They towed my jeep after an accident and kept it in their lot. When i picked it up they had to jump start it for me, twice, just to get it on a trailer to take home. I had a broken bracket on my axle which i discovered after they told me that the axle was fine. When i questioned them about the battery, i was talked down to and told that they were not going to do anything about it. I was charged $700 for them to tow me, kill a $300 battery and not do ANY work. I would rather be stranded on the side of the road than let anyone from that company touch any of my vehicles again. I have noticed a really strong smell inside the car since I first got her and nothing made it go away. I had it looked at a couple of times to be sure it wasn't engine related and used air fresheners. Finally I decided to see if a good cleaning would get rid of it. Tracy was awesome and 100% honest the whole time. She tested the air quality inside to be sure I wasn't poisoning myself and then researched why the car might have that smell. This shop is so unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would…read more First of all you have to call the diner (Country Kitchen) and ask for someone in the body shop. They don't even have their own phone number. Strange right? Then Phillip boasts and brags that he does all the body work for the vehicles..... not accurate at all as he is the shop slob. Meanwhile the shop is a mess itself. They cut corners and commit insurance fraud. Someone I know had their truck "worked on" there. Had the truck in the shop for over two months with no work done to it. When she found out they were repairing and not replacing things on her truck (even though her insurance company paid them to replace parts) they decided to pocket the money instead and say they replaced the parts. Very very shady place. All of their employees in the shop get paid under the table and they refuse to pay their employees when they speak up. Ann specifically told my friend that the guy they had working on the truck made a mistake and didn't review the estimate... That should have been the first thing that guy did. Super shady business. Trues making every excuse possible. Thankfully my friend got the conversation with Ann on recording for a civil suit because Todd told my friend that it's their word against my friends word. Scummy and shady. Civil suit is for sure coming. Along with investigations from the IRS and DMV for insurance fraud. May as well look up some criminal charges too. Scheme to defraud grand larceny. Terrible business model!…read more I came in looking for a repair on a tire from a screw in it on a Friday afternoon at about 4:15. While all information both online and on their front door says they're open until 5, I was told that all the techs had left for the day at 4. This has been their hours since COVID. I said that they should consider updating their hours, but he didn't seem to care. No apology, no sense of wanting to help...nothing. I asked if there was anything that he could do since I really needed the tire repaired and he said, "No, my guys are gone and the compressors are all off". I replied I would pay extra or even double but he wasn't interested in my business. It's a good thing because I will NEVER use them in the future. That lack of clearly communicated hours, both digitally and on their front door, the lack of common courtesy, and what I perceived to be a dismissive attitude all made for a terrible experience. I would warn people not to use Pat's since they seem to have little or zero regard for potential clients. A lack of quality customer service is always a pet peeve of mine, but not being respected is even worse! My advice - AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
