It's like an addictive chemical they put in my cereal every morning. So when I got a new truck I had a list of parts in no time flat. Enter 4wheel parts! I went in and found they were having a cyber monday sale. Got a killer deal on wheels and tires, threw in a lift and shocks and the price was surprisingly competitive with any online vendors and install was included to boot. The install was great, the time they took with me to put together a package that I loved and worked with my budget was refreshing and much appreciated as well. The wait time for parts was all held up by lug nuts which was a bummer cause you always get antsy about getting your rig finished but besides that I was very pleased with the entire experience. The only point of criticism was the inside of my truck was left in shambles looking for my wheel key, but the truck looks amazing so it was forgivable. Overall very happy with 4wheel parts. Knowledgable staff, full install and alignment services, I'm glad we have a boise location and always try and support them when I can to keep this great local resource alive and i think you should to.

He also shared some valuable insight into the local dealership culture, explaining that some dealers don't like independent PPIs because they can slow or even stop a sale. Today I needed to fix the small hose running to the windshield washer sprayer which had become stretched out and kept slipping off the plastic joint. Rather than selling me a new hose the gentleman at the counter came out to my car, cut off the half inch of stretched out tube with his pocket knife, plugged it back on and it was fixed. Thanking him I went back inside to purchase different items to show my appreciation for such amazing service!
