I could not be more grateful they where there to help me. and the young man helped me select the exact stuff i needed in store. i believe the names where Paul and Desiree. i just want them to get a shout out they really deserve it. you got some great compassionate staff here at 3651 Massillon rd. Instead of a $79.95 oil change, they wanted me to authorize the work on their recommendations with an out the door price of $289.44. I politely informed the service advisor that my wife's Rogue doesn't have a REAR DIFFERNTIAL or a TRANSFER CASE. Advisor said I was wrong. I invited her to check the VIN. She checked her computer and came back with, "Oh, I am sorry. You're right." I thought about this all the way home. I called and asked to speak with the service manager. When he called back, I explained. I was left with the impression he wasn't too concerned about why I would never set foot in that dealership ever again. I will leave it to you to decide whether this is a reputable business or not.

Breanna suggested I look into leasing a new one considering how little I drive, which I had not considered. She pulled hard numbers for me and explained the lease in great detail. I was given all the time I needed to think about it and they were not pushy at all. I decided on the lease and things progressed quickly from there. (My laptop ended up dying and I needed to check in with work so Audi found a way to get me plugged in so I could keep working) I was in the finance office signing papers within 20 minutes. The finance lady was very kind as well and made that part such an easy process. She didn't have that need to "manslain" everything to me. As a woman who was there alone, I LOVED working with all women the entire time! Getting a car can be such a long terrible process and all 3 of them made it such a quick, painless process. There for absolutely nothing was done. Not much that a person can do. Maybe because I'm a senior citizen she thought it would easy to snuggle me. The customer service is a joke; no one, and I mean no one, knows what they are doing there. Save yourself the headache and hassle. That location, in particular, is trash. I hope word of mouth gets around on how disorganized, unprofessional, and incompetent this store is. I purchased three vehicles from Classic Mazda Westside, located at 13930 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135. Trust me, it is worth the 45-minute drive from the Serra Arlington Rd dealership.
