Purchased a car and regret ever going there. Granted we should have had the car checked out before…read morebuying but test drives were great. Minor things here and there we noticed. But there has been issue after issue. AC stopped working the day after my daughter brought it home. Had a mechanic check the car over and now thinks the engine has issues and figures there is no repair but a new engine needed. You can't convince me All Hours didn't have some indication of that or the AC. What a huge mistake buying a car from them. We'll use legal resources to get satisfaction.

Surprise surprise, my ford uses atf in the power steering pump...young man saved me.. +5.. then went out to get going started the pickup and the starter solenoid went out,?!?!?!. crazy machine kept trying to start after it started and wouldn't stop in the off positin. went inside and young man comes to look then goes to get the manager. + 3 Julio the manager knew what was wrong right away but the part was $15 and I didt have that much. he gave me the part for $13. +8. I happily went on my way. Went in a couple days ago with my companion, to get some lift shocks to which I added an additional item. The same young man helped me, but this time he lost a lot of points by yammering over the top of me. I finally shouted STOP TALKING!! -13. I left angry.

We have no idea what the situation was prior to the screaming but unless it was an absolute emergency, there is no reason for a member of management to talk to an employee like that.
