Recently I had an expensive Retrax bed cover installed by others. Visually you could see it was installed incorrectly, not centered, and when driving less that two days one of the bed clamps came off with such tension, I walked around my truck to make sure something did not hit the bed..being concerned I sent multiple pictures to Retrax and was informed it was absolutely installed incorrectly and if not re-installed, there would be multiple issues and warranty would not be honored. Not once did I try and open the cover as you could see how far out of center it was. I requested Retrax to provide a list of recommended installers and Total Truck was there first choice. Called Total Truck and was informed by Rusty there were out approximately one week, but he suggested that I bring it by so they could at least look at what I was explaining on the phone. April 15, 2023, I took it by there shop and both Rusty Martindale and David Perry came out to look at it...when they tried to open it halfway, it jammed with so much tension, (again installed by others causing "racking of the cover" ) the bearings became exposed out of the guide....without hesitation they took my truck and worked on it for approximately one hour...re-aligned rails and holding box ...operated the cover to show me it functioned properly,...and refused to not accept any payment...this restores the idea there are business owners that are really good at what they do and are not out to get you financially....HIGHLY RECOMMEND there services. read more

I had AMP power retractable steps installed on my new 2021 Ram 1500. Owner Rusty was great to work with. The pricing was the best in the valley and he has contacts at AMP to resolve any issues. I shopped around and there were two other dealers who told me that the product for my truck was being redesigned and wouldn't be available for 4-5 months. Rusty actually found out that the product was available (there was some miscommunication & confusion concerning the part number), ordered it, and had it installed a week and a half later. He spent a couple of hours finding out what the problem was and did not stop until he understood it and met my need. Rusty has been ordering and installing truck & off-road accessories for many years and has great contacts with the manufacturers. He stands behind his service as well. If you'd like to support a local, family friendly, knowledgeable, affordable spot: this is it. I walked in along with my three young kids with a wishlist for my Dodge Ram. The moment I walked through the doors both of the gentlemen at the counter greeted me and my kids. I was able to ask questions and browse without feeling like my kids were a nuisance as Rusty immediately struck up a conversation with them as I browsed. Not only were they able to accommodate my wish list, but most of the accessories I wanted were also available used at a lower price. I was in and out within minutes and a scheduled appointment within a few days. On my appointment day, I arrived a few minutes early and they were ready to tend to my truck right away. 45 minutes later, I was paying and out the door again. We purchased our truck from Corwin. The Leer shell we ordered for our F350 came from Total Truck via Corwin. There were a couple of quality issues, with the Leer shell, that Total Truck wouldn't have noticed upon their assembly to our truck i.e.: 1- Side slider window was miss-shaped from the factory. 2- The heavy screens we ordered to protect the fine mesh screens from our dog had missing/miss-placed attachment screws. This caused the screen to start bowing out. 3- On a bumpy road, with the shell window un-locked, it would open up on it's own.......... We contacted Total Truck and spoke with Rusty. We brought the truck down to Total Truck where they immediately corrected the issues with the heavy screens and the rear window opening on it's own. Rusty had to order and new replacement slider window. The window came in from Leer and Total Truck installed it in a very timely manner. The service to date has been great and we can't say enough. Even though we live in Boise we value service over convenience and will continue to drive to Caldwell and work with Total Truck. Roger & Lynda read more

They did Roadmaster tow installation on our Fusion Road. Power from RV good to brakes through umbilical, but voltage drop on turn signals. When called and asked them to troubleshoot it, owner Rusty said it all checked fine when it left his shop. When I mentioned it was still under warranty his words, "Well it ain't gonna get checked here!" Total lack of responsibility.
