I called the store and employe Amos Moore answered the phone. I informed Mr. Moore of the two items I was seeking. I also explained that I was handicap and parked at the front door of the store. Within minutes, he came out, assessed my needs by looking under the hood of my car and at my rear lights. He went back in the store, looked up the items came out with them and told me how much it would be. I gave him the cash and I was short $.11. I started to scrounge around in my console to look for the $.11. When I turned around, I was going to tell him I'll just give him an extra dollar, but he was not standing at my car door. He had gone to his car to retrieve the $.11. for me. Amos Moore went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He treated me like a friend or a family member and this means the world to me. He was professional, kind, and caring. Please know that he is a valuable employee and should be treated as such. I followed up with a call to district manager, Vanessa Mason.
