My car had lights come on, usually referred to as idiot lights because by the time these lights come on you really are labeled as an idiot as far as mechanics usually treat you like one. This Jiffy Lube absolutely made me feel like I wasn't the idiot. However , if I had not taken my vehicle in that day the Idiot light would would have been a nice name. When your oil light comes on wake up And get it to the closest automotive shop. I did do that , then they assured me I hadn't done any damage. They did have my car a majority of the day ,come to find out when they ordered the new battery they were sent the wrong one. This was not anything I felt they were held responsible and to me when people write reviews they don't look down the chain of command so to say.they ordered the correct battery, but the people they ordered it from are the ones that messed up. Although I knew it was no way their fault, in my book. So long story short they put the best oil in my SUV , fixed a few other underlying concerns, but they did not charge me for the battery!!! I felt horrible because I knew It was coming out of someone's pocket. The Mechanics are really taught well these days. These hard working mechanics knew their sh** and I would never expect such great service out of a young man that looked like he barely was out of high school. Then to find out this young man working on my rig, worked as a pit crew man with a race team that traveled all over the Pacific Northwest. He knew more than I can even say. Definitely a great day to just happen to pull into this amazing automotive shop. They had guys scurrying around and literally running. Very rare to see these days. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to entrust the best of the best with your car. I can't even say enough. I could write forever. Trust me we took a vehicle to a dealership 3 times only to get ripped off and the car ended up in Cadillac heaven. Very sad day but these guys I would trust not to Rob me blind. Amazing there are mechanics that actually treat you like a human and not just another number. The good thing is they very well may not be able to take a tip. I managed and left there feeling like I didn't just go in there for a free battery. I didn't even know until they gave me the bill. It felt good to get even with the tip. They deserved it more than any mechanic I had seen in years. I will take my car there and only there., for its the one I trust with such needs. Thank you so much !!! you all have a great team going there. P. S. I was also informed that you can't let any vehicle sit in the elements without driving. I was informed by this young man that that could have been the reason I lost all my oil. He was absolutely spot on. Now I make sure to drive it more so the gasket seals are never damp. He told me what to watch for and haven't lost a drop since. Also, you can go in and they will top off your oil for life. Pending you don't continue to be an idiot. You all are great. I had a very disappointing experience at the Jiffy Lube. I came in for a routine oil change, and a couple of days later, I noticed a puddle of oil on my driveway. Concerned, I took my car back to the same Jiffy Lube location, and they confirmed that the issue was due to the oil filter not being fully tightened. In other words, they confirmed that the mistake was on their end. Because oil was actively dripping from my engine, I had no choice but to let them fix it on the spot. So, I asked them to tighten the filter and replace the lost oil, only to be charged for another oil change as if the issue was my fault. This is unacceptable. The leak was clearly due to negligence on their part, yet I ended up paying twice for a single oil change. Even worse, I have no idea if this mistake caused damage to my engine because there was no oil on the oil dipstick at all! I expected better accountability and customer service. I will not be returning to the Jiffy Lube, and I would caution others to think twice before trusting them with their cars! read more

It's understandable to wait for others to be serviced that were ahead of you but to be blatantly ignored for over 30 minutes is unacceptable. I came here for an AC service on a 90+ degree day, waiting in a hot car not exactly healthy. I watched a few employees walk past not even glancing in my direction. I arrived at 5:00PM after being told previously on the phone the service takes 45 minutes and they close at 6:00PM. Getting my oil change done at this place. I was pleasantly surprised that there were a couple of ladies working here. I get intimidated sometimes by a male mechanic. It's just that I don't know very much about cars and don't understand their language. That's why.. Both ladies were really nice and friendly I felt very comfortable. The lady, Lesley?, explained about price difference and gave me suggestion of what the manufacturer recommends on my car. I went with conventional and the air filter replacement, which was about $47+$20=$73 with $7 coupon online. While Nissan dealer offers $54.99 for synthetic oil change, didn't think the price is good. Lesley also pointed about the break fluids low whixh could possibly be taken care of by Les Schwab next door. Straightforward. The oil change was done in the matter of 20 minutes or so. I went to the Everett location first and got a recommendation to visit Marysville for a flush because my oil was dark, which I had not noticed. I really appreciate the technician letting me know it was dark. I went to Marysville and was 1k miles below needing an oil change, the tech suggested I get an oil change and a flush, he also recommended a new product to keep my oil clean to avoid it being dark in the future, and gave it to me for free. After getting my price estimate, I let them know I might not be able to afford it. The manager gave me a discount because I had to travel to Marysville from Everett, and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. A story: I took an old moldy car that belongs to a 95 year old friend of mine to have it detailed. After the detail I took it to Valvoline for an oil change, an engine filter and cabin filter. They didn't have the cabin filter so I bought one at O'Reilly's Auto but Valvoline wouldn't put it in for me. Then, I went to Les Schwab to see if they could do it. Again ,No. However, they told me to go next door to Jiffy Lube. Yea! There I met Paul and Dave, the new manager. Gladly, they put in the cabin filter which was under the hood. They charge me nothing for this service. I went back to Schwab to have the brakes checked. The tech asked me if I knew the transmission was slipping. I had noticed that happening. He told me the guys that did the oil change needed the engine running to check the transmission fluid (they Hadn't). He said go next door to Jiffy Lube. The service is terrible. I waited in line to get an oil change for an hour. I was three cars deep and then after waiting an hour they wanted me to change lines to line up behind another customer that was only waiting 15 minutes. They didn't care to ask the driver in the other lane to back up and let me in front of them because I was there first. Still the employee asked me to change lines and I said that wasn't fair. He didn't care. So I told him politely that I was upset and he lost my future business. The employee said, that's your choice and his attitude was that he didn't care if I didn't want to come back. I took my car to Jiffy Lube #2585 for an oil change they changed my oil but did not change the oil filter. They drained my transmission fluid but did not refill the transmission fluid but did change the transmission fluid filter. I drove home my car didn't feel right so I made an appointment at a local garage to check my car out. I only made it a block from my home the next morning before my car stopped. I had it towed to the garage where they carefully documented including photo's of what Jiffy Lube did to my car. They got my car running again but told me to monitor for shifting problems. Jiffy Lube reimbursed me for the garage bill $239.80 but that is all! They will not reimburse me for my car rental after they disabled my car. They had 3 of there mechanics check out my car and assured me no damage was done. That is the level of customer service and accountability I received. This happened on 5/01/23 and they will not respond to my multiple requests to reimburse me for my car rental. -E read more

So I take my 2013 Silverado in for an oil change and after the usual "check in" routine they get going on it. About 10 minutes into it a fellow brings me my air filter (which I had had replaced the previous oil change at Oil Can Henry's) and it's dirty and grimy looking. I told them I would change it myself and they continued with the oil change. A few days later the check engine light comes on and it starts running pretty rough. I wait another week to see if it's just bad gas or something then take it in to Blade for a check up. Turns out the young man at Jiffy Lube failed to correctly replace the top of the box that holds the air filter and my engine had been sucking crud in because of it. $350 later I'm back on the road. Never Ever Never going here again. Except to have a conversation with the manager. read more

This place likes to take advantage of elderly and have no problem doing so. A customer of mine purchased a brand new battery this morning at a local store. She stopped by Jiffy Lube because she thought her car sounded funny and wanted them to see what the noise was. They tested her battery on their tester at 800 cold cranking amps. When it was rated for 640 cold cranking amps. They proceeded to tell her that her brand new battery "was bad" even though the tester they tested it with even shows "Good Battery" right on the print out. Upon contacting them, they at first were refusing to give her any refund for the unnecessary purchase. Then finally agreed to refund the battery but not labor for installing it. Which is inexcusable since the coerced this elderly woman into making an unnecessary purchase. She was so upset, crying and visibly shaking at how they had taken advantage of her. This place should get proper training on testing batteries. I was a manager for Pacific Power Batteries for years. Where we were given extensive training on understanding batteries, how they work and proper testing. A simple load test proved this battery was producing much more than the 640 CCA it was rated for. They should absolutely be ashamed of themselves for the trouble they caused this poor woman. I will never take my business here, at least this location. Nor would I recommend anyone to go here.
