We decided to switch the battery in the parking lot, and they let us use a few of their tools to do this. We were also able to not pay the money for the core of the old battery, as we were able to return it right away. There was some corrosion on the old battery and it wasn't coming apart easily. Ellie was very helpful and came out to lend us a hand. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. The next time we need anything for either of our cars we will definitely return here.

Have taken two vehicles two separate times to get subs installed. After the first time my air…read moreconditioner would not turn on - had to bring it back to him where it was fixed. Everyone makes mistakes didn't think much of it. Brought my current truck to him a few months ago and pretty much everything was sloppy and dangerous. I have had to re crimp/sleeve 4 terminations that have came out on their own because all that was done to them is a light squeeze with some channel locks and wrap the connection with electrical tape; huge fire hazard. The plastic panels that he had to move to route the wires were not put back into place and were popped out. The gain on the amplifier was fully turned up which caused one of the subs to blow. All of the cables were just throw under my back seat absolutely no cable management. Would not recommend to anyone and will not be bringing any future jobs here.
