Looked at my receipt later and noticed an additional charge on each blade for a 1 year replacement option. This was not mentioned to me at the time of purchase. Returned the next day to question the charge. Counter person said, " O, that's our replacement program, we normally add that on". To which I responded, "and I guess you hope normally people don't look at their receipt after their purchase, I didn't authorize these charges and I want it removed". No hesitation offered in his removal of the charge, but in my mind that is fraudulent business practices and unauthorized billing. Auto Zone and O'Rileys, you just got a new customer.
