I had all pro put on a leveling kit on a truck a few years back. A few weeks later, I took it back…read morein and complained about the ride. I was told this was normal for a leveling kit.(so I've just lived with it) The other day I noticed both front shocks were blown. I took the truck to a different 4x4 shop and they informed me the leveling kit was installed incorrectly. It should have had shock extenders installed or longer shocks. In addition, they pointed out that the upper control arm was riding frame stop (and had been for some time). The correct way to install them was to either install a modified control arm to allow clearance or move the stops down. In addition to the shocks, the upper control arms, ball joints and front left tire had to be replaced. (all this damage occurred in under 5k miles) After all the repairs were made, the truck drives like a dream. Going to all pro turned out to be a $1,200 mistake! Making matters worse, I went in to talk to the manager "Rob". Rob informed me he would not stand behind his work or the leveling kit. I was told "I didn't build the kit, I just install them. Call the manufacture"

Given all the great reviews on Google, I had high hopes for this shop. I don't enjoy leaving…read morenegative reviews, and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I feel like this shop took advantage of my husband. $1,400 dollars and 2.5 weeks later, the vehicle is worse than when we dropped it off. The shaking (which only happened on the freeway) is now happening around town, and when we let off the gas, we hear a spinning/grinding noise. I wish we had paid more attention to the negative reviews, because we had the same experience as some of the other customers. When we dropped off the vehicle, they said the axels were shot and needed to be replaced. The original quote was around $600 for labor and $150 for diagnostics, and an astronomical amount for the parts. We ended purchasing our own parts at Autozone to save quite a bit of money (we purchased the best CV axels they had (which were the Duralast Gold with a limited lifetime warranty), and asked the shop if we could bring them in. They agreed, but said their shop warranty for the parts would be void. We agreed to the terms and they started working on the vehicle. Once the mechanic installed the axels, he said the seals started leaking. After attempting to fix the seals multiple times, they said they only charged us for 1 of those multiple attempts. Since he had to take everything out and replace the seal, we had to pay $40 for the seal (which is fine). The labor to take everything apart again ended up being our responsibility though ($464). The original quote for labor to replace TWO cv axels was a little over $600, but now to replace ONE seal is $464. They'll probably say it was the lift kit causing the issue (which has been on the vehicle for 5+ years and is a one inch lift), or they'll say the parts we bought to fix the vehicle were not up to their standard. We're not quite sure what they're trying to do. A little over two weeks later and now we're left with a vehicle that is worse now than when we dropped it off and we're $1,400 poorer. I feel like this might be a Get Gephardt situation.

2nd time having issues here now…read more I specifically requested an AC diagnostic and explained upfront that I had already replaced the compressor, had the system charged the day before, and that a full leak/pressure test had already been performed. Instead of moving forward with a true diagnostic, they repeated the exact same service (discharge and recharge) that had just been done, and then charged me $285 for it. In the end, I'm back to square one--still not knowing what's wrong with my AC, but now out the money for a redundant service I did not need. To make it worse, I was told I'd need to pay even more for a diagnostic... which is what I had asked for in the first place. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Be careful coming here for service and make sure they're clear on what you're requesting, or you may end up paying twice without answers. Always ask for Donny. He is awesome! He wasn't available when this happened.

Radio - they did not have nor could get. They gave me the phone no. to another place "South Bountiful Auto Parts", Had a nice conversation with them and let then know that one of their competitors sent me to them. They had the radio I needed for $35 plus some shipping. Anywhere else that I looked they were$180 plus. PT Cruisers were a popular car 2000-2010 (1.3 million sold) but hard to find odd "stuff" for now. Arrive in the time we agreed to and works as it is supposed to. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish…read more Our car was held overnight without anyone informing us. At no point did the shop proactively contact us -- we had to reach out every single time just to get basic updates. Even then, the information we were given did not match the actual timeline, and things repeatedly took longer than what we were told. To make matters worse, we were never notified when the car was finished. We only discovered it was done because we showed up in person, where it was found sitting in the parking lot. If we hadn't gone in ourselves, there's no telling how long it would have stayed there. We were also explicitly told we would receive a discount for the inconvenience, but when we checked out, no discount was applied and nothing was said about it. Between the lack of communication, misleading timelines, holding our vehicle overnight without consent or notice, and failing to honor what was promised, this shop showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. We paid a significant amount of money and received poor service in return. I will not be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone.
