise coming from the right front tire called and left a message because nobody ever answers the phone. After multiple calls finally got a hold of someone who said they would need to schedule an appointment to have it looked at when I already told them what it was. I never had it resolved. I fixed it myself. Then I just bought the car up there for its first complementary service which was supposed to be an oil change, tire, rotation, and inspection of fluids. This place is an hour drive one way, I get the car all the way home to realize that they didn't rotate the damn tires and then their service manager, Steve told me they probably didn't need to be rotated!! Steve let me give you a little information off of Goodyear's website, because that's what the car has Goodyear eagle tires, tire rotation should be done between three and 5000 miles. The car has 5600 miles on it therefore it needs a rotation! stop talking out of your ass because you don't know what you're talking about! They also told me that they looked at the front right dust shield that was scraping on the rotor. How could you have looked at it when you didn't take the tires off! There's two lies I caught you in! Not only does Steve their service manager not know what he's talking about. He was extremely rude and short with me over the phone. You're lucky I didn't drive back up there. I will be taking my business to DePaula Mazda. I've already dealt with them, and they are courteous and get right back to you unlike this dealership. read more

To the representative who replies, no I will not call you. Try reaching out to the customers you treat so poorly and fix your mistakes. If zero stars were an option you wouldn't deserve it. After an accident it has taken 2 months and repairs are still not complete. Additionally they couldn't even take the time to actually do the correct repairs while receiving a blank check from the insurance company, it's free money. To make it better the repairs they did do were not done correctly and the car had to be taken back and I was charged for the repair. Initially I had bought a certified 2016 Mazda CX-5. For the 6 months I had the car I had to bring it in for issues 5-6 different times. The lady in the service department is always rude and always has an attitude. I recently decided that I did not want to deal with the issues that the car obviously had, so they were able to get me into a certified 2017 CX-5. However, here I sit, not even a month later for an issue with this vehicle, too. Have been sitting in their waiting area for over 2 and a half hours and not one person has been out to update me on my vehicle. Would not recommend this shady dealership to anyone! read more

Terrible service.Promises they made never happened.Promises made were replace missing key fob,broken LR door handle.Vehicle was NEVER serviced before I picked it up.They passed it NYS inspection,but I had to replace the brakes.I returned to get it serviced but they broke the oil plug and I drove it back to Albany leaking oil.I had to put 3 quarts in it to get home.Della sent 2 mechanics to my home to fix it on my front lawn.....Della does not fulfill promises,I am still waiting for the key fob 2 months later.Ruined my driveway with leaking oil.Do not trust Della. read more

Brought my 2006 MazdaSpeed6 in for service twice... And both times I left infuriated and dissatisfied. The first time was shortly after Della Mazda opened. I needed a new key fob programmed. I supplied the OEM fob. After several hours of screwing around with my car I was told they could not figure it out. I lost the days work and still had to take the car to Burlington VT where they did it in 15 minutes. The second time I took the car in for a safety recall and when I got the car back the master window switch didn't work. The service manager's response was they could diagnose the problem but would have to charge me for the diagnosis even though the switch worked prior to them touching the car. I would not recommend Della Mazda service department for anything! read more

I brought a car at autotrends in november 2015 and the 90 days i went back and said the check engine light just came on it should be in the 90 days but of course the 90 days end the day before the service center said, of course it did. they charge me 250.00 for this. Since then before the car even turn 1year that i own it I spent over 3,000 fixing the car and spent 11,000 on this car and there answer to me was "its a car deal with it...what you expect." I just pick up my car again and of course it not replaced in the warranty once again and told me it was going be 274 over phone I get there now its 293. Do not buy a car there. They refuse to give me a loaner car for free or offer a car. I have a special needs son and I had to walk fro queensbury high school to south glens falls oliver wing school everyday for 4 days til they finally looked at my car and told me whats wrong with it. They promised me to look at it tuesday and never did and finally mid Wednesday called and no compassion for my child or me at all and still said well have it done thursday still didnt care for my situation or fact they sold me a lemon. Nobody should be treated this way by anyone and what happen to compassion in this world. This dealership as none and is heartless. I pick up my car there was smoke in it ...yes someone was smoking in it and was dirty and gross. How dare u? I plan on putting in more complains in anywhere i can. I still taste the smoke on me and in my mouth from the grossness they left. This dealer should be shut down. I still feel the work wasnt down right either. read more
