I drove to the closest AutoZone which was in Kaysville and I went in there with no cash asking what I should do and Jonae Black found my filler cap and checked my oil just to make sure that I would make it home safely. I didn't have any oil in my car and once again had no cash and out of the kindness of her heart she paid for two quarts of oil for me so I can make it home. And just ask that I pay it forward. It's people like this that make the world go round and we don't find them very often.

But resolutions have been made and there is now a level of respect that I can appreciate in a service center. I have still had some work that got messed up or completely missed and I have been still waiting to get everything resolved 100%. However saying that. If I end up keeping my beautiful truck I will come back for my service here because let's be honest. They still do a good job. I appreciate the honesty when we are able to sit down and go over everything and the resolutions also made have been very acceptable. Young is better than a lot of other slimy dealers out there. I have had and hear worse experiences from other big names in the Utah market. Young auto group I believe now is one of the better more trust worthy dealers and service departments around and I know that now more so than ever. As long as we communicate and get through things I believe their work to be good and fair. I will end with I DO recommend this dealer. I DO recommend this service center. 1 STAR - ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more This place is a nightmare, and I regret ever bringing my car here. I initially went to this body shop on December 2nd just to get a quote. They took photos of the body damage and then told me I had engine damage that "had to be sent to their mechanic." I was told that was necessary to move forward, so I dropped my car off on December 5th. From that point on, communication was almost nonexistent. They sent me a body estimate and repeatedly told me they were "waiting on the mechanic." My insurance adjuster didn't even inspect the car until December 9th, yet Allstate issued a payment that same day -- a payment I never signed for, never authorized, and never agreed could be cashed. Weeks went by with no updates. On December 15th, they again claimed they were still waiting on their mechanic. Then I heard nothing until December 29th. When I told them I wanted to move my car to another shop due to the ridiculous delays, I was suddenly told I couldn't -- because they had already cashed the insurance check without my authorization. At that point, I didn't know better and felt trapped, so I reluctantly agreed to continue. Big mistake. They didn't submit the mechanic's estimate until January 5th, at which point they conveniently decided the engine issue "wasn't related to the accident" -- despite the fact that my engine had ZERO leaks before the accident. On January 8th, I demanded my check back and told them I would pick up my car on January 12th. I was told it would take two weeks to return the money. It is now January 28th, and I still do not have my check. To make matters worse, I contacted their corporate office and spoke to someone named Chris, who said he would "look into it." Instead of helping, he falsely told the body shop that I approved the repairs -- which I absolutely did NOT. The body shop then texted me claiming I had approved work and needed to bring my car back. That never happened. Let me be very clear: I never signed anything. I never authorized payment. I never approved repairs. This shop cashed a check without consent, stalled for over a month, withheld funds they have no right to, and then tried to cover themselves by falsely claiming I approved work. This is not just incompetence -- this is unethical business behavior. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, stay far away from this place.

Customer Service: The staff here is excellent--friendly, professional, and really helpful when it came to walking me through options and deals. They took the time to explain the warranty on the tires, which gave me peace of mind, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Ambiance: The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and well set up, which made the short wait a lot easier. You can tell they put thought into making customers feel at ease while their vehicles are being worked on. Work & Value: The deals on tires were fantastic, and the warranty is a huge plus. However, I did run into one issue--after picking up my truck, I noticed some damage that wasn't there before, along with a sensor issue. The shop felt strongly that it was preexisting, but I know it wasn't, which means I now have to cover the repair myself. Even with that frustration, I still want to acknowledge how great the customer service and pricing were. If not for the truck damage, this would have easily been a 5-star review.
