But resolutions have been made and there is now a level of respect that I can appreciate in a service center. I have still had some work that got messed up or completely missed and I have been still waiting to get everything resolved 100%. However saying that. If I end up keeping my beautiful truck I will come back for my service here because let's be honest. They still do a good job. I appreciate the honesty when we are able to sit down and go over everything and the resolutions also made have been very acceptable. Young is better than a lot of other slimy dealers out there. I have had and hear worse experiences from other big names in the Utah market. Young auto group I believe now is one of the better more trust worthy dealers and service departments around and I know that now more so than ever. As long as we communicate and get through things I believe their work to be good and fair. I will end with I DO recommend this dealer. I DO recommend this service center.
