Bought an indian from them and the blinkers were not working right out of the gate. They replaced…read morethem for free after 6 weeks of waiting. Then after two weeks of owning the bike (while waiting for my blinkers to be repaired), the speedometer gave out. When bringing my bike in for the blinkers they promised to fix the speedo as well. It has been 2 and a half months and i have called them every two to three weeks asking when the part will be in, being extremely patience. However, they seem to be dodging a direct answer as they do not seem to want to contact their indian contact for the part, or to get out of fixing the issue. So i have given up on that as i missed about a month and a half of the riding season, as i cannot calculate my speed safely. Mechanically the bike runs great. The tires were about 7 years old. They sold me the bike without extra dealer fees and were very straight forward. However, expect long wait times if there is an issue with the bike, or they may not even fix it at all. TLDR: Great to get a bike at a fair price without the hassle of negotiation, inspect the bike closely as they may have older and wearing tires/electronics. And dont take their word on fixing issues on the bike fast or at all if theres more than one issue. May be better to get it in writing. Dont expect a call back.

Due to the modifications that were made to my van I was referred to Tallmans Tires since they had a lift that could accommodate my van. They quoted me a price that was at least $200 more than other places. They did the repair for over $500. I didn't get 100 yds from the door and the lights came on again. They said I needed to have their special machine analyze the problem for an exhorbatent amount of money. Why spend good money after bad!?? So on my way home I stopped at Ramsay's. They couldn't fit me in this late in the day. But first thing in the morning they got right on it, fixed it, paid for it. Their speed and expertise was amazing. I will not go anywhere else.
