The one thing that got me was a $1 entry fee. An entry fee, please!!! they collect a buck a head, even if you don't find the part you are looking for. what a racket! Fortunately, I came looking for multiple parts for the poor Geo Metro that's been sitting with a wrecked door and fender in my driveway for a couple of years. I found a door and front rock shield, but no corner light or fender. This place was kind of hard to find, there is a dinky little sign on the north side of the street, and my phone GPS / map took me past it to the very empty business lot on the corner. Aside from making sure you look for the sign, you must bring your own tools. And of course look those parts over closely, the first door I pulled off was rusted out on the bottom. Despite the $1 entry fee, it was certainly easier pulling parts off the car sitting on concrete then in a foot of mud.

Absolutely ridiculous charging 10$ less for a used driveshaft then it would cost to get when new. Marina specifically has no business working here have had at least 10 horrible encounters with her every time she is at the store overcharging and adding extra fees. Do not come here. Lynnwood pick n pull is by far way better. Or bravens both don't charge the insane prices they charge. Not sure how one location can charge more or if the management is jist intentionally screwing people ? It's ridiculous. Anyway went to Lynnwood pick and pull and got my driveshaft for $25. Do not waste your time coming here.

Staff is friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped. Overall, the quality of the business and staff is remarkable. I would recommend this business to family & friends for sales, service, etc as all of our interactions with this business has been pleasant & hassle free.

The sales process left so much to be desired, but I arrived already having identified the truck I was going to purchase, so I didn't think much of it at the time. Service on the other hand has been a nightmare. So far I have spent ~$2,000 to have an error message resolved on my screen, including a new battery and 10 software updates. None of these expensive updates fixed my problem. It took a 4th visit to figure out the issue, after which I was promised a refund for the unnecessary updates that I was charged for. After following up 3 times, and left on hold for 30 minutes with no reply, I still don't have a refund. The on-hold message speaks about exceptional customer service, and I've had the exact opposite experience from day one. Super disappointed, do not recommend, will spread the word.

Thank you, David! I brought a Crosstrek Subaru today!…read moreI have been in contact with David over the past two years. I was looking for a vehicle and he was informative and very helpful to me. I got sidelined with a burst disc which took a long time to heal then some health issues so scheduled and rescheduled several times. He was great and so understanding. I am now healthy so scheduled a tt drive today. The staff was welcoming and friendly. David was thorough and answered all my questions before my test drive and explained the tech to me. Patient and so i could easily understand it. He anticipated what i might need to know and mentioned they schedule another meeting two weeks after buying for questions and more tech info. I enjoyed the test drive and decided to buy the car. David facilitated it and was great. Over the years i did car buying with my husband and he is the most outstanding salesman we have had. I am 85. Great salesmanship. He knows his customers-listens well and responds as well as anticipates what the customer might want. Thank all who were so welcoming and helpful. I was in and out and people were friendly and welcoming. The service area is best i have ever seen with drinks and food and comfy chairs as well as computers to use and David explained how to the process to get service worked and introduced me to a service person. He thought of the complete package and what my needs and wants might be. Maggie was a great help working out the details of our deal and it was so enjoyable to communicate with her. . He was polite from start to finish. He was not knowledgeable about the Forester I was test driving and was unable to answer questions. However, he was a young man, presuming without much experience, so he got a pass. When I returned to the dealership, I made an offer on the vehicle. Israel wrote the price down on a blank piece of paper and asked me to sign it. I declined, saying that if I ended up buying the vehicle, I would sign the actual paperwork. He took my offer back to the "finance guy." The "finance guy," turned out to be an aggressive middle-aged man with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle tattooed on his arm. He came out and asked me where my offer came from. Super classy, right? I simply told him that was what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. He continued with his snarky comments. I stood up and walked out. Since my experience at Kendall Subaru, I have been treated to the blank piece of part signing tactic and the rude "where did your offer come from" question at another dealership. It seems that these thugs all receive the same lousy training. This is precisely why they will continue losing customers to outfits such as CarMax. There are far too many folks like me, who are neither interested, nor impressed by manipulation and aggression.
