It's is 9:33 and the car was taken into the bay awhile ago. I am beyond impressed, as of this moment. Car hit 6700 miles on our drive up from California. This will be the first time I've had these tires rotated. Ashley reassured me that they were set up for Teslas. Hate to dump a one star review but this store doesn't deserve anything else…read more Called ahead before driving up from the south end of the island at night to get a VERY expensive headlanp replacement for my wife's Cayenne. They are readily available at most parts stores. They said they had it in stock and gave me a quote on two different quality levels. So I drove up there and they said that they show one but it must be in the totes delivered from their warehouse that they were too lazy to put away all day. The first guy that helped me was friendly and positive but an idiot. He then told me he was new. BUT he took the time to start looking through the totes for me enthusiastically before he realized there were too many to look through. The other two employees stood there in an empty store looking at me and the computer instead of helping their go worker. They asked me how far I would drive tonight to get one??? Omg. This was the laziest and worst prepared group of employees I've seen in a long time to be responsible for a major chain store of inventory. Do not rely on this Autozone! I just ordered the same Phillips brand lamp as I have originally from Germany for $70 less on Amazon that will be at my door by tomorrow night.

I got a call on Saturday afternoon from Pacific battery they said your battery is charged but when they load tested it it dropped so low that under there standards they would consider it a bad battery but the person said I could come and get it and see if it works because being it was a Saturday there wasn't a mgr to see what they were willing to do for me. lots of wasted time for me so I did go pick up my battery from Pacific power and battery in Everett and drove to O'Riellys the battery was 1/2 the price and I know they will take care of it of me where ever I happen to be. I walked in and was greeted by Jake and Nick. They were super friendly and were easy to work with. They both provided me with a few different options of what would look best on my truck. They had to order the wheels I chose and told me it would take a solid week to get. I was called within 4 days to schedule the installation. (Same day the called) The service and work they performed was 5 stars for sure. The wheels I chose looked better than expected (ION134) and the tires they both swore by was an amazing choice. I call asking ETA, was told they would call me before they close. That did not happen. All my work gear and badge I need was in the truck. Had to call in. The next day called 8 times and no one would answer. FINALLY got a return phone call. Manager Victor I think said sorry he can't control when his guys get done. Pick up truck when I got it home I double checked and found vacuum hose not attached. Wires not connected hoses miss clamped and parts miss routed. What's the point of charging me mo ey if I have to fix what you did not do correctly. Now I have to spend more time to take it back to get the part I stalled correctly
