Yes brought my van to have it checked and serviced cause it wasn't running correctly and they said they did a diagnostic on my van and two cylinders wasn't firing and that I would need a new engine for my van that alone cost me 197 dollars had a family member that's has been working on cars for over 30 yrs look at it spark plugs was bad that's all that it needed elites mechanics don't know what they are talking about and they say they are reputable but they are not don't go here for anything they will try to sell you something you don't neeed read more

I was halfway through an 8 hour drive when my engine began overheating at 4 PM on a Friday. I have no friends or family in the Cincinnati area. Went to Elite because it was less than two miles away. Even though they close at 5 PM, they stayed and helped. They diagnosed the issue, had a part rushed over, and fixed my car on the spot. The guys here are awesome! I had taken my car into another fairly well known establishment to see what the problem was, and they said they couldn't find it, and gave me a completely different answer to what was happening. I had heard that these guys were good and honest, and dealing with a car I had no idea about and it had broken down on me that morning so i had to get it towed there,I figured I might as well try them out. They came back, told me what was wrong the next day, told me the total damage then said with the amount I put into the car to begin with, I might not want to put as much money into it, I agreed, they told me they got it running by cleaning parts and doing different things to it which was all included in the original fee for looking at it, and it Is drivable, and running a lot better than it originally was but i know if it happens again I know what the problem is and how much it would be to fix it. It could have gone the other way, they could have told me I would have to spend the 600 to get it running. He called me after hours too, which was appreciated because otherwise I would have had to wait until Monday to hear what the damage was. They really put the customer first, and surprised me fully with their commitment to me. They also run a free shuttle service when you take your car in there, they will take you back to where you need to go. Extremely professional, very reliable, the guys at Elite Automotive went above and beyond and took care of my car. I can't say enough good things about them. read more

I bought a Scion & had Elite take a look at it because my mechanic Tom moved to their shop & he always promised me that he would look at a new car for free for me.... I bought the car & had issues so Tom, Ken and a few other men took a look at the car. Fixed everything and charged me a very reasonable price.
