Worst customer service ever. I bought a part and then realized that wasn't the problem so I took the part back to get a refund. The guy looks at me like I'm crazy when I said I need to return this it's not what I needed. Mind you I did not know of a policy of not being able to return some parts and that's fine it's that the case why wouldn't you just explain that to me. Instead he proceeded to get an attitude when I asked if he was serious then told me we don't rent parts for you to try and bring back after you messed with them. The way he said it was so unprofessional and disrespectful when honestly I just didn't know. Will never return to this store and will tell every person I know to never go there!! read more

My engine light turned on, and I have to drive to Columbus tomorrow (an hour and a half drive from where I live). And I was a little sketched out about driving that far. After work I decided to stop by Auto Zone in Ashland (It's right by the bowling alley) because I heard they check your engine light for free, and let you know what it is. Turns out to be something very small, so I was relieved. But the customer service was amazing! I was afraid to walk in there because I'm a women, and know nothing about cars, but the guy Alex N. helped me and was so kind! Definitely will be going back again if I need help. read more

Place is a joke. Do not go to if you need help or to buy helpful tools to do anything. Ended up leaving and going down the road to O'Reillys where they did help. Will never be an AutoZone customer ever again in my entire life because of this one store. read more

Almost all the staff I've encountered have been so polite and friendly. As far as my experience there going with my dad over the years and recently getting myself windshield wipers and stuff for my window the customer service is great! (And they have a great sense of humor they always make me laugh). For sure will never go anywhere else! read more
