    I have been looking for a specific model with a specific trim. One finally showed up. I don't want to say the salespersons name because it's not HIS fault. But anyway, the salesperson called me and told me the car showed up. I was excited. I called the following morning and asked if it was still there because it was well over an hour drive for me. I get there, I drive the car, and as soon as I get out of the car, the general manager walks by and says, "oh that car isn't for sale anymore, I just now took a deposit over the phone for it". Like, what? While I was on a test drive for a car I was literally about to purchase? What was the point of driving over an hour? Or better yet, what was the point of me getting a call to come in if that was going to happen? Last time I checked, you don't sell a car up from somebody's feet while they're in the middle of a test drive. What a joke. I feel bad for the salesperson just as much as I feel bad for myself. Took away that guys commission, and a customer. I won't be ever doing business with them.

    Buying a car during a pandemic is an interesting experience. If anything, it is a far less personal experience. Scott VW made the best out of the situation and didn't fall behind on their quality standards. After walking out of anther VW dealership, due to the sales agent, I called Scott and explained my situation. I spoke with James and he was very upfront, personable and made it as simple as possible for me. Our transaction was mostly via phone and email, but when James said he would follow up with me, he did. There was no fluffing or pressure. We discussed several trim lines of the Tiguan and I decided on the SE. There was NO upsell to the SEL line because James let me know the SE had everything I was looking for. Scott's Service department is excellent as well. I had been going there for awhile for service on my Jetta. I will plan on the Tiguan's servicing being done there as well.

    I had a great experience at Scott's with salesman Jorge Ochoa. We couldn't land on a color and desired accessories he spent so much time finding my mom a car she really enjoys!

    Update 8/3 Kim you're funny. No voicemails, no missed calls and no emails so nice try! O excuse me I received emails from Scott's but they are automated generic ones. Should have just kept your last comment instead of updating it to false info. I have no reason to lie about my experience. Have a good one, like I said I have found another local competitor that I am happy with. Good luck with your business.

    I was surprised and impressed, they could not have been nicer. Bought a car here and despite my efforts I could not keep air in one tire. Turns out the rim was cracked and despite having had the car for 2 months, SCOTTS was totally fair about the fix. Fair and car dealer can be words that go together.

When it came to the finance person, that's when everything changed. Adam from finance didn't make mistakes. He was deliberate and calculating, avoiding us for almost a month. When we received the paperwork for the loan from the bank, it was $3000 dollars higher and added 3 months to the 60 month loan we agreed on. It made no sense. Adam deliberately lied when we first called about the loan docs. First he said, he didn't have the deal in front of him then he slipped up and said he was looking at the deal when we called him out on his shady behavior. He would say he was going to email the terms of the deal, then days would go by and nothing. He'd say he was going to email the details of the warranty, days would go by and we'd get nothing. When we were there signing the final paperwork we noticed he doubled the sales tax. And when we called him out, he went back and changed it but then said later that's why the amount was wrong on the documents from the bank because he had already sent them off to the bank when we noted the double sales tax. This was a lie. We waited yet again for an email confirming that. It never came. He avoided our phone calls. There were many. We were practically on a first name basis with two women who answered the phones. "It's a great day at Tasca Mazda!" Yes it's a great day to rob you blind and deceive you! Adam knew what the problem was the whole time. He charged us for close $3,000 in warranties that HE KNEW we didn't purchase. He knew because we confirmed it was just the one warranty over and over again. He also tried to say that the 63 month loan had a better interest rate. What??? 3 months changed the interest rate? Now I'm not a finance major but I'm certainly not stupid. Adam then went on vacation and we called and asked for his boss. Errol (sp?) finally figured out what happened. And it only took him about 3 minutes. Hmmmmm. Adam is a liar and a cheat. Clearly, everyone there is in on it. No one helped us until we demanded it. There is no doubt they allow Adam to do what he's doing if he's so comfortable doing it. Tasca Mazda picked the wrong one this time. We will be calling the Attorney General.

So you have to deal with it. In closing don't go there for service
