And I got the discount right away, so that was all set. He brought the battery out to my car and was just focused the whole time putting the battery in making sure that it was in the right way and it started the right way I am very impressed with him and he told me that he knew nothing about cars until he started working there. About a month ago I had a headlight out and he intelligently talked me into buying the 2 pack, (I was amazed at how expensive bulbs were), but he said it was a savings and to put the other one in my glove compartment for when that headlight went out. He then graciously fixed my headlight. I couldn't have felt more grateful for Mark. Then. yesterday I noticed my other headlight was out and went back to Autozone and Mark again quickly and effortlessly installed my headlight. This is such a hugh service to a person like myself. I truly appreciate the way customer service is so alive in this store. it really makes a difference when the employees are so willing to help. I believe it starts at the top and trickles down so please keep your employees happy and inspired, it makes for a great experience.
